Six brothers

Inuyasha sat by a near by tree, looking over at his sleeping family. He smiled, loving the two very much. He rubbed his hand over his growing stomach and sighed softly. Kouga was deep asleep, nothing could wake him now. His son, being a perfect mix of Kouga and him, was also asleep but even the smallest noise woke him. He was only 10 but he acted so much older. He had long black hair tied back in the same fashion as Kouga's, with Inuyasha's ears plastered on top his head. His eyes were violet, like those of his grandmother, to say the least he was perfect. "Never been so happy." Inuyasha said to himself, regreting it instantly as his son woke up and looked at him. "What's the matter daddy?" He asked crawling over to Inuyasha, being too tired to stand and walk.

"Nothing Shuyin, go to sleep sweety." The boy nodded, layed his head on Inuyasha's lap and fell back asleep. Inuyasha pet his son's hair softly, making sure no one bothered them. He never imagined he would be this happy. When Kagome had left, he had been devistated but soon got over the devistation when he realised Kouga was the one for him. They had taken their time, gotten to know the other without the compitition of Kagome in the way, and realised they had so much in common. Two summers later they had mated and Inuyasha gave birth to Shuyin.

"Daddy, there's someone here." Shuyin said breaking Inuyasha from his thoughts. Inuyasha nodded and told his son to stay by Kouga no matter what. The boy nodded and went to cuddle with his father who, though still asleep, cuddled back and held his son protectively, not allowing anything to touch him.

"Please, help me. My uncle was ganna hurt me again." A little boy said as Inuyasha stood to defend his family. The boy couldn't have been more than five years old but he smelled of sex and blood. His face was tear stained and his eyes red with crying behind his glasses. "Please mister. I promise I'll do what you want, just don't let him hurt me again." Inuyasha looked at the boy with unruly black hair and walked over to him. "What's your name little one?" He asked cleaning the boy's face. "Harry Potter. PLease don't let him hurt me again." Inuyasha held the little boy and walked him to a near by hot spring. "Don't worry little one, no one will hurt you. Come on, let's get you cleaned up and fed okay?" Harry nodded and held onto the half demon as though his life depended on it.

"Where are your parents?" Inuyasha asked stripping the little boy and gently easing him into the warm water. "They died when I was one. I've been living with my aunt and uncle since, they hate me, I don't wanna go back to them, please don't make me." Inuyasha nodded and washed the boy off, making sure no more blood or semen stains were left behind. Once the boy was cleaned Inuyasha's heart clenched at the sight. This young boy was covered in cuts bruises and scars so deep it was a miracle the boy had survived this long. "You're staying with me and my family, how's that?" Harry closed his eyes and started crying. "I can't, I'm a burden, a freak, no one will want me." Inuyasha hushed him with calming words. "It's okay baby boy, look at me, I have dog ears, I'm a guy and I'm going to be having another baby, if anything I'm the freak. Come on let's get you some new clothes and something to eat okay?" Harry nodded and held onto Inuyasha as though his life depended on it.

Harry had no idea how he had ended up in this place but right now he didn't care. He was with people that might end up liking him more than his uncle and aunt ever had. He obeyed Inuyasha, wearing the clothes that actually fit him. Small black male kimono. He was comfortable as he walked back to camp with Inuyasha. "Kouga, Shuyin, I have someone for you to meet." Inuyasha said walking over and waking the two. "Who's he?" Kouga asked looking down at the broken face. "His name's Harry. He's an orphan, and I want to keep him." Kouga smiled kindly at the boy and nodded. "That will be a good Idea Inuyasha. Shuyin needs a littel brother. What do you think Shuyin?" Kouga asked his son who had gone to sit next to the shivering five year old. "I already like him. I can teach him how to hunt and everything." He said picking Harry up and sitting him on his lap. "Daddy's ganna cook you some food, you hungry?" Harry nodded and cuddled into Shuyin's lap. "Yeah, I haven't eaten for three weeks, I'm really hungry." Inuyasha gasped, Kouga frowned and Shuyin growled knowing this boy had been starving the entire time. "I'll get right on the food then little one. Can you stand being hungry for another ten minutes?" Harry nodded and closed his eyes letting sleep wash over him.

"His aunt and uncle you say. This poor boy. You did good love, I'm proud of what you did." Inuyasha smiled as he continued cooking the fish and mushrooms. "You would have done the same thing. I can't let anything happen to a kid in need." Kouga nodded and watched Shuyin rock the sleeping boy back and forth, whispering calming words to Harry who seemed to be having a nightmare. "It's okay little brother, nothing will happen to you as long as I'm here to watch after you. I won't let anyone hurt you anymore I promise with all my heart." Kouga smiled as he watched his son promise something so honest to the new member of the family. "We still need to know where he came from." Inuyasha frowned. "It doesn't matter, he's here with us and this is where he's going to stay." Kouga nodded and walked over to his two sons. "Harry, little one it's time to wake up. Food's..." Harry jumped up so fast it startled Kouga. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'll make food, I promise not to burn it this time, and I won't break anything uncle Vernon, I swear, I'll be a good boy." Shuyin held onto Harry. "Shhh, baby brother, you're safe, no one's ganna hurt you. It's okay come on, food's already made and daddy's made fish just for you. He can't stand the smell of fish and I don't like the flavor. Come on baby brother, everything will be okay."

