The Lilys Precessor

By Thomas Schiff and Hakumei

The rocking of the boats was enough to terrify any new year without the chaperon telling them horror stories about things that had happened to people that had entered the lake. But Morrigan managed to keep her cool about her as she let her eyes wander over the silhouette of the large castle that had towered into the sky.

Neither of her parents had ever heard about magic, or Hogwarts for that matter. Thank goodness that she had had a cousin that was an alumni from years back or else should would not have found the train to get here.

When they docked the boats, they were all herded like cattle into a large foyer. Lead up a grand staircase, they were briefly lectured to behave before lead into the largest dining room that Morrigan had ever seen. She almost got stampeded by the students outside the door, longing for a look into the room also.

Led to the front of the room, she felt her hands shaking for the first time since this journey and her face pale. Her eyes moved one by one through the table in front of them, seeing the teachers. The girl that Morrigan had met on the train was sniveling and crying about wanting to go home like she had been the whole way here.

She noticed a teacher sitting at the table that made her shiver slightly. All the other teachers looked friendly and nice and looked like you're stereotypical fantasy wizard. This one looked mean. Like a dark evil wizard of a Disney movie. His eyes where so dark they looked almost black and his greasy black hair hung down to his shoulders almost blending in with his black robes. His skin was pale accentuating his dark eyes, his hook nose a little too large for his face. But only a little

When she managed to pull her eyes away from the man's face she turned and noticed a stool in the middle on the concert step. A woman with have glasses was reading off a list of names. Whenever a name was called, a student would go up and sit on the stool before the hat was placed upon their head. Morrigan's eyes widened when the hat moved and spoke,"GRYFFINDOR!" the hat yelled, making Morrigan jump.

"Morrigan Crina Garver!" the older woman read out. It took a moment for Morrigan to realize that that name belonged to her. Stumbling forward, she tripped on the steps before almost crashing into the stool but she managed to catch her balance. She felt her face burn hot as the students laughed as her clumsiness. Sitting down, she felt the hat be put on her head and see shut her eyes, biting her bottom lip.

"Hmm... yes I see..." Morrigan looked up at the hat on her head a moment before closing her eyes again. "Slytherin!"

Getting to her feet, Morrigan looked a bit unnerved as she stood up. She had been told in the train that it was bad luck and meant you were evil if you got put in Slytherin. As she stood, she was lead over to the right table because they were cheering the hardest as she walked over and sat next to them. Her eyes instantly moved back to the man that was sitting behind the desk. Pulling her red hair out of the pony, she used it to hid her face as her eyes watched him from the side.

"He's our head of house you know." A boy said to her right. "Only been teaching here two years. Was on trial just before that. Trialed as a Death Eater they say, but was let go. No one knows why. Names Professor Snape. He teaches Potions. I was in his class last year. Rough teacher but good at what he does. Guess he figured if you can't teach, scare the information into em hmm?" He smiled at her. "I Synjin by the way."

Morrigan turned her eyes and look the boy over quickly as if trying to figure out if he was talking to her. "M-morrigan." she managed to mumble out as she looked around. "Are you from a magic family?" she asked as she looked a little worried. "I know nothing about magic. I knew that my cousin was a witch, but I never got to know her very well before...well before she died." she said, trying to keep her stomach out of her throat.

"Oh you're Muggle born." He sneered looking suddenly like he was inspecting a poisonous insect. He turned to talk to the boy on his other side.

Morrigan looked at the back of the boy's head for a long time before she turned her attention to the wood of the table. She wasn't fully sure what a Muggle was but by the sound of it, it wasn't much of a nice thing. At that very moment she felt like the girl she had been on the train while, crying and begging to go home. Lifting her eyes, she saw an older man lecturing about points and off limit territories.

Before she could fully register what he was saying, the table suddenly was filled with food and he was moving to sit back down. Watching students laugh and fill their plates, Morrigan simply looked from face to face, not feeling very hungry at all.

---

The next morning she headed to her first class. Potions. Great... wasn't that with that guy... what was his name?... Snake? Snap? Snape?

She shivered.

Morrigan moved into class and sat down as far in the back as she could get away with. Opening her book, she looked at the other materials that had been placed at each seat and prayed this would be as easy as cooking. She was good a cooking. Pulling her legs into her seat, she watched the students file in for a minute before seeing the teacher come in.

