THE GREAT HALL - HOGWARTS

It was a cool Spring evening. However, it felt like a hot summer night to the duo that stepped onto the stage.

The air was filled with the perfume of flowers as the music ended to the clapping of the crowd.

Harry tugged at his tie as he sat on a stool. Breathing he looked at his best mate. He wanted to run into the loo and vomit he was so nervous.

Ron was pale. Paler than usual he looked like he was going to be sick. His eyes were wide; he ran his hand through his red locks. His hands shook with nerves.

Ron leaned in to Harry, " Shite Harry why did we agree to do this?"

Harry chuckled at his friend’s words leaning into him he whispered, “Because she asked to and if we don’t she’ll bloody hex us”

Ron smiled, “Oh Right," he said.

They both chuckled.

Harry lifted his guitar onto his leg. He smiled at the crowd.

He said into his mic, "Well the bride and groom asked us to sing their favourite song. We’ll indulge them even though were bloody scared shitless.”

Laughter filled the air.

Harry teared looking at the woman making her way onto the dance floor.

Smiling his voice cracking as he said, “This is for you,” She smiled at him blowing a kiss.

Harry nodded to Ron as he strummed his guitar. Ron nodded joining in seconds later. Harry breathed in as he started the song...

"Well, you done done me and you bet I felt it
I tried to be chill but you're so hot that I melted
I fell right through the cracks, and I'm tryin to get back
before the cool done run out I'll be givin it my bestest

Harry had his eyes closed as he sang. If he just did not open his eyes, he would not be so nervous.

However, when he opened it he wanted to tear at the sight.
The brown-eyed girl who had been his rock for as long as he could remember was laughing.

She looked beautiful. It is if she glowed as she danced in the arms of her husband. She looked like an angel in her white dress. She danced with an angelic smile to match.

"I won't hesitate no more,
no more, it cannot wait, I'm yours."

Harry smiled at the crowd who was clapping as Ron and him played. Ron was now swaying to the beat singing back up.

"Well open up your mind and see like me
open up your plans and damn you're free

Harry and Ron laughed messing up the song a bit. They chuckled at the sight of their friend being dipped by her husband.

"So, I won't hesitate no more,
no more, it cannot wait I'm sure
there's no need to complicate our time is short
this is our fate, i'm yours."

Ron leaned into Harry's mic as they scatted to the music.

"*scat* Do you want to come closer, dear?
And I will nibble your ear. "

Ron looked up to see brown eyes smiling at him with tears in her eyes. He smiled at her. She was glided across the floor in the embrace of her love.

"I've been spendin' way too long checkin' my tongue in the mirror
and bendin’ over backwards just to try to see it clearer
but my breath fogged up the glass
and so I drew a new face and laughed
I guess what I’m a sayin’is there ain’t no better reason
to rid yourself of vanity and just go with the seasons

The crowd was clapping and bopping to the beat. While Harry and Ron both swayed singing with all the love, they could give.

Ron chuckled ruining a bit of harmony at the sight of his Mom who pulled his Dad onto the floor. Arthur blushed he was a horrible dancer.

Hagrid smiled at the couple. He sipped his drink while the music moved him.

He tapped his feet he smiled at Harry yelling, " Sing it Harry Sing it Ron."

Harry and Ron blushed at his words.

"no please don't complicate, our time is short
this is our fate, im yours.
no please don't hesitate no more, no more
it cannot wait, the sky is yours!"

Hermione laid her head on the shoulder of her husband not believing how wonderful her life had turned out. She was happy her friends were with her on this happy day.

She looked into the eyes of her love. His grey eyes were shining with tears. She smiled brightly at him.

She giggled he swung her out and swung her back into his arms. She laughed when she tripped over his shoe falling into his arms.

Hermione giggled as her husband kissed her lips. He swayed them across the floor.

The blond laughed into the arms of his new wife. Thanking the heavens for second chances. Words cannot express how lucky he was that she let him in, He knew he did not deserve it after the way he treated her in school.

However, she forgave him and through her forgiveness and kindness, the rest of the wizarding world forgave his sins.

As he moved with her with the eyes of hundreds watching he could not believe how much he loved her. She was the one person who did not give up on him. She gave him her friendship and through their friendship, their love grew.

He knew as he danced with her she was the one. She was the one that muggle fairy tales and romance novels gush about,

She is his True love.

Harry shook his head at the sight that he never thought he would see. His ex-enemies of Slytherin house clapping and whooping for the bride and groom as they danced.

Harry and Ron strummed the last chord. They hugged each other standing to the applause of the crowd they bowed and smiled.

Leaning into the mic they both said with happiness, "Congratulations Hermione and Draco."

A roar of applause assaulted the couple as they bowed to their guests.

Draco looked at the two men on the stage nodding to them. Harry and Ron smiled giving him the thumbs up as they stepped off the stage.

Draco looked in the corner and smiled at the sight of a man with long blond hair tapping his cane in approval. The woman next to him sobbing at her son's happiness knowing her son was truly happy.

He turned back to the woman in his arms and smiled.

"I’m yours Hermione Malfoy.”

Hermione beamed kissing his lips gently whispering; "I’m yours Draco Malfoy"

He smiled lifting her into his arms.

She squealed in delight.

The crowd applauded the unlikely couple.

They were sure they would make their own happily ever after.