"What's your name?" Harry asked holding onto the front of Shuyin's shirt for dear life. "My name's shuyin little brother. I'm your big brother now and I promise you I won't let anything happen to you okay?" Harry nodded and continued to hold the front of Shuyin's shirt as he was lifted and carried over to the food. "Come on, you have to eat something." Harry nodded and reluctantly sat on the ground infront of the roaring fire. He grabbed the offered fish and lifted it to his mouth. Taking a bite he smiled gratefully before dowining the fish so fast it put Inuyasha's eating skills to shame. He asked for another and when it was given to him he smiled slightly before digging in once more. "What can I call you guys? You guys are so nice, like the parents I never had." Inuyasha smiled and patted Harry's head. "You can call me Inuyasha, or dad if you want, you can call him daddy or Kouga and Shuyin can be just Shuyin or big brother. It's up to you sweety." Harry smiled and nodded finishing his third fish and fifth mushroom before saying. "Dad, daddy and big brother then." Kouga, Inuyasha and Shuyin smiled warmly at Harry, watching him eat another fish just as fast before crawling onto Shuyin's lap and falling asleep once more.

"He feels safe with you Shuyin." Shuyin nodded and started to pet Harry's head. "He has right to feel safe, I'd die to protect my baby brother." Inuyasha nodded and kissed the top of both boys' heads before lying down by the fire and drifting off to sleep. Kouga and Shuyin, having had enough sleep, stayed awake to keep an eye on their sleeping family members. Nothing in all the heavens could break them apart.


6 years later

"SHEN, COME OUT, COME OUT WHEREVER YOU ARE." Harry shouted looking for his little brother. "YOU'LL NEVER FIND ME BIG BROTHER." Shouted the youngest family member. He was a cute little six year old, with silver hair and black dog ears on his head and black eyes. He was the perfect mix of his parents. Harry had learned to use every single power he had, and was better than even a full fledged wizard was. His parents had done well raising him, and he was happier than he could ever remember being. "Big brother, I can't find Shen, where do you think he could be?" Shuyin had grown to be a spitting image of Kouga, and if not for the different eyes and ears you would not be able to tell them apart. "I don't know, did you check behind that tree?" Harry smiled and walked over to the tree, knowing for a fact that the six year old was hiding behing Shuyin.

"Oh darn, he's not here either, where else could he be?" Harry asked walking over to Shuyin and peeking behind him. "AHA, I found you baby brother." Shen Shreeked and ducked down low, laughing as he crawled away from his older brother. "No fair, you found me." He said crawling behind the tree and giggling. "Your turn big brother, I won't peek this time I promise." Harry nodded and snuck away behind a tree not to far away. "Okay you can come look for me now."

"Kids, it's time for breakfast, you can continue your game later." Kouga said looking around for all three of his children. "Kay coming daddny." Shen said standing and running over to his father. "I'll get Harry dad, We'll be there soon." Kouga nodded and picked up the bouncing six-year-old. "Don't take too long." Shuyin nodded and walked over to the tree. "You saw something didn't you?" Harry looked over at Shuyin and nodded, before shaking his head. "Yes, I saw something but it wasn't a vision. It was an old guy, long beared and half moon glasses on his face. He was wearing really odd clothes. He was coming over here, I don't know what he wanted but he left when dad called us." Shuyin nodded and grabbed Harry's arm. "Come on, we don't wanna be late for dinner, father worked hard on it." Harry nodded and followed Shuyin to the camp site, taking one last look behind him, seeing no one, he sighed being relieved and continued his walk to the camp site.

"Dad, father, food smells good." Harry said walking over and sitting beside the fire and grabbing a peice of meat. "Thank you Harry. Did you three have fun?" Harry nodded. "Yeah till just before dad came to get us. There was this old guy dressed really funny over by the hot springs, I saw him, he was coming over here, he wanted something, I know he did, I just don't know what he could have wanted, he left when you called us." Inuyasha nodded and pointed behind Harry. "Is that him?" Harry turned around and saw the old man from earlier. "Yeah that's him alright." Inuyasha nodded and offered the old man a seat. "Why thank you kind sir." The old man said waking up and sitting next to Harry. "My name is Albus Dumbledore. I came here to take Harry Potter back to where he belongs, but I see he has a loving family." Inuyasha nodded and handed the old man a peice of meat. "I bet you've had better food than this but I do hope you like it."

Dumbledore nodded and took a bite of the offered food, instantly falling in love with the taste. "This is wanderful my boy. Better than I've had in years." Harry smiled, knowing no human or demon alive could surpass his father's cooking skills. "He's had years of practise sir. Could you tell me again why you're here for me?" Dumbledore nodded. "There's a school called Hogwarts where talented people like you learn everything you need to know about using your skills and becoming a better person. When I discovered you were no longer at your relatives' house, I went searching for you, four years ago I discovered your wereabouts and came here from time to time to check on you. It seems you have a great family who loves you and looks after you. I came to tell you the offer is open, if you wish to join the school you may come, and so may your family, if they so choose." Harry looked over at his family, seeing the look of amusment on their faces he nodded. "Yeah we'll go. Just be nice to my family and treat them like people rather than freaks and you won't have trouble." Dumbledore nodded and smiled, finishing his food. "We leave in one hour, so be prepared." Everyone nodded and continued eating their food.

"We're done packing, we really don't have much to do. But one question, what is my family going to do once we get there? They don't like having nothing to do." Dumbledore smiled at the family knowing exactly what to do with them. "Inuyasha can be the Defence against the Dark arts teacher, seeing as he's had practice. Kouga can be the care of magical creatures teacher teach the kids about different animals, Shuyin can go to school with you if you want him too, though he'll have alot to catch up on, or seeing as how your entire family is magical maybe not, and Shen can follow either one of you to your classes so he can learn about magic at a younger age." Harry nodded and waited for Dumbledore to open the portal he had spoken of not too long ago.