"There will be no foolish wand waving or silly incantations in this class. As such, not many of you will appreciate the subtle science that is potion making." He was thorough and straight to the point. "Though some select... few... who possess the disposition... I can show you how to bottle fame, brew glory... I can teach you how to bewitch the mind, in snare the senses even put a stopper on death."

Morrigan shivered softly as she watched him move through the room. He scared the bloody hell out of her as she wrung her hands nervously over and over in fear. She wished she could disappear so that he wouldn't be able to yell at her for being a Muggle born. She could feel her legs shivering and her hands fingering the cover of the book nervously.

"Now..." He paused and turned to a student in the first row. "Did I ask you open your text book?" He asked. The girl looked up at him stunned.

"Um... no sir." She said closing it quietly.

"Ten points from Gryffindor." He snarled.

Morrigan shut her book as fast as possible without making too much noise. Sitting there, she put her hands in her lap and started to peck at the hem of her short school skirt, trying not to look too scared.

"You..." He said pointing to a boy in the second row. "Tell me... what kind of potion would you find hellebore in?"

The boy looked around hoping Snape had pointed to someone else. "Um... I don't know."

"Sir."

"Sorry.... I don't know sir."

"You... back there." He said pointing at Morrigan. "Tell me what Bulbadox Powder is."

Morrigan felt her heart sink all the way to her stomach and her stomach landed in her throat again. "I don't know sir." she managed to get out as tears filled her eyes. At that very moment, she felt more useless than anyone. She had looked through the book about a billion times before class and hadn't seen it mentioned once.

"Mmm..." He said clearly annoyed. He muttered something about dunderheads and opened the text book on his desk. "Turn to page two hundred and thirty four."

"But sir... this is our first class. Surly we can't do something so complex as-"

"Two hundred... and thirty four." Snape said once again clearly annoyed.

Morrigan had the book open as fast as possible and her eyes were scanning over the page within seconds, absorbing as much information from it as possible before looking up and watching the teacher.

He set them to work on a simple anti itching potion.

Morrigan set to work on the potion that was before her as she followed the instructions and followed whatever was suggested by the teacher, if or when he said anything.

Snape walked through the aisles of students watching as they brewed their potions. Wincing as he looked into a few of the cauldrons. He looked into Morrigan's cauldron a few moments before he shook his head and kept walking.

Morrigan looked into her cauldron and sighed, going over all the instructions to see if she had done something wrong. 'Maybe they picked the wrong girl. Maybe there was another Morrigan Garver that has magical abilities.' she thought as her spirits sank lower.

Just as she she thought this her cauldron started to bubble over and turned a magenta colour when it should have been light green. She moved back as Snape turned to her. He shouted for everyone to get back just as the potions cauldron exploded and pieces of the cauldron went flying everywhere. Snape cried out in pain as a piece of the cauldron embedded into his shoulder, the blood nearly invisible on his black cloak.

"Is everyone okay?" He groaned out as he pulled the shard out with a shaky hand. There where mumbled yes's before he turned to Morrigan.

Tears filled her eyes as she looked at professor Snape,"I-im sorry sir." she said softly, pulling her cloak closer to her. She had a small piece that had embedded in her side, but the embarrassment of messing up so badly overpowered the pain against her ribs.

Snape saw the slight bit of blood on her white uniform shirt. "Get yourself to the infirmary. Everyone else bottle your potions and place them on my desk. I'll be marking them tonight. Class is dismissed."

Morrigan waited until everyone flooded out before she got up and moved to where Snape was. "Professor, may I ask you a question?" she said gently.

"What?" He said irritably. His shoulder throbbed immensely and he wanted to go to the infirmary to get this wound healed. He could feel blood dripping down his shoulder and where it didn't hurt it itched.

Morrigan flinched softly before shaking her head,"Nevermind." she said softly before running to the desk and grabbing her book. Gripping her side, she stood at her desk, looking at the mess. Setting her books back down, she knelt down and started to pick up as much of the broken cauldron as she could while trying not to groan at the pain.

"Leave the mess." Snape said. "You're injured I'm taking to to the infirmary."

"Its really not that bad sir." Morrigan said as she stood up and headed toward the door with him. She wasnt about to disobey his direct order but she did try to plead her case.

