Chapter 1: Ever Dream

August 1st, 2005

"FUCK!!!!!!"

The first thing we see is a young red headed woman sitting at a
computer screaming and punching her monitor. Then two people, a man and a woman come into the room to see what's going on.

"Dear," The woman said, "How many times do I need to tell you that
breaking your computer is not going to solve any problems?"

Then the man decided to say. "Well, at least I taught her that repair
Charm. I was sick of having to do it at least once a week."

"Sorry, mom, dad...." she said as she fixed the monitor. "It's just
that this fanfiction is turning into complete shit. I think I should be
able to write decent Harry Potter fan fiction...I mean, I've had a first
hand look for my entire life."

Both of her parents looked at the screen for a few minutes before the
woman said.

"Well, CC, I think that your problem is that your trying to write an
evil character...Don't you agree Harry?"

"I dunno Ginny...That does make sense though. After all, we did defeat
Voldemort well before she was born, so CC doesn't even know what Death
Eaters were like."

"I guess I'll go back to writing my normal stuff then...By the way, you
guys do realize that my birthday is in three days, right? And I am
going to be 17...And if I'm right, that means that I'm going to be a legal witch in three days...". Now CC was giving her parents an expectant look.

"We already have something for you dear," Ginny quickly interrupted. "So
don't be getting your knickers all in a twist over it. And trust me, I
know that you'll love it."

"Does it have anything to do with Nightwish? You know that even an
imported CD would make me happy."

"It's something a little more extravagant than that," Harry said. "But
your not going to find out what it is until your birthday."


Two Days Earlier

Ginny and Harry were sitting in Professor Dumbledore's office waiting
for him to arrive. He had flooed them only an hour ago asking them if
they could use a Portkey to come and talk to him in person.

"After all," he had said. "Portland, Oregon is quite a ways from Hogwarts and I'm not nearly as young as I used to be. Plus, what I want to talk to you about...Well, it has to do with CC, and I don't want her to overhear out conversation."

Now they were here and Dumbledore was no where to be seen.

"Ginny...Did he finally croak? I mean, it's about time."

"About time for what Harry?" a familiar voice said.

"Hey Professor!!!" both of them said in unison.

With a knowing look, Dumbledore started talking again.

"The reason that I called you here is because of Cecilia's impending
Birthday. She's going to be 17 and it's time that she found out some
things. I'm sure that both of you know what I'm talking about. At this
point, her obsession is most likely going to kill her and she has no
idea..."

"Professor, I know that I may sound like an overprotective mother...But
I still think that she's too young. I know that the prophecy was made
when both of them were born...Even though the dates were almost 12 years
apart. But I still think that we should wait."

"He cannot wait any longer Ginny. He's slowly falling apart and he
needs her. He's been waiting for 5 years now and he's slowly going insane. It's even to the point where he's trying to find happiness with someone that he secretly hates."

"Wait," Harry said. "Five years? Does that mean that they've met
before?"

"They did not actually meet, but he was here to visit Fleur when both
of you were here with Cecilia and he smelled her...At first he thought
that it was you, Ginny, but then he was quick to realize that it was her. The only reason that he's been hanging on for so long was out of
respect for you."

"What do you suggest that we do about it? He's a little inaccessible to
her right now."

"That's the reason that it took me so long to get up here. I was
talking to Fleur and she gave me these."

He held up two pieces of hard paper.

"Professor...Are those passes?"

"Your quite quick to pick up on things Ginny. Yes, and you need to give
these to Cecilia. The concert is on her birthday in Helsinki...Don't
worry, I'll floo over a Portkey that will get her there on time. And she
should take a friend with her just in case anything happens. Does she
have any friends that are witches or wizards?"

"Yes...There's Nichole and Daniel I believe. They’re her two best friends and they also come from strong wizarding families."

"Well, there are three passes here, so I'll assume that she'll take
both of them with her."

"Yes..."


August 4th, 2005

CC woke up at 7 am and ran downstairs as fast as she could.

"Mom, Dad. You promised that you would give me my present as soon as I
woke up today!!!"

"It's right there dear."

Ginny pointed to a small gift wrapped box on the table which was
quickly opened and soon both Harry and Ginny were deafened by their
daughter's screams.

"OH. MY. FUCKING. GOD!!!!! I LOVE YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!!!!!! THIS IS THE
BEST PRESENT THAT ANY ONE COULD EVER GIVE ME!!!!"

As CC calmed down a little bit, she started talking in a normal decibel
level.

"Mom....Dad....The concert's today...And there's 3 tickets...And it's
in Finland. One, how am I getting there? And two, who am I taking with
me?"

Harry decided that he would handle it.

"Professor Dumbledore is going to be sending a Portkey any minute now,
and we were expecting you to take Nichole and Daniel."