Once the portal was open, they stepped inside and a flash of light later they were in Diagon Alley. "Welcome." Said Dumbledore. "To Diagon Alley. Severus Snape will be here shortly to escort you to each store so you may be able to get all your school supplies along with better suited clothes. Harry my boy, where are your glasses?" Harry smiled. "When I turned eight they no longer fit me so my parents took me to gamma and had her brew me a potion for eye sight. It worked wanders, I don't need them anymore." Dumbledore nodded not bothering to ask who gamma was. "Ah there's Severus now. Just a warning he can be vicious at times, be patient he is trying his best to behave." Harry nodded but Shuyin growled as he took the four peiced of papers handed to him along with enough money to buy Diagon alley.

Severus Snape walked up to the family and sneered at them before grabbing the lists and walking off. "Sir, don't you want to know who we are before you walk us to places we've never seen before?" Harry asked but regreted it instantly. "Shut up Potter, I don't need a nosey good for nothing, hero wanna be telling me what I should and should not do, stick your nose in my business again and you'll regret it." Harry held his head down and felt ashamed for even speaking, old habbits coming to life. Shuyin, seeing this, walked up to the man and hit him upside the head. "What the..."

"You listen and you listen good, I haven't been brought up to swear, hit or belittle people unless they deserve it, so trust me you deserve this, I hear one more nasty word come out of that mouth aimed at my baby brother and I will..." Shuyin was cut off by a hand on his shoulder. "It's okay big brother, he didn't mean it. He's just grumpy is all, don't let it get to you." Shuyin looked at Harry noticing the tears that threatened to fall and nodded, holding his brother close. "It's okay Harry, I'll make him regret putting tears in your eyes. I know you remembered that bastard of a man when he yelled, I won't let him...calm down okay baby brother?" Harry nodded and hugged his brother back. "I'm sorry I'm so weak...I try to be strong but I just can't stop remembering." Shuyin nodded and kissed Harry's fourhead. "It's okay, you are strong, memories can be hard to forget. I'm here to protect you remember?" Harry nodded and continued his walk behind Severus, keeping his mouth shut the entire time.

"You hungry Harry?" Inuyasha asked knowing by now his kids must be starving. "No, I'm not really hungry dad, you guys go eat I'll just go look at the animals." Inuyasha nodded but was slightly worried that Harry was still remembering a past that should have been long gone. "Okay sweety, if you need anything you know how to get a hold of us." Harry nodded and walked over to the animal shop, looking at all the different animals. This pet shop had everything, from snakes to toads, to owls and eagles. he walked over to one animal that looked strangly familar. A black and white kitten with two tails. The tips of his tails, paws and forehead were black but the rest was white. This cat looked all too familiar for Harry's liking. He had seen this cat before he just knew it. Then it hit him, before his aunt Sango had died, she had had a cat he used to play with when he was seven. What was the cat's name again. "Kilala?" Harry spoke outloud not realising he had. The cat purred and rubbed against Harry and instantly Harry knew this was Kilala. "Kilala, oh my god, It's been forever, I thought I'd never see you again." He held out his arms and Kilala jumped into them and cuddled close to her friend.

"Potter what on earth do you think you're doing with that cat, don't you know it's dangerous. You stupid boy, put it back and let's go." Harry frowned and held Kilala close. "Kilala is NOT dangerous. She will protect my family till her dying day. Now take that back." Kilala sensing Harry's anger sat up a bit and growled. "What seems to be the problem?" The sales person asked walking up and looking at Harry. "This idiot seems to think that Kilala is evil and dangerous. I know she's not dangerous, I used to play with her when I was seven. She's a good cat."

"So her name's Kilala huh? Well thank you for finally coming for her. She wouldn't let anyone touch her, everyone seemed to either be too stinkey, ugly, or just plain mean to her. She missed you that much is for sure." Harry smiled and held his cat close. "Yeah, Kilala is only faithful to my family. Shuyin will love having her back that's for sure. She was cought by poachers years ago, we've missed her so much." The sales person nodded, not commenting on the fact that Kilala had been there fot centeries. "Then go ahead and take her, she's finally found her family again." Harry nodded and walked from the shop, holding the kitten Kilala close to him. He looked around and saw his family walking our of an icecream shop and smiling. He ran over and showed them Kilala. "Look who I found brothers. She's been waiting for us this entire time."

Shen smiled and jumped up and down. "Kila, Kila. I missed you so much." Kilala jumped out of Harry's arms and walked over to Shen, purring and rubbing up against him. "Wow Harry, I thought we'd never see her again." Harry nodded at Shuyin and looked at the cat. "I missed her so much, she's part of the family, and we'll never let her go again." Inuyasha and Kouga nodded handing Harry an icecream cone. "This stuff is great." Harry said licking the icecream like it was the greatest thing on the planet. Inuyasha smiled watching his son devour the icecream remembering the first night he had found Harry.

"Come on, we don't have all day, we have tons of stuff we have to get." Kouga said walking over to Snape who seemed to be getting annoyed at the loving family. "Yeah what he said." Inuyasha laughed at the sarcasm in Snape's voice and followed the grumpy old man to every store, wandering what was in store for him that year.

Four and a half hours later the shopping was finally finished and they were on their way to the school named Hogwarts. Shuyin, Harry and Shen were excited about seeing something new, but Inuyasha and Kouga were a little hesitant. "Okay so I'll have one of the other teachers teach you how to get started with the new term. Term starts tomorrow night so you'll have to hurry with everything. Tonight is the welcoming feast and the sorting ceremony, Shuyin and Potter will have to wait with the first years to get sorted into their house. You two will follow me to the teacher's table. Understand?" They all nodded and walked into the giant building. "Shen you can stay with big brother and me okay?" Harry asked holding Shen's hand. Shen nodded and followed Harry into the buildind and standing in line with every other first years Harry's age. "So what happenes if you and big brother don't get the same house? Will you have to be mean to eachother?" Shen asked looking up at Harry and Shuyin. "I don't care what the houses say we have to do baby brother, I won't listen and I know Harry won't listen either. We'll never be mean to eachother sweety, we're family and blood is thinker than water." Shen smiled and hugged Shuyin close. "Thank you big brother."

