Lucius was furious, nothing could have got him out of this issue. He was another victim of the Marriage Law nonsense, not even his fortune served him to escape his fate. First he had to be attached to Narcisa for years before her dismissal, their only son died a month after his mother. Lucius hadn't felt sorrow or pain, it was for the best, Draco was too weak, too lazy. And after only a year of the Dark Lord and his family's fall, he was trapped in the cruel claws of marriage once again. He looked at the bride who shared the carriage with him, he didn't even know her name. At least she was young and beautiful, but that qualities didn't guarantee that she wasn't a new ice queen, a doll to look at but not for touching just like Narcisa. Not only that she was a mudblood, she was a poor mudblood. She didn't even have a family, Merlin only knew who were her parents. He decided to speak, he want to know something about her at least.

"We are going to my Mannor, girl"

She looked confused, she didn't say a word.

"Speak to me!"

"What do you want me to tell you, sir?"

Sir? She called him Sir, it was ridiculous. He was her husband, she should be calling him by his given name. But then it came to him that she probably didn't know his name.

"My name is Lucius Malfoy, I recommend you to use it and get accustom to it. Now give me your name."

"I am Lorraine Laf"

"What kind of surname is Laf?"

"It was idea of Mrs Marrybee, the orphanage's director, Laf stands for Lost and Found"

"So you didn't even have a proper surname before this marriage"

She didn't respond him, she just looked at her shoes as if they were the most interesting thing in the whole world. Lucius looked at the small trunk in front of him.

"Are all your possessions in that trunk?"

"Yes"

"Can you tell me what do you carry in it?"

"I suppose I can"

"Well proceed!"

"A coat, a small cauldron, two pairs pajamas, a skirt, a blouse, underwear, a dress, my wand, two books and a metal box with four marbles"

"Is that all?"

"Yes"

He couldn't believe that his wife just provide that to their union, he had the house, the gold, the priceless possessions to offer her. She could offer him the four marbles and maybe one of her books. He should have expected it, he had even paid for her wedding dress. Suddenly the carriage stopped, they had finally arrived to Malfoy Mannor. He got down off the carriage and helped his bride, he lifted her and carried her to the door. She held tightly to him, Lucius could feel her heart beating against his chest. He carried her to their chambers and deposited her on the white sheets.

"I am going to prepare myself, make yourself comfortable and put on that nightgown"

He cleaned himself a little bit, at least she was young and temptress. When he got into their room she was looking at the paintings on the walls, he took her and caressed her breast gently. She froze, he kissed her neck.

"You will have time to look at them tomorrow, but now we must proceed to more urgent business"

He threw her in the bed, he looked like a predator. He threw his body on her petite figure, she tried to fight him. Lucius didn't understand her behavior.

"No! The contract! You have no right to mistreat me!"

Then the most ridiculous idea came to his mind. Could it be? He released her.

"Lorraine , did you read the contract?"

"Yes, I read it! It says that you can't mistreat me!"

"Did you read the part that says that you must carry my heir?"

"I know that I must give you a baby!"

This couldn't be true, surely it was just a nightmare. But he had to ask.

"How old are you?"

"Sixteen years old in January"

She had to know, she couldn't be that innocent. He couldn't believe this situation.

"My lovely bride, do you know how babies are made?"

She didn't look at his eyes.

"Answer my question, Lorraine"

She hesitated for some seconds, and then she started to speak.

"Well, first a man and a woman must marry. Then they go to their honeymoon, and after some months the wife get really fat and the baby arrives"

Lucius didn't know what to do, the whole situation was ridiculous.

"That is right, but how the baby is made? Do you know?"

"I already told you! I will get fat and then someone will bring us a baby!"

"Who exactly will bring us a baby?"

"I don't know, someone of the Minister I suppose or maybe a magical creature. This is my first baby!"

She didn't know a bloody thing about sex, she didn't even know about pregnancy. He would have to explain her everything, and he didn't know how to start.

"Lorraine, that is not how babies are made! Who told you that?"

"Mrs Marrybee told me that, she told that to all the girls in the orphanage"

"How old is Mrs Marrybee?"

"She is one hundred and twenty five years old. She told us that our husbands would tell us the rest, you now decent girls must not ask those things"

That old bloody hag would died a painful and horrible death if Lucius ever get out of this situation, he swoor that over and over again before speaking to his wife again.

"I will tell you how babies are made, Lorraine"

Lucius didn't know how to begin, this was worst than the time he explained the subject to Draco.

"Men's body is different from women's body. We, men, have a thing in here"

He pointed to his crotch.

"Very tiny, you can't see it. But when the nectar touched the tiny egg a baby is made. The baby stays in the mattress resting, it is really small at the beginning but it grows inside of the chamber. After nine month the chamber can't take the baby anymore, the chamber is large and the female has a big belly. The female feels a sharp pain, the baby wants to came out of her. So the cave stretches and the baby comes out, then the healers take out the mattress because it is used"

"And what happens if the woman wants to have other baby?"

"Well, women produce a new mattress and a new egg every month, if the nectar doesn't touch the egg, the mattress and the egg came out as blood. Have you bled down there Lorraine?"

"Yes, every month"

"There you have it! But when there is a baby resting in the mattress the female doesn't bleed, because if she changes the mattress the baby will die. I want to clarify that the women don't decide to do this, sometimes it happens because their bodies are confused or because the baby isn't well"

"And when the baby comes out is over?"

"Well, not totally over. Babies need food, milk to be specific. And your lovely breast will enlarge a little bit, so will your beautiful nipples, these parts of your body are meant to feed our baby in the future"

"That is how babies are made?"

"Yes, but let me warm you about a serious danger. You see, all men have a serpent and all women have a cave. But when a woman gets married, she can only receive her husband's serpent in her cave"

"What would happen if she receives someone elses serpent?"

"Lorraine , her punishment would be so terrible and painful that I don't dare to describe it to you. It is a terrible fate really, for that all wives must remain faithful to their husbands and keep their caves for their husbands' serpents"

After several minutes Lucius groaned loudly, she felt a hot liquid that was spilled inside of her body. He rolled over, she saw the tainted white sheets.

"Lucius, I am bleeding!"

He looked at his wife, she was trembling and sobbing hard. He grabbed her and cuddle with her a little.

"Lorraine, don't cry. It is normal, I was your first."

"You never said I would bleed!"

"It was my fault, calm down. There is nothing wrong with it"

"But I am bleeding!"

"I know, calm down"

Lucius noticed that she was more and more hysterical, he slowly took his wand and with a non verbal charm she felt asleep immediately. He took off the sheets and replaced them with clean ones, he put her next to him and admired her beautiful body with lust. He was tempted to take her in her sleep but there would be time in the future for that.
