My Beloved Treasure
Chapter 1
My

In a peaceful village named Hogsmead, lived an ebony haired and emerald eyed boy who went by the name of Harry Potter. He is a short boy, only standing at 5’0 at the age of fourteen. He was also very slender with a few slightly feminine curves. He lived with his relatives on his mother’s side. His Uncle Vernon, Aunt Petunia, and Dudley Dursley. His parents had died when he was only a year old, the mayor of the village gave him to his only living relatives, the Dursleys. Harry didn’t have any friends for two reasons: Dudley beat up and scared anyone who wanted to be Harry’s friend and people didn’t understand Harry simply because he didn’t talk period. He never spoke a word. No one knew why.
One sunny afternoon in spring Harry was on his way back to the Dursley’s house to give Petunia the groceries that he had been ordered to get, when he ran into his cousin and his gang. Harry being only 5’0 compared to his cousin and his friends 5’9, to him it was a big difference. Dudley’s friends, Vincent Crabbe and Gregory Goyle were the same size as Dudley, if not bigger. They stopped him and surrounded him.
“Aww hey Pot-head, where have you been, smoking? I bet you have. Hey Crabbe, Goyle how about we show him not to slack off and go smoking, huh?” Dudley cracked his knuckles and grinned evilly at his small cousin.
The smarter than the two mentioned was Goyle so he put in his two cents, “I have a better idea. Why don’t we just get rid of him for good huh. Take him up to the top of the mountain and offer him to the dragon. He’s a virgin right? I mean who would want to do him, a guy wouldn’t because once they would get him unclothed they would see he’s a bloke and females don’t want him cause he has curves just like them.”
Crabbe laughed and patted Goyle on the back, “Great idea. Dudley I like this idea better. Let’s do it.”
Dudley looked at his friends, then back at his cousin and smirked, “Let’s go right now.” With that said they hauled a struggling Harry up and carried him up to the mountain. No matter how hard Harry struggled he couldn’t get their hold on him to loosen. He couldn’t talk so he couldn’t scream for help. It was hopeless. ‘I’m going to die. There are so many things I won’t get to do. Someone please help me, I don’t want to die, not yet.’ Harry silently pleaded as they tied him to a tree to the right of the huge cave where the dragon lived.
Dudley, Crabbe and Goyle sat down and went through the basket of groceries Harry had gotten for Petunia. They found apples in there and started throwing them at Harry as they waited for the dragon to come out. Crabbe threw an apple that had been aimed for Harry but it missed and flew into the dark cave. They heard it make a splat on the cave floor, moments after they heard a loud thud followed by more. They all turned to the cave mouth as the thuds got louder and louder. Harry couldn’t take it anymore and started crying silently. He lowered his head and looked down at his feet and cried at his fate. ‘Why? Why is it always me? Why do I always have to suffer? What did I ever do wrong?’ Harry sobbed to himself as he heard his cousin and his friends laughing at him as he cried. He didn’t care if they saw him cry. He just didn’t care anymore.
Harry didn’t look up when he heard his cousin, Crabbe and Goyle gasp. Nor did he look up when he heard them scurrying away. He did look up when a giant silver clawed foot was in his line of vision. He saw the dragon looking at him curiously as his tears continued down his cheeks. The dragon could be described in one word: beautiful. His scales looked like they were made of pure silver and its eyes looked like molten pools of mercury. Harry whimpered as the dragon’s snout came closer to his body and looked down at his feet once more.
Harry didn’t see the dragon lift its foot and use one huge claw to cut the ropes holding him to the tree, but he did see the ropes fall away from him. He snapped his head up in time to see the dragon close its mouth around the back of his shirt and pick him off of the ground. Harry’s eyes widened as he watched the ground get further away from him. He snapped his eyes closed and waited for the dragon to drop him to his death, it never came. Instead the dragon started walking. Harry opened his eyes to see the dragon walking back to the cave, taking Harry with him. ‘I really wish he would stop playing with me. Why doesn’t he just eat me already and get it done with.’ Harry whimpered to himself as the darkness of the cave engulfed them. Yet strangely Harry could still see….somewhat. It seemed that the dragon gave off a slight glow that lighted the way just barely.
Harry hung limply from the dragon’s jaws as it moved through the surprisingly deep cave. Harry lifted his head slightly as he saw a light getting brighter. The dragon stepped into the light and once Harry’s eyes adjusted he looked around in amazement. It was a huge looking cavern, kind of dome shaped and torches lined the walls, no doubt the dragon lit those. Surprisingly it wasn’t filled with skulls and bones or even gold. No it had a nest looking thing in it. Actually it looked pretty comfy. It was made up of leaves and fur tons and tons of fur. ‘This dragon must like sleeping on something soft I guess.’ Harry wondered as he wiped his cheeks with the sleeve of his shirt. There was also a big slab of stone next to the “nest” next to that was what looked like a small pond of clear looking water. It was connected to two small waterfalls, one that poured more water in and one that trickled water out.