"Hello there, I'm Ron. What's your name?" Harry looked over at a red headed boy with a big nose and freckles and smiled instantly liking the boy. "I'm Harry, and these are my brothers, Shuyin and Shen. Nice to meet you." Ron looked down at Shen and smiled. "Why hello there little boy. How old are you?" Shen giggled and extended his fingers. "I'm six years old. I'll be seven in two months." Harry smiled and patted the boy's head. "Yup you're growing up fast aren't you? Soon you're going to be bigger than me." Shen giggled and held up his hands. "Will you hold me?" Harry nodded and picked up his baby brother and held him close. "He's so cute Harry. I have five brothers and a younger sister. Bill's the oldest then It's Charlie, they're away working. Bill's in Egypt and Charlie's somewhere working with Dragons. Then it's Percy, he's a prefect, and he won't stop talking about it. Then it's Fred and George the twins, they're a year older than me, they're pranksters. Then it's me then Ginny. What about you?" Harry smiled and nodded his head towards Shuyin. "He's my older brother, he's sixteen. He's a good brother, has always been there for me. He's shown me everything I know. Then it's me and Shen here. We're going to have another brother or sister soon." Ron nodded and pet Shen's shoulder length silver hair. "His hair is beautiful. And what's with the ears you two?" Shuyin and Harry didn't say anything, let it just be ignored, and Ron stopped asking and went back to petting Shen's hair. "All of you have long hair, can I ask why?" Harry nodded and smiled. "It's a family thing. We all have our hair long, I guess it's easier to get out of the way if something happenes." Ron nodded and walked into the great hall along with everyone else.

"Shen It's okay, I know you don't like alot of people but there's nothing to worry about. What's wrong?" Shen buried his head into Harry's neck and mumbled something only he and Shuyin could hear. "That blond hair boy, he's in pain and he's mean...he doesn't wanna be but his daddy wants him to be. He scares me big brother." Harry nodded and held him closer. "It's okay baby brother, nothing will happen to you while Shuyin and I are here to take care of you." Shen nodded and closed his eyes, letting sleep claim him. "Shuyin I think he fell asleep." Harry said smiling. Ron chuckled a bit and looked at the sleeping child. "Yeah, he's asleep." Shuyin smiled and pet Shen's hair. "It's okay just hold him till you get tired then I'll take over okay?" Harry nodded. "Sure, If we get different houses I'll keep him with me for a while then you can come get him okay?" Shuyin nodded and walked up when his name was called. He placed the hat on his head and about a minute later the hat shouted: "SLYTHERIN" The slytherin table stood and clapped along with the rest of the hall before they all silenced when Harry's name was called. Still holding his baby brother Harry walked up and sat on the stool and waited anxtiously as the hat was placed on his head. Minutes later the hat shouted Griffendore and Harry stood and walked to his table, not caring who was clapping for him.

"Shuyin, remember what you said." Harry shouted across the table to his brother. "I will baby brother. I promise." Harry nodded and tapped Shen on the back. "Baby brother, wake up sweety, It's dinner time." Shen groaned and opened his eyes. "But I'm tired." Harry smiled and sat Shen next to him and poured him some food that happened to appear from thin air. "Just eat however much you can or want then I'll hold you while you sleep again okay?" Shen nodded and dug into his roast chiken. "I like daddy's cooking more." Harry nodded agreeing with his baby brother as he began eating his own food. "You know you're spoiling him right?" Harry looked over at a bushy haired girl and glared. "Yeah? Well right now I don't care. He needs to be a kid." Shen smiled at his brother and looked at the bushy haired girl. "Uh huh, my daddy says I get to be a kid for nother four years before I have to grow up little by little." Harry smiled and looked over at Shen. "Yup just like me and big brother right?" Shen nodded and continued eating his food slower than before. "Shen I have to go to the bathroom, stay here and stay put don't bother anyone okay?" Shen nodded and took a sip of his pumpkin juice and smiled. "Kay big brother I won't bother no one."

"It's 'anyone' little one. Learn to talk properly." Harry glared at the bushy haired girl and looked at Ron who had been sorted into the same house. "Tell me exactly what she does when I get back." Ron nodded and watched Harry walk over to the head table, ask for directions to the bathroom and disappear from the hall. "And what's with the ears? I mean I've seen some pretty messed up things but this is rediculous. Ears like a dog, manners like a dog. Maybe you are a dog." Shen felt tears behind his eyes but he refused to let them fall. "My daddy says I'm special, he says I'm different cause god wanted me like this." Ron looked over at the bushy haired girl: "Yo, what the hell, shut up. It's not your business why he looks different. Leave him alone."

"Name's Hermione, and I surely won't leave him alone. He's a freak, and you stand up for him?" Harry chose this moment to come back and he heard everything that was said, as did Shuyin, Kouga and Inuyasha. "What did you just call my baby brother?" Hermione looked up and smirked. "So he's your brother? He's a freak." Shuyin walked over to the annoying girl and growled. "You will keep your mouth shut if you know what's good for you you annoying little bitch." Inuyasha heard this and walked over to his family. "What's going on? Shen why are you crying?" Shen ran over to Inuyasha and wiped away his tears. "Daddy am I a freak?" Inuyasha growled at the annoying girl and looked down at his son. "You are not a freak sweety, you're different but that doesn't make you a freak." Harry nodded and sat kneeled before his little brother. "He's right you know, jus because you have different ears means nothing. You're a perfect little boy and don't let anyone tell you other wise." Shen nodded and hugged his dad. "I'm ganna spend the night with Harry kay daddy?" Inuyasha nodded and looked up. "Don't leave him for a second okay?" Harry nodded and picked up his little brother, suddenly not wanting to eat. "Promise dad. Shuyin, you can go back and eat your food, I'm not leaving him again." Shuyin nodded, walking back to his table he sat but didn't have the erge to eat anymore.