"Humor me."

"Yes sir." Morrigan said as they made their way to the infirmary. "Im sorry." she said softly as they entered.

Madam Pomfrey automatically jumped up when she saw the blood soaking through Snape's frock coat.

"Oh another cauldron now was it?" Pomfrey asked. Snape just nodded as she helped him pull his jacket off. It wasn't until the white shirt underneath was revealed that Morrigan saw how much blood there really was.

"Sit over on the bed there dear, and I'll tend to you in a moment." She said wanting to take care of the worst of the injuries first. Snape took off the white shirt and ascot and sat down on a different bed. He seemed so much paler sitting in the infirmary with out a shirt on. Seemed a bit more... fragile. Less intimidating. Less.... scary.

Morrigan could feel her stomach continuously roll as she sat there. Madam Pomfrey managed to get Snape's wound to stop bleeding before turning to her. "Now now dear, off with the cloak." she said.

Before she had time to react, the woman was peeling her free of her cloak and unbuttoning the bottom off her shirt to get to the piece of cauldron that was embedded there.

Pomfrey used magic on her wound to pull the shard out and close it up as she had Snapes. Snape was sitting on his bed with a cloth cleaning the drying blood off his chest.

"Thank you ma'am," Morrigan said before she started to pull her cloak back on to hide the fact that she had any shape. A small gold necklace hung around her neck but that soon disappeared behind the cloak too.

"You have detention tonight Miss. Garver." He said.

Morrigan looked up at Snape before the tears resumed and she looked down at her hands. "Yes sir." she said softly.

That night Morrigan entered the potions room and looked around nervously as she walked in fully carrying her books. She wasn't quite sure what detention entitled, but she was still nervous about it.

"Miss Garver. Have a seat."

Morrigan quickly scuttled over to a chair and sat down, looking around the room to find where the professors voice came from.

"Right here girl!" He said pointing to a chair next to his desk where he was sitting.

Morrigan got up quickly and ran over, sitting in the chair next to his desk.

"How good are you at following instructions girl?"

"I thought I was good at it until this morning."

"Mmm.... we shall see about that. Come here." He said pointing to the floor in front of him.

Morrigan stood up and moved in front of him, wondering if he wanted her kneeling or not.

He sneered and pointed to the ground indicating her to kneel.

Morrigan lowered herself to the ground and knelt in front of him, her eyes watching him in confusion.

"Tell me girl... how good are you at keeping secrets?"

"I haven't ever told one before."

"If I find out... you have told anyone... about this. I will make you pay dearly. And I will tell you right now.... Dumbledore knows." He said. "But anyone else..."

"Yes sir, I wont tell anyone." Morrigan said as she let her curiosity overpower her nerves.

"Good... tell me Morrigan... have you ever touched a man before?" He asked. Being only twenty three years old he hardly considered himself a man, but he was hardly a child anymore. And being that she was at such a young age he doubted the answer would be 'yes'.

"No sir. I wasn't informed that I was suppose to." Morrigan said as she looked at him. Her heart almost leaped out of her chest as she thought that she had missed something in the requirements letter.

Snape almost smirked at her innocents. "No... this is unique to you and you alone." He said. "Take your hand... and put it right here." He said pointing to the bulge that was straining against his black pants.

Morrigan reached forward nervously and placed her hands on the bulge of his pants. She felt like something was wrong but she wanted to succeed so much that she would take the risk and listen to her teacher.

"Move your hand... like this." He said putting his hand over hers and showing her how to move it.

Morrigan started to get the feel of the motion and started to move her hand around. She watched Snape's eyes, hoping not to see disappointment in them, even though she was sure nervousness filled hers as her shoulders slightly trembled.

Snape moaned quietly in his throat and moved his hips against her hand a bit.

Morrigan heard the sound and pulled her hand away quickly, thinking that she had did it wrong and hurt him. "I'm sorry sir. I didn't mean to hurt you again." she managed to get out of her throat even though her heart was trying to occupy it.

Snape sneered and led her hand back to him. "You didn't hurt me you silly girl!" From any one else the comment would have sounded teasing but from him it sounded... angry. "Unbutton my pants."

"Y-yes sir." Morrigan said as she moved her shaking hands to her pants before unbuttoning them and waiting on further instruction.