The dragon used its claw to pick up a couple fur skins and place them on the slab of stone. It then gently placed Harry down on the furs, then turned back to the “nest”, found a comfortable spot, curled up and fell into a light slumber. Harry tilted his head, ‘Isn’t he supposed to eat me? Why did he bring me here? I’m so confused.’ Harry rubbed his eyes to try and not cry again. He then slowly got up and made his way over to the pool of water. He splashed some water on his face and turned to see if the dragon woke up, it didn’t. It was still asleep so Harry slowly peeled his clothes off and slipped into the cool water. It wasn’t warm like a bath but it still felt nice to get the dirt off. Once he was done getting the dirt off of his body, he grabbed his clothes and washed them too. Once him and his clothes were dirt free, he got out of the water, wrung his clothes to free excess water and hurried over to the slab of stone. He placed his clothes near one of the torches to dry. He then slipped under the furs and fell asleep.
When Harry woke up, the basket full of food that he had gotten for his aunt was next to him and it was still filled. Harry looked around for the dragon and saw it lapping up water from the nearby pool. It turned its head to him when it was done and gestured to the basket. Harry sent the dragon a confused look before turning back to the basket and pulling out an apple. He bit into the sweet apple and reached out to his clothes to feel if they were dry. They were so he finished the apple and slipped his clothes under the fur skins and put them on with some difficulty. He then got out from the furs and walked slowly to the pond and cautiously looked at the dragon before cupping the water into his hands and drinking it down. Once his thirst was quenched he looked up at the dragon who was studying him with a curious look in its eyes.
Harry slowly got to his feet and shuffled over to the dragon. He reached his hand out hesitantly toward its large foot, but stopped right before he touched it. He looked up at the dragon and saw that it wasn’t going to eat him if he touched him so he placed his hand on its foot. He felt the firm hard muscles under smooth scales and marveled at the powerful creatures scales. He had never felt anything like it, not even when he had to get the snake out of Dudley’s bed. Harry ran his hand lightly over the huge foot and up a muscled forearm. The dragon looked down at him as he felt his muscles under his silver scales. It tilted its head and stood up. Harry backed away from the dragon as it stood. He hoped he didn’t do anything wrong or anything to upset it. But the dragon just stepped over him and walked over to its “nest”. The dragon draped itself on its “nest” and snorted.
The caverns ceiling became transparent and Harry could see that it was raining heavily. The dragon turned its head to the pool and blew out on the water. Harry reached his hand in and felt the now warm water. The dragon stood up and gestured him to the water before walking out of the cavern, most likely into the rain. Harry slipped into the warm water and sighed. ‘Finally a warm bath to relax my body.’ Harry sighed again and leaned his head against the side of the pool. He gazed at the rain hitting the top of the mountain and marveled at the creature who made seeing through layers and layers of stone possible. Of course it is a dragon and dragons are magical creatures. So it made sense. He watched the rain until the water started cooling down. He got out and pulled his clothes on before going over to the basket and pulling out another apple.
The dragon came into the cavern at the time he finished the apple. It looked over at him and walked over to its “nest”. It gazed at him for a few long seconds before closing its eyes and falling asleep. Harry sighed and lay on top of the furs. He looked up at the ceiling of the cavern and asked himself all these questions about why a dragon would keep him, a tiny human who didn’t talk, in its home. He of course couldn’t come up with any good answers so he just gave up on that subject. He turned on his side and fell into a restless sleep. The next time woke up there was a man with blonde hair and silver eyes leaning over him. Harry bolted up and scooted to the wall behind him. He stared at the blonde man for a few seconds before glancing around for the dragon. The dragon was nowhere in sight. He turned back to the man and tilted his head in question. ‘Where’s the dragon? How did this guy get in here? What is he doing here anyway?’
“Hello my name is Draco Malfoy. What’s yours?” the man, Draco, eyed him with curiosity.
Harry shook his head and pointed at his throat. Indicating that he couldn’t speak. Draco blinked and said, “What does that mean? You can’t speak? Why?” Harry sighed and shrugged his shoulders. He never really tried talking, seeing as the Dursley’s had told him when he was young that no one listened to him so he decided why bother talking if no one listens. Now he really wished he could talk to this strange man. Draco slowly sat down on the slab on stone, “Have you tried?”
Harry shook his head, but he still opened his mouth to try, all that came out was a weak, hoarse “No.” to Harry it sounded like he was choking.
The man smiled encouragingly, “See all you need is practice and soon you’ll be able to talk without a hoarse voice. Now can you tell me your name?” the man reached his hand out and placed it on his. He patted his hand and smiled.
Harry flushed slightly and croaked, “Harry Potter.”
Draco smiled, “It’s nice to meet you Harry. So how do you like this cavern I found? It took me awhile to find the perfect place, so I could be undisturbed. It also took me awhile to get all those furs.”