"Oh, right...Sorry, I'm just way too excited...Also, there's a 10 hour
time difference. The concert's going to start any minute now..."

"Don't worry, I talked to Dumbledore about that and he figured out a
way to combine a Portkey with a Time Turner. So no matter what time you
leave, you'll get there about two hours before the concert starts. Also,
I should tell you this now, the tickets are also backstage passes...It
seems that the members of Nightwish are wizards as well and once I
stated my last name, these special tickets were made for you."

CC was on the verge of tears now...."Thank you so much, you know that
this has been a dream of mine for a long time..."

"CC", Ginny said. "You should get cleaned up and I'll call Niki and
Andi for you. And don't rush yourself, the Portkey will get you there on
time."

3 Hours Later

"Hey you guys!!!"

"Hey CC, so...Are we ready to go?" Andi yelled through the door.

"Just about, I need to finish something really quick."

A few seconds later, Andi and Niki saw their best friend and both of
them were shocked. She was wearing a tight black corset with see through
material going down the middle of it and a pair of black leather pants
that hugged her curves perfectly.

"You dressing for anyone special? I mean, we're going to be in the front
row, but I highly doubt that the man of your wet dreams is going to
able to see you," Andi said.

"Yes, he will be seeing me. What my mom forgot to mention is that
Nightwish is a wizard band. So it was arranged that those tickets are also backstange passes. Why do you think that we're getting a specially
designed Portkey that's also going to get us there 2 hours early?"

"Oh"

"Well," Niki said. "We should get going before we get too tired."


Helsinki, Haartwall Arena

"Tuomas, I'm just wondering," Tarja said. "Why did Fleur ask you to get
her those tickets?"

"She mentioned that she was paying a long overdue favor to Harry
Potter. It seems that his daughter is a huge fan of ours."

"Well, I guess that works, but don't expect me to play meet and greet.
I need to do my warm ups."

"For an hour?"

"As you should know already, singing heavy metal music is far from easy
on an opera singer's voice."

"Whatever you say Tarja."

Tuomas was sick and tired of her. He knew that his band would be
nothing without her. But now her voice was giving out during shows and she was putting too much focus on her married life and her solo project and not nearly enough on the project that she'd be nothing without.

But he had other things to worry about at the moment. Soon, three of
his fans would be here to meet him and the others...And one of them
happened to be his long awaited mate.


"Wow..." CC said. "This place is huge...Where the hell do we have to
go?"

"I have no idea honey," Andi replied. "But I'm sure that kind of scary
looking guy over there can help us figure it out."

"Oh. My. God Andi....That's Marco!!! We're backstage already!!!" She
quickly ran off.

Marco looked at the three teenagers that had just showed up.

"Well, I guess that Albus Dumbledore is more impressive than anyone
ever said." He turned to Niki and Andi. "I guess that the lunatic is
Cecilia Potter. We might want to catch her before she attacks the others...I
know that Tarja will be extremely pissed if a crazy fan interrupts her."

Both of the remaining teenagers laughed.

"I don't really think that will be a problem," Niki said. "She hates
Tarja more than anything else. CC's convinced that she's just as good of a singer even though she's a heavy smoker."

"Yeah," Andi added. "I'm sure that if she ran into Tarja, she'd light up
a cigarette and blow smoke into her face. But something gives me the
feeling that she's after Tuomas."

"Then we should find her, shouldn't we?"

CC had run off in the direction that her instincts led her and soon
enough, she was standing in front of a door with a security guard in front of it.

"Who are you and why are you back here?"

"Ummm...I'm Cecilia Potter, I have a backstage pass and I'd really like
to meet Tuomas. Is he in there?"

The man took the ticket that CC had in her hand and looked at it
carefully before saying, "No, he's in the room two doors down. This is where Tarja is practicing, I'm sure that she wouldn't mind if you came in for a few minutes though."

"Sorry, but I would mind...I don't really like her all that much. She's
a little too stuck up in my opinion. So I guess I’ll be going away
Now."

As she was about to open the door that the guard had indicated, it
opened from the other end and knocked her down to the ground.

"I'm so sorry!!! Are you alright?"

CC stared up and just wanted to crawl into a hole in the ground. Tuomas
Holopainen, man of her dreams...had just smacked her with a door.

"Ummm....I'm alright, although my face and ass will probably hurt for a
few hours. I'm so sorry for making you feel uncomfortable. I should
have been paying attention to what was going on...But I was so excited!! I swear, you look even hotter in person!!!"

He looked at her and started laughing.

"And I take it that you’re Cecilia?"

"Please, call me CC...And did I really just say that? And how did you
know that I have a crush on you? What did my dad tell you?"

"Actually, I've never met your father in my life. But my cousin Fleur
has told me quite a bit about you. Plus, you have the most amazing
scent..."

