Ancient Circle
The round stone room stood silent with only the smell of old dirt as it's purfume. Seven obsidian pillars stood around a dark grey, circular stone. At the base of each pillar was a jutting stone that resembeled a seat. The stones surrounding the center stone had symbols that time and man had long forgotten. Along the walls were shelves of books, tomes and scrolls that men would kill to just touch. Behind each pillar stood a mirror of such detail that it would be mind captivating. Mist flowing against the ground just added to the feeling that this circle was not for the common nor the nieve.
Quietly but unexpected a figure emerged from a mirror to sit apon it's corrisponding seat. Before a breath could be taken, five more emerged from thier own mirrors into the room to take their seats... leaving one empty. Thus was the issue among them.
"We are getting nowhere in stopping the conflict. He must be brought into the circle."
"And how do you suppose we convince him huh?" said a female voice.
"He will understand if he is brought to understand his responsabilities."
"HA!" A sarcastic voice sounds. "He would not. He has too many people whispering in his ear of what and who he should be. They would under-mind anything we tell him."
"Or convince him to use It for their own means." said another, more meek, voice.
"Then what should we do? To allow him to accend without knowledge of what or who he is could prove to be fatal to us, not to mention the wizarding world." stated a deep male voice.
"Not just the wizarding world but that of the muggels and all magical realms." pleaded a gentle voice.
They were all silent for the moment as the words sunk in. To be reborn at such a time was weighing on their shoulders. To decide the future of magic was heavy. After a few moments of silence one male voice growled out.
"Then we must try to educate him! To let him go unknowing will prove to be a disaster!"
"But trust is thin in this day and with this one exspecially. He is powerful as it is, we must be careful." soothed a female voice. There was a common sound of agreement before a male spoke above them all.
"Then we must start now, before he accends and those who influence him lead him to his death. Are we argeed?" A resounding yes was echoed in the stone hall. All stood understanding that their gathering was coming to a close.
"Then may the ancients speed us in our quest and in the future." All agreed before nodding to each other. Turning from their pillars, they disappeared through their mirrors to only the heaven's know. A endevour on their minds.
With all of the octupants gone the torches faded to a dull glow, leaving the room in shadow... but it wouldnt be for long....