"Go to sleep little one, we'll get to where we need to go soon enough." Shen nodded and put his head on Harry's shoulder, almost instantly falling asleep. "And you HERMIONE." He said that name with so much venom it made Ron think twice about angering Harry. "You come near my brother again and I will make sure it will be your last." Hermione nodded and sat down to eat her food. "You're back's going to hurt, you shouldn't be holding him so much." Ron said as innocently as he could. "It's okay I don't mind." Harry answered patting his brother's back slightly. Ron admired Harry for his loyalty to his brother knowing there was a reason he was so protective, a reason he would never share with anyone.

Around an hour later the feast was finished and everyone was escorted to their dorm room. Harry followed Percy Weasley along with the rest of the first years listening closely for the password. "The password you have to give the fat lady is black monkey. Remember it, don't forget it and be careful not to let any slytherins get a hold of it, you know they're all evil." Harry glared at the man but refused to say anything, not wanting to get in trouble just yet. Harry walked into the dorm room and looked around for the bed that had his name written on it. finally finding it and seeing his stuff at the foot of the bed he smiled and layed his brother down on the bed, covering him with a blanket and walking over to his trunk to get out a pair of sutable sleeping clothes. "Big brother, where did you go?" Shen asked looking around for his brother. "I'm right here sweety go back to sleep and I'll be right there." Shen nodded and closed his eyes letting sleep claim him again. Harry looked over and saw a little cot set up next to his bed apparently put there for his brother. He smiled knowing the old man had done this for his brother to be more comfortable. "Thanks old man but he can't sleep unless either me or shuyin are right next to him." He said to himself, crawling into bed next to his brother after changing into a pair of clothes his father had made him three months ago. Shen Instantly cuddled close to his brother taking in the scent and smiled before sleep claimed him one last time that night. Harry smiled and closed his eyes, falling asleep almost instantly. Kilala, having already been there, jumped onto the bed and curled around her own tail and fell asleep by two of her favorite people.

"Ron...They're asleep already?" Ron nodded looking over at Dean. "Yeah they seemed really tired. I don't know exactly why Shen won't go anywhere withough Harry or Shuyin but I think it's sweet that Harry's such a good brother." Dean nodded and watched the sleeping figure. "They have to be good, otherwise that cat wouldn't like them as much as she does." Ron nodded knowing that though Shuyin was in Slytherin he was indeed a very good person. "I'm not going to stop talking to Shuyin because everyone here thinks I should, he's a good person that's all that matters." Dean nodded and walked to his own bed, lying down and reading a book while Ron walked over to his own bed and fell asleep right when his head hit the pillow.

The next morning Harry and Shen walked into the great hall and started eating their breakfast when Shuyin walked up. "Can I join you baby brother" He asked and Harry nodded, scooting over a bit so Shuyin could sit. No one commented, knowing they were close brothers and nothing could rip them apart. "So Shen, sleep good?" Shen nodded and continued to eat his breakfast. "My first class is with dad, what about you?" Shuyin asked looking over at Harry who was looking at his schedule. "My first class is with Father, Defence against the Dark Arts. You have...care of Magical creatures right?" Shuyin nodded and once breakfast was over they each went to their seperate classes. Shen Stayed close to Harry not wanting to leave him just yet. "I'll go to your next class kay Shuyin?" Shuyin nodded and patted his brother's head. "Sure thing little one." And with that left to get to his class on time.

"Okay so this is the class huh?" Harry asked walking into the classroom. It wasn't a bad room really, just a little dark. "Okay kids, take your seat and behave." Inuyasha said waiting for everyone to obey him. He had learned very quickly about everything, and knew today was going to be a bad day considering Griffendore and Slytherin first years were together. Once everyone was seated Inuyasha stood and adressed the class: "Other than Harry and Shen, who can tell me the name of the most dangerous Demon to ever live?" Hermione's hand instantly went up. "Unlike these baboons I actually read the book. His name was Naraku, brought down by a monk, priestess, demon slayer and her cat, a fox demon and a halfbreed dog demon." Inuyasha nodded before saying: "That's right but that kind of language is not appropriate in my classroom." Hermione huffed and sat down. "What she said was true, but they missed out on alot. The demon was brought down by me and my crew, but what they failed to tell you was that two of my sons and my husband were also there to help bring down the idiot. The shikon jewel was finally put together again and purified."

"Excuse me, you mean to tell me you're THE Inuyasha who helped bring down Naraku? You have GOT to be kidding." Inuyasha smiled at the blond haired boy. "Name?" He asked. "I'm Draco, Draco Malfoy." Inuyasha nodded. "Yes the very same one. Do you need proof?" Draco nodded not saying a word. "Okay before I get her, I have to ask, do you know about the enchanted well?" Everyone nodded, knowing the story of the well by heart. "Then you know Kagome is from this time and age right?" Again they all nodded, having known of Kagome by way of the news. "Good then, Shen you remember how to get to her right?" Shen nodded and rushed from the room. "Okay while my youngest son goes and gets Kagome, what would you like to know?" Draco smirked and stood: "Where's your brother? I know he lived in the same day and age, why isn't her here?"

