Scent of a Woman (Hide and Seek)
A/N: I don't own Harry Potter, property of J.K. Rowling. I am not making any money.

He could always tell when she was in the room. Her scent was unparalleled, but this evening her scent was different, she smelled of jasmine, anticipation and fear.
When he found her she was standing in the shadow, scanning the room in search of someone. His heart constricted; he was jealous that someone else could cause her such a feeling of elation. When she laid eyes on him, his heart began to beat wildly; she had the look of a predator who had found its prey. As she walked towards him, he noticed that her scent changed; there was no fear, there was only the smell of her need. She walked past him, touching his hand as she left the room. He stood there for a minute before he turned and followed her. When he reached the corridor, she had gone, but her Patronus was there. He knew exactly what she wanted.
He always hated games, but he knew that this game of hide and seek would be Interesting.
