Harry was very depressed as he sat on his bed merely a week after he watched his godfather, Sirius Black fall through the veil of death. He was about to go fix breakfast for his relatives after another sleepless night when he heard an owl at his window announcing he had mail. So he opened the window to let the bird in and as he is untying the letter he recognized the Gringotts seal. So after giving the owl a treat out of his pocket he opens the letter to read:

Dear Harry James Potter,
We offer our condolences of the passing of one Sirius Lee Black. As you are the main beneficiary you are requested to be at the will reading tomorrow at 10:00 am. We understand that transportation may be a problem so this letter will become a portkey at 9:58 am.

A single lonely tear streaked down Harry’s cheek as he read the letter. This only made his death final. Harry came to a decision right there he was never coming back to his relatives again blood wards be damned and he would do Sirius one better he would embrace his inner marauder. With that he went down to make breakfast for his relatives while snatching two pieces of toast, an egg, and two pieces of bacon making a sandwich and eating it on the way to his room. When he enters his room he started systematically started packing everything into his trunk neatly. With that done he went about doing his chores for the day. 10:00 that night he lay down to try to get some sleep and he had a surprising dreamless sleep and awoke at eight the next morning.

Harry went to take a shower before his relatives rose for the day then dressed in his best muggle clothes and laid his robe and the letter on his bed as he had pushed the secret button on his trunk to shrink it and had it in his pocket. He went down stairs and started breakfast once again filching some right before his Uncle entered and sat down to eat. After putting the last plate of food on the table he walked to the hall and seeing that it was 9:56 he raced up the stairs put his robe on checked his appearance in the mirror one last time then grabbed the portkey just as it activated and with a tug behind the navel Harry left #4 private drive forever.

As Harry landed he stumbled but kept on his feet. He surveyed the room he was in and saw a goblin, Tonks, and Lupin sitting at a small table. The goblin looked up and said, “I am director Ragnok please have a seat Mr. Potter as you are the last to arrive we will begin momentarily. Harry takes his seat and the director placed a small orb on the table. Ragnok taped the orb and an image of Sirius rose and started talking.

“I Sirius Lee Black being of sound mind and body declare this my last will and testament blah, blah, blah. Now that that’s out of the way Harry quit blaming yourself for my death you didn’t kill me. Now for a few important things first Harry I need you to get Bella away from Moldishorts I was doing some research try telling her dark mark to get off in parse mouth three times and if I did die at the end of her wand don’t blame her. She is probably blaming herself enough aren’t you Bella?” Harry and Remus started looking around then Sirius continued,
“You can drop the disguise Bella if they kill you I will come back and haunt them by following them around and singing Henry the 8th I am nonstop. Got that guys?” Remus visibly paled and took Harry’s wand which he had out and watched Tonks become Bellatrix Lestrange.
Sirius continued again with, “You guys like my last prank? Anyway next I need you all of you to get away from Dumbledork. I just found out several things for one thing Harry you were never supposed to go to your aunt. If you didn’t go to me you were supposed to go to Moony if he couldn’t take you there was a list of 20 people. If none of them then they said to take you to an orphanage but under no circumstances were you to go to your aunt. Next he’s been helping himself to your gold claiming it was for your care. So I arranged for you to go to a city called St. Louis. I bought a house there for you and Moony and everything should be on a laptop I’ve charmed to work anywhere. Take Bella and get away for awhile. Oh and Harry sign all the papers you are given quickly because my public will will be read shortly and you’ll be emancipated but Dumbledork will think Remus is your guardian. I’m going to leave the most to you two. Well that’s it for now. See you much, much later.”

With that the image faded and Ragnok slid some papers to Harry and Harry signed them and slid them back with a nod then Ragnok handed the computer over to both Remus and Harry.
Remus took it and Ragnok looked at the clock and said, “the next will reading will be in 45 minutes. You may wait here if you wish.”

With that Ragnok left and Remus opened the computer and started looking at everything. Twenty minute later Remus said, “Dang, this is really thought trough. He took care of everything. Harry can you try what Sirius suggested with Bella?”
Harry nodded and held out both hands one for his wand the other for Bella’s arm. When they complied Harry placed his wand on the mark then chanted “ssssigh ssssesshssh hessssth” three times. Then the mark disappeared and they stared at the unblemished skin on Bella’s arm for a minute. Remus said, “Maybe you should go but meet us at the Heathrow airport at nine tonight we’re going to St. Louis.” She nodded still stunned then left.
Five minutes after Bella left others started arriving for Sirius’ second will. Once Dumbledore, Tonks, Remus, Harry, McGonagall, Hermione, and all the Weasleys minus Percy were seated another orb was placed on the table. Ragnok again taped the orb with his finger and Sirius figure appeared from the orb smiling and started talking:

“I, Sirius Lee Black, being of sound mind and body” he paused and chuckled before continuing, “No cracks about how I was never of sound mind. Their to easy anyway. First I leave Minerva McGonagall enough to buy seven firebolts for the Gryffindor team and 5,000 galleons to pamper herself. Have fun Minnie! This should be fun. Hermione I leave you vault #731 but I don’t want you to go alone. Take at least one person with who can control or subdue you or we may never see you again.”
Everyone’s jaw dropped at the warning, “Next to my dear cousin Nymphie. Ha can’t hit me now can you? I leave you my house on Grimlaude place and 500,000 galleons and this bit of advice, confront Harry about how you feel and snog him senseless. He feels the same way. To Molly and Arthur Weasley I leave 250,000 galleons each. Then a further 100,000 to each of their children under the following stipulations: Bill I love your rebel spirit but get a haircut to satisfy your mother. Charlie you need to lead a quiditch game of Weasleys vs. Gryffindor alumni. Percy must apologize for being the worlds biggest git. Fred and George you must start a joke shop and I made a copy of the marauders infamous record book for you. Sorry Molly but they would destroy the Ministry if they worked there and everyone needs laughs. Besides their naturals.”
Remus groaned at the twins getting a copy of that book. Sirius continued, “Oh but Harry and Remus are to have immunity you two leave them alone.” Remus sighed in relief. “Ron I have no stipulations for you just want to thank you for being Harry’s friend and if I can make a suggestion learn how to play the guitar. Its fun, rewarding, and chicks dig it. And dear Ginny you were always wonderful to talk to pamper yourself a little and help the twins with their pranks I know you are as much a prankster as me. Moony my friend I leave you 1,000,000 galleons, half ownership of all my other properties, and guardianship of Harry. I want you to teach him the marauder way of life and also take him shopping and get both of you a new wardrobes. Your both very rich now. Enjoy it. Now on to Harry, I loved you lie a son and I leave the rest of my possessions to you including co-ownership of my properties with moony. Before you leave today go to vault #917. I left something there for you with a letter explaining everything. I love you Harry. Enjoy life, snog a few people, and pull pranks you are a marauder after all. Well that’s all folks! With that the image faded then Ragnok handed papers to everyone except Dumbledore and asked them to sign if they agreed to the terms everyone signed the papers and handed them back. Ragnok organized the papers into a file then excused himself. After he left Molly was the first to speak, “He really was to kind.”