"Sesshoumaru doesn't like me, and he refused to come along, well okay I didn't really ask him, but I'm sure he would have said no." Draco nodded looking at the half demon. "Sir, can I talk to you after class?" Inuyasha nodded and waited for the next question. "Was it hard killing Naraku?" Harry growled and stood up. "Hermione, for someone who claims to be smart you sure are stupid, why wouldn't it be hard to kill him? He was the strongest demon in existance, it was damn near impossible you idiot." Inuyasha cleared his throat and glared at his son. "Harry, I already told you, that language is not acceptable in MY classroom. Apologise." Harry held his head down and nodded. "Sorry Mione." Hermione nodded and took her seat. "Wait...You're one of the sons he's talking about?" Draco asked looking at Harry in amazment. "Yeah, I am, It was me and Shuyin that helped, Shen was with Gamma, he was too young to come along." Draco nodded, wanting all the more to be part of this loving family.

"Daddy I found her, she's ganna be here soon kay?" Shen said running up to Harry and taking a seat next to him. "Okay sweetheart." Harry kissed the top of Shen's head and held him close. "You did good baby brother." Shen smiled brightly and waited for Kagome to walk in. "I was told I needed to...Inuyasha? Inuyasha oh my god." Kagome said running up to the half demon. "It's been so long, how are the kids? Kouga? I heard there's another on the way, girl or boy, tell me?" Inuyasha smiled. "It has been too long Kagome, Shuyin's fine and you can ask the other two yourself, they're right there. Kouga's perfect and yes there's another on the way, this one's a girl, and we managed to find Kilala." Kagome smiled and hugged her friend. Looking behind her at the two kids she had come to adore she just about screamed as she ran up to them. "Oh my god kids, Shippou has missed you two so much. I think he wants to stay by you guys. He's gotten taller, much taller. He's going to this school actually so if your dad doesn't mind, he can stay with you guys from now on. I don't think he likes Hojo much." Harry stood up and hugged his friend. "We'll take good care of him, he's what 12 now? Human years?" Kagome nodded and hugged Shen. "How are you little one?" Shen hugged back and smiled. "I'm good Kagome. Missed you lots." Kagome smiled. "Missed you too kiddo. Well I have to get going soon, Shippou's in Potion's right now, I'll go get him for you if you want." Harry and Shen nodded and looked at the shocked faces around them: "What? That was our aunt Kagome." Draco smiled, now REALLY wanting to be part of the family.

"Hi, Kagome said you wanted...INUYASHA." Shippou took his glamour off and ran towards the half demon. He looked just about the same, except a bit older and taller. "Yeah Shippou it's me." Inuyasha said holding his arms open so the younger demon could hug him. "It's been so long. I missed you like crazy. Can I stay with you guys? I love Kagome but Hojo...he doesn't like me at all." Inuyasha nodded. "Sure thing Kiddo, what house you in?" Shippou held his head down: "Hufflepuff. I feel like a weakling." Inuyasha laughed: "Why? just because you're in Hufflepuff, don't worry about it little one, now you, Harry and Shen go get Shuyin and take the day off, you four know more than anyone else so it won't be any trouble for you to "catch" up okay?" Shippou nodded and ran towards Harry and Shen. "Come on you two, we have so much to talk about." Harry smiled and Shen laughed before following Shippou from the room.

"Shuyin would be with my dad, SHEN, lead the way Mr. Nose." Shen growled and sniffed out his dad's wereabouts. "He's in the front yard." He told Harry running ahead of the two. "SHEN WAIT." Harry yelled running after his brother. "HOLY SHIT." Was all he could say as he noticed someone grabbing his brother and running. "SHEN." Harry yelled running after the bastard who dared take his baby brother. "Shippou?" He called behind him only to notice Shippou was out cold. Someone had hit him and ran off with his brother. "SHEN" Harry was panicking. He had NO idea how to get to his brother and didn't really know where Shuyin was considering he didn't know anything about this school. "SHEN" He called out again, hoping his brother would answer. He was running around in curcles and he knew it but what else was he to do. "What's the matter? Why's Shippou knocked out?" Draco asked looking at Harry who was close to crying. "Someone took Shen and I don't know where or what to do." Harry then burst into tears. "I'm not good at being a wizard or a demon. I can't even find my brother." Draco walked over and patted Harry on the back. "It's okay, I'll help you find him." Harry nodded, wiping away his tears and looked up. "Wait, I know who can help I forgot I could do this." Harry let his tears flow as he consentrated on Shuyin. "What is it Harry?" Shuyin asked telepathicly. "Get your ass inside, someone took Shen and I don't want dad knowing yet kay?" Harry answered back. Within seconds Shuyin was standing next to them demanding to know the whole story.

Once he was filled in on everything Shuyin growled. "That bastard will pay. Baby brother this wasn't your fault. There was no way you could tell they were ganna do this." Harry nodded and looked up. "I know, I hate not being a demon, I hate not being able to smell my baby brother the way you can. I hate being Human." Shuyin patted him on the back before looking at Draco. "Take care of him and I'll tell my dad if you can join the family, no one should have to live with parents like yours." Draco nodded and watched as Shuyin ran in the direction of Shen. "Come on Harry, let's go wake Shippou up." Harry nodded and walked over to Shippou and kicked him. "Get your ass up Shippou. We have to find Shen."