Snape pulled his length from his pants and rubbed it a few times, white liquid leaking from the tip.

Morrigan looked at his length with surprise and confusion mixed into one.

"Put your hand back on it." He said quietly.

Morrigan nodded before she reached up and wrapped her tiny fingers around it while watching his face.

"Yeah... like that..." He whispered. "Move your hand again... like before..."

Morrigan slowly stroked along his shaft with her hand, back and forth, back and forth.

"Mmm keep doing that.... harder..."

Morrigan's hand tightened as she continued wondering why he was making her do this. She wondered how long this detention was, and how long it had been.

"Ung.... faster...." He said thrust his hips against her hand. He was so close.

Morrigan moved her hand faster and faster as she was commanded to.

Snape's breathing increased as he felt himself coming closer. He leaned forward and moved her hand away from him. He watched her as he took his cock into his hand and stroked himself quickly, the tip close to her face.

Morrigan felt extremely embarrassed as her hand was pushed away, thinking she had failed another lesson as she watched him stroke himself.

He could barely talk as he looked at her. His whole body trembled as he tried to hold back his orgasm. "Open your mouth."

Morrigan opened her mouth nervously as she looked at him in curiousity and fear.

As soon as he saw her little pink tongue he felt his balls tighten and he came viciously into her mouth, some of the fluid dripping onto her face and chin, his mouth open in a silent scream. He moaned as he continued pumping his cock as fluid continued to flow out.

Morrigan has tears running down her cheeks as the salty spray filled her mouth. Her small cheeks turned bright red as she chocked on some of it.

When Snape finished he let go of his dripping cock and leaned towards her. He kissed her fully on the mouth, his tongue slipping against hers. He could taste himself on her tongue and he moaned. He broke the kiss and whispered in her ear. "You're mine." He licked the lobe of her ear.

Morrigan nodded,"Yes sir." she said softly as she sat there shaking, her mind terribly confused and unsure.

"Do you know what that mean?" He asked.

"No sir, I'm sorry. There is a lot in this place I don't understand." she said softly.

"It means.... you do what I say... when I say it. And if I want something... you allow me to take it, if not you give it." He said. "Though don't be afraid. You'll be getting benefits from this too. If you behave. Understand?"

"Yes sir. I understand." Morrigan said softly as she looked at him for a while, starting to shift back and forth on her knees as they hurt.

"So I say 'jump.' you say..."

"yes sir," Morrigan said before she managed to get to her feet and jump up before landing back on the ground and kneeling again.

"I ask you to be here at seven o'clock sharp, you're here at what time?"

"Six."

Snape looked annoyed. "I ask you to be here as SEVEN o'clock sharp... you're here at... what time?"

"Seven sir." Morrigan said as tears ran down her face.

"Are you afraid of me Morrigan?" He asked.

"Y-yes sir. Everything here scares me." Morrigan whimpered.

She was afraid of him. The thought of it gave him a slight thrill but... no... that would never do.

"Morrigan... You will never have anything to fear from me." He said. "I will never harm you."

"Thank you sir." Morrigan said softly.

"In fact... as long as I'm around... nothing will ever harm you ever again." He said. He was glad she didn't catch on that he used the word harm instead of hurt. He had every intention to hurt her, even just a little, in the future. But he would never leave permanent damage.

"Sir, what is a Muggle?" Morrigan asked finally, unable to get it out of her mind.

Snape was a bit shocked by her sudden question. "A muggle is some who is born from parents who are not magic users. A Half-blood is someone who has one parent who is a magic user, and one is not or one or both of their parents are not magic users. A full blood... is someone who has both parents and both grand parents on both sides are magic users."

"Then why did some kid call me a Muggle-born? My aunt Lily came here and found my uncle James here. They both were magic users." Morrigan said as she pulled out her locket and opened it, pointing to the picture of Lily Evans. "See, my dad gave this to me after Lily stopped coming around."

Snape's heart nearly stopped as he looked at the picture. He took the image from her, his grasp so tight the corner bent. "Get out..." He said almost so quietly she could barely hear him.

Morrigan nodded, getting to her feet and grabbing her books before taking off running to get to her dorm. Making it back safely, she didnt even strip before leaping into bed.