Harry’s eyes widened, no wonder the dragon was here. This man was the dragon! “H-how are y-you h-human?” he stuttered out with difficulty.
Draco smile got even wider. “Oh well the kind of dragon I am has the choice to change into a human on the days and nights of a full moon and a new moon. I wanted to be able to talk with you so I changed the moment it hit twelve last night.”
“Why haven’t you eaten me? Are you going to fatten me up then eat me?” Harry whimpered as he wrapped his arms around his legs.
Draco looked insulted, “No, I’m not going to eat you. That would ruin the reason why I brought you here.” He paused when he saw Harry give him a questioning look. “I brought you here because I’m lonely. I’ve lived here for centuries and I’ve decided that I’m getting a companion. I saw those boys tie you up so I grabbed the chance and took you to my home. So no I’m keeping you here as company.”
“You know someday I’ll die right. I am human not a dragon.” Harry gave Draco a pointed look.
Draco smirked, “No you won’t. Time passes differently in here than it does outside. Besides there are ways for me to make you a dragon, but that option is for way later.”
“Why is it for later?”
“You really want me to explain? Okay. You see dragons are the most powerful being on this earth, with that comes powerful magic. A dragon has to have a willing participant if they wanted to change the human into a dragon. Simply combine my magic with both our wish to turn you into a dragon as they consummate it in the physical act of making love or whatever you humans call it. The human gets pregnant, no matter what gender a dragon can get any gender if both want it, and a human cannot bear a dragons egg so that’s where the dragons magic come in. It turns the human’s body into something more suitable to carry a dragon egg, a dragon itself. It is a very complicated process.”
“You want to be me pregnant?! Why? We don’t even know each other.” Harry scooted back against the wall even more.
“Harry I said later. I would love to have you as a companion for eternity, but I would also like to get to know you first. Besides I don’t want to take your virginity without loving you.” Draco scooted over and gently wrapped his arms around Harry’s shaking form. He ran his hand up and down Harry’s back and whispered soothing and comforting words in his ear until his body stopped shaking. Harry relaxed in Draco’s arms and laid his head on his shoulder. Draco brought his hand up and ran his fingers through Harry’s silky locks. “Harry I know it’s going to take some time since we’re going to have to wait for the full moon and new moon to come to get to know each other but I’m willing to try. What about you?” Draco murmured in Harry’s ear. Harry looked up and nodded. Draco smiled and slowly leaned down to place a soft peck on Harry’s lips. Harry blushed and buried his head in Draco’s shoulder. Draco chuckled, content to just hold his soon to be lover in the future. Draco knew he didn’t love Harry yet, but he was very close to it even though they just officially met today.
Draco had lied to Harry. He had been watching Harry since he was a little kid. He had seen him go from a shy but happy kid who always smiled to a sad and quite kid who never talked or smiled. Draco had wanted to put his smile back on his face since he first saw it. It was a truly breathtaking smile. One that Draco wished was still there. He was determined to get Harry to love him and to get his smile back. Draco smiled and nuzzled his face in Harry’s hair. He couldn’t wait, after all he always loved a challenge.
One year later
Draco lifted his head and saw his lover bathing in the pool. Draco shifted slightly so he was facing the pool, he then leaned his head down and nudged Harry lightly. Harry turned around and smiled lovingly at Draco. He reached his hand up and stroked Draco’s snout. Draco made the vibrating noise in the back of his throat, which Harry knew was his purr. Harry scooted closer to Draco’s large dragon head and gave Draco’s dragon cheek a kiss. He then gave him a slight push to indicate he wanted to finish bathing.
Draco lifted his head and watched his lover as he bathed. He had succeeded in doing what he had wanted in the beginning. He loved Harry with every fiber of his being, he would do anything for him. Harry loved him too. It had taken them a while, but they finally got there. They were content to spend their days with each other. Telling each other secrets they never told anyone, thoughts they had about the world, talking about their childhoods. They knew each other so much that Harry could understand what he was trying to say when he was a dragon. They were wonderfully happy with their lives.
Whenever the villagers brought a sacrifice up, it was always on a full moon day so the moment the mayor left Draco changed into his human form and orders the sacrifice to wear a cloak he would hand them then tell them to go get food from the market. They were not to talk to anyone, just get the food and come back. He would order them to get food so Harry always had fresh food to eat. Draco wanted to make sure his lover didn’t starve. When done with that he would tell the sacrifice to go to a far away village and start a new life, which they were happy to do. Draco could never kill them because Harry told him he didn’t want him killing innocent young girls who had their whole lives ahead of them. So he listened to his Harry’s wishes and let them free.
Often times when he looked back, Draco could see how much he had changed for Harry and he didn’t mind. If him changing that much got him Harry’s love, he would gladly accept it. Say if his parents found him, he would protect Harry and their relationship with everything he had. He could really careless what other people thought and that included his parents.