"No need baby brother. I found him." Shuyin said walking up holding a crying Shen. "OH GOD, Shen are you okay?" Harry said running up to his baby brother and taking him from Shuyin. "God I'm so sorry baby, so sorry." Shen held onto Harry for dear life. "It wasn't your fault big brother." Harry shook his head. "It is my fault. It is. I should have known this was coming, I should have been able to smell you, to know where you were, I should be a demon." Shen held Harry closer. "I'll tell dad bout it, see what he says, he'll probly say yes." Harry nodded and continued to hold his baby brother. "I won't ever let you out of my sight again. I'm not letting anything happen to you ever ever again I promise." Shen nodded against Harry's neck and sniffed. "I'm sorry I ran, I just wanted to get to big brother faster." Harry shook his head. "It's okay little one, I should have followed. I'm sorry about all this, I really am."

"Harry, it's okay really, it wasn't your fault so stop thinking it was okay baby brother?" Harry looked at Shuyin before wiping away his tears and nodding. "Uh huh." Draco walked over to Shen and looked at him closely. "Are you okay sport?" Shen nodded and jumped down from Harry's arms. "Uh huh, I'm kay. Draco, you're a good guy now. What happened?" Draco blushed before saying: "I realised my dad wasn't really a good guy. I wanna change." Shen jumped up and down with excitment. "Wanna be my other big brother, I know I have three already but I wants one more." Draco looked up at Shuyin who nodded and held a crying Harry close. "Sure thing sport, I'll be your other big brother, if your dads don't mind." Shen squeeled before sniffing the surrounding area. "Big brother, big brother, I smell daddy, he's ganna have the baby tomorrow." Shuyin looked over at Shen and smiled. "Tomorrow's saturday so we can be there for it. Are you sure baby brother?" Shen nodded and looked at Draco. "Draco I'm ganna be a big brother too tomorrow." Draco nodded and patted the top of Shen's head. "You sure are little one."

"Hey what did I miss and why does my head hurt so much?" Harry, Shuyin, Shen, and Draco looked at the groggy Shippou and laughed, walking out over to the lake. "Hey seriously, what did I miss?" Seeing that no one would answer him anytime soon, he let the question drop and followed his friends out of the building.


"Big brothers, big brothers. Daddy's having the baby, if we don't go now we'll miss it." Shuyin and Draco opened their eyes and looked at Shen before jumping up and getting dressed. Inuyasha and Kouga had both agreed to having Draco as a family member and in a month Draco was officially going to become Shen's other older brother. "When did you smell is Shen?" Draco asked walking over to Shen and picking him up. "Bout ten minutes ago. Come on, it won't be long now." Draco nodded and dragged Shuyin by the colar of his shirt out the door. "DRACO, I still haven't gotten my pants on all the way." Draco shrugged. "I don't care, our sister is about to be born soon and you waste time putting on different pants? BAH, who needs ya?" Shuyin glared at his new brother before running to the hufflepuff tower.

"Shen, wake Harry up the way you usually do." Shuyin said slamming his fist on the painting holding the secret door at bay. "SHIPPOU GET YOUR ASS OUT OF BED YOU LAZY SON OF A BITCH." ten minutes after that outburst Shippou ran out of the room and glared at the three people who dared wake him up this early on a saturday. "WHAT?" Shuyin, not wanting to waste time explaining just grabbed Shippou's tail and dragged him down the hall. "HEY HEY WHAT THE HELL?" Shippou growled trying to stand and walk. "DAD'S HAVING THE BABY, Shen did you get a hold of Harry?" Shen nodded and smiled. "Yup, if we don't hurry he's ganna beat us." The brothers looked at eachother and took off at a run. Draco had put Shen on the ground in order to keep up, and since Shuyin and Shippou were both there there was nothing to worry about.

"WHAT DID WE MISS?" Draco yelled busting into the hospital wing. "Nothing big, dad's ganna start pushing soon is all." Harry said walking over to his brothers and smiling. "We're ganna have a sister." Everyone nodded, being extremely happy. "That's it one more push." Inuyasha growled but pushed one more time but stopped the moment a cry broke the relative quiet of the room. "It's a boy." Everyone gathered looked up in shock and looked at the baby. Indeed He was a boy, there was no doubting it. "But...how?" No one had an answer but it didn't matter. The baby had black hair plastered to his head that were surprisingly empty of the signature dog ears, instead they had Kouga's pointed ears. In all actuality this baby was a spitting image of Kouga, litterally.

"Dad, you have a boy." Harry said walking over to his father who was way too still for his liking. "Dad...DADDY? DADDY?" Harry was frantic. "SHUYIN GO GET FATHER, NOW." Shuyin nodded and ran to get his father. Moments later the brothers heard a howl of dispare before Shen joined in. Moments later Harry, who had been taught how to howl properly joined in and Shippou let out his own form of a howl. Draco not knowing what to do, feeling as though he was surrounded by a bunch of wolves walked over to Inuyasha and let his tears fall.

In his office Dumbledore let tears fall for the children's loss. Losing both parents on one night was not something they should have had to gone through. He was at a loss, he had no idea how both demons seemed to drop dead on the same night, the night of their fourth child's birth.

"Little brother, I'm sorry but father...he died last night, I think dad knew this, that's why he's dead now. When a demon's mate dies the other will die shortly after. That's why the baby turned out a boy, that's our father's reincarnation. Dad's isn't born yet but he will be soon enough." Harry fell to his knees and sobbed as reality hit him. They were all orphans, all of them having no one else left in their lives to turn to but eachother. "Don't cry little brother, we have eachother, that's all we'll ever need." Harry looked up and let an earth shattering howl loose that made every wolf within a ten mile radious howl along. Shen and Shuyin took up howling again as Shippou sat in the corner holding a crying Draco who in turn was holding the newly born baby. "Kouga. Come on new brother, we're taking you home." Harry said picking up the new baby boy.

"I'll give you all a new place to stay. You won't be seperated anymore." The brothers looked over at the door to see Dumbledore with tear stained eyes looking at them. "Thank you sir, and in return we will do whatever you wish us to do." Harry said before walking from the room holding the new baby who was wrapped in his shirt. "Sir, can you open the portal I wants to go to our time to get something from gamma. I don't wanna have my brothers die young kay?" Dumbledore nodded and escorted Shen to his time only to return moments later holding the Shikon no tama. "Brother Draco, you and Harry will become demons, that way we won't ever be seperated for long. We...we'll have eachother forever right?" Draco nodded and walked over to Shen. "Yeah, I won't ever leave you guys. You all are my brothers, and no matter what you're my family now, fuck my old one." Shen nodded and used the Shikon no tama to turn Draco into a demon. Draco's hair darkened to black, his eyes turning light silver, and two markings appeared on his face.

"I'll do Harry while you go get unca Sesshoumaru. Kay?" Shen asked Shuyin who nodded and walked through a newly opened portal along with Dumbledore. "Come on Draco, we have to stay close to Shen. We don't want anything happening." Draco nodded and walked from the room following Shippou and Shen.

"Unca, are you here?" Shuyin called out hoping his uncle was home. He looked everywhere but the only person there was a tall demon with long black hair and a moon shape on her forhead. She was beautiful and dressed in a fashionable Kimono. "Dad's in his room, what do you need from him?"

"Oh hey Keiko, we want you and unca to come with us to another time with us, my dads both died today." Keiko looked over and tears formed in her eyes. "Oh my no...I'm so sorry." Shuyin brushed off her pity and walked into his uncle's room. "Pity's never worked on me. Nothing will ever happen and you know it, so stop acting like you care."

"What do you want Shuyin?" Sesshoumaru asked looking up from the book he was reading. "Both my dads died and I was wandering if you'd help out with this huge family, we have three new arrivals, one's 12 Shippou I know you know him, One's 11, his name's Draco he's been turned into a demon already and one was just born, we named him Kouga after dad. Please we just need a bit of help, we won't ask much." Sesshoumaru nodded and stood. "Okay, lets go. I was getting tired of this place anyway."

//wow that was easy.// Shuyin thought walking out of the room followed closely by Sesshoumaru. "Keiko go get your things we're leaving." Keiko nodded and left, returning moments later with everything they would need and more. "Everything set?" Dumbledore asked opening the portal to his time and space. Once everyone nodded they walked through the portal and ended up in the Griffendore common room. "Brothers I'm back." Harry looked up from the face of his baby brother and looked at his family. He had accepted the change and looked more like Inuyasha than anyone cared to admit. He had the signature dog ears along with the golden eyes. His hair remained black but had some stripes of silver mixed in. "Unca, you agreed? Thank you. Hey there Keiko." Keiko bowed her head slightly and walked over to the baby. "You don't know what you're doing, let me." Harry growled at her and held onto Kouga tighter. "DON'T YOU DARE TELL ME I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M DOING. I PRACTICALLY RAISED SHEN. GET AWAY." Sesshoumaru walked up to his daughter and hit her upside the head. "Foolish girl step back. If anything Harry is the most devistated by this, he has lost his parents twice." Keiko nodded and stepped back a bit to allow her father to take charge.

"Harry may I hold my nephew please?" Harry looked up and the anger seemed to fade a bit as he nodded. "Sure unca." Sesshoumaru picked up the little baby and the beginnings of a smile appeared on his face. "He's adorable Harry." Harry nodded and closed his eyes. "I don't know what to do unca, my parents seem to drop like flies. It's all my fault." Every one of his brothers walked forward a step to try and reassure Harry that it was indeed not his fault but one look from Sesshoumaru and they stopped. "Blame yourself Harry, that'll surely bring them back." Harry looked up and growled: "HOW DARE YOU..."

"HOW DARE YOU BLAME YOURSELF FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS BOUND TO HAPPEN?" Harry shrugged and let himself cry again. "It's just...it's not fair." Sesshoumaru nodded and patted Harry's head. "Life is never fair little one, but death is part of it and no one can change it, no matter how much they want to." Harry nodded and looked up. "I know but it doesn't make it any easier." Sesshoumaru nodded and handed Kouga back to Harry. "He seems to keep you calm. Keep him by you if it'll help." Harry nodded and held onto Kouga tightly. "Thank you unca." Sesshoumaru shrugged and sat down on the ground. "Think nothing of it little one. Keiko get some water."

Keiko nodded and walked over to the pitcher that seemed to have appeared from nowhere, and grabbed a glass of water. "Okay kids, what are you standing around for, grab a glass of water and drink it." Everyone nodded and scrambled over to the pitcher. "Drink up Harry." Sesshoumaru said handing him a glass of water. "Why are you helping me so much?" Harry asked downing the glass and throwing it at the wall, freezing it in mid air and continuing to play with it using his telekanitic powers. "The reason is not important. Just do as I say and you'll get through this. It'll always hurt but you won't do anything stupid. This goes for the rest of you as well." Everyone nodded as Shuyin held a crying Shen close to him.

"I never meant for...I didn't want you guys to figure this out like this but Kouga was sick. He had a demonic illness that would have ended up killing him one day. It's a miracle he lasted this long. That's why he died. It had nothing to do with you Harry, honest." Harry looked up at Sesshoumaru and wiped away his tears. "Thank you for telling me unca. I'm sorry I blame myself for everything but it's a habbit really." Sesshoumaru shrugged off the apology and finally allowed himself a small smile. "Think nothing of it Harry, everything will be fine, just wait and see." Harry nodded and yawned. "I'm sleepy." Sesshoumaru nodded and took Kouga from Harry. "Get some sleep little one, I'll watch over Kouga till you wake up." Harry nodded, snuggled into the couch and fell asleep.