"Wait...We should go into the room for this...You’re...Fleur's your
cousin? But....That means...."

"Yes, I'm a quarter veela. And I should tell you this now, but I now
know for a fact that I've been waiting for you for a long time."

He touched her face and both of them felt a shock go through their
entire bodies.

"Wait...You've been waiting for me? What's that supposed to mean?"

Suddenly, she realized what he was talking about.

"No...No...This can't be right. I CAN'T be your mate...It's just not
possible..."

"What's not possible?"

The door had just opened and the rest of the guys in the band, plus
Niki and Andi walked in.

Jukka saw the look on Tuomas' face and realized what was going on.

"Tuomas...Are you sure?"

"Dead serious, I knew it five years ago...But now...Can all of you
leave us alone?"

"What? No!!! We're not leaving the two of you alone. Do you actually
want CC to have her dirty way with you?" Niki yelled. "Are you crazy? CC, you have a boyfriend at home!!!"

At that, the guys dragged Andi and Niki out of the room.

"What the hell was that all about?" Andi asked.

"Ummm...I think that you guys should know this even though I was sworn
to secrecy...But Tuomas is a quarter veela..."

"What the hell does that have to do with anything?" Niki was yelling
again. "She has a boyfriend that loves her and you’re just letting her
throw a 2 year long relationship for someone that will never give a damn
about her just because he's a veela? What the hell is wrong with you?"

"There's nothing wrong with me," Jukka said. "CC is Tuomas' mate...The
look on his face told me everything. He's been waiting too long for her.
It's about time that she showed up."

Meanwhile, Tuomas and CC were just staring at each other.

"Who's this boyfriend of yours?"

"Tuomas...I've been with him for two years now...He treats me like
crap...But I just can't break up with him for your sake. Tony may be a
bastard...But he deserves something better than that. But I promise you, I can be with you once I sort everything out in my head."

"CC, I can't wait any longer, now that I've had physical contact with
you...I'm not making any demands, but I need you. I needed you five
years ago, but you were too young then. I had to wait and I can't wait any longer. Please, I don't want you to go back after tonight...I need you
by my side."

"I'll think about it, but I need to find my friends. It's about time
for the concert hall doors to open and I don't want them to get any more
worried than they already are."

"I'll be right here waiting for you after the show...Please, at least
come back here and let me know what your going to do."

Upon reaching the concert hall, CC decided that she had some thinking
to do. She had been with Tony for 2 years and wasn't sure if she wanted
to give up that relationship for Tuomas. She also knew that veelas
needed to be with their mates from everything that Fleur had told her
before about her kind. Yes, she had had a crush on Tuomas for a long time now, but that had been just a crush...A celebrity crush at that. This was just too unreal...This kind of shit isn't supposed happen.

But when she really though about it...Tony had no idea about her being
a witch and any time that she had tried to tell him, he quickly changed
the subject and implied that she was crazy. CC knew that she needed to
break up with him, but didn't know how to go about it...

She pulled out her cell phone and dialed Tony's number. She was going
to tell him about her being a witch and if he didn't take it well, that
was his problem.

"Hello?" A deep male voice answered.

"Hey, this is CC, is Tony there?"

"Yeah, just a minute...TONY!!!! Your bitch is calling for you!"

After a few seconds, he picked up the phone and started talking.

"Hey babe, happy birthday...Any reason that your calling?"

"Actually, yes. I need to tell you something about me..."

"If it's about that magic crap, I don't want to hear about it."

"Actually, what I wanted to tell you is that one, I am a witch, I've
been able to perform real magic for almost my entire life, it's not crap
to me...And two, since I already know how you feel about what I am, I need to tell you that I've found someone else...Someone better for me."

"Wait...You really are a witch? And also, I've been trying to get a
hold of you for the past two hours to ask you out tonight, but your mom
was saying that you were gone...Where are you?"

"Helsinki...As in Finland. My parents were kind enough to get me
Nightwish tickets for my birthday."

"Oh...I guess that you got there by magic then?"

"Yep...But I'm not telling you anything. The last thing I need is for
people to think I'm crazy when I go back to school next month...That is if I'm still living in the US."

"Well, I guess that I should hang up and forget about you then?"

"Yes...Goodbye."

"Bye."

It was amazing to CC how easily she was able to get it over with...But
she didn't just want to go backstage after the concert and tell Tuomas
that they could now be together because she was single. 'Eh...I'll
think of something, but I should go and find Andi and Niki before the show starts.'

When she had gotten to their seats, the place was packed...To the point
that when it finally started, the three teenagers had to put up a
shield so that they were able to breath.

After almost two hours had passed...The band stopped playing and
huddled around on the stage and were talking in whispers.

After a few minutes of discussion, the lights came back on and Tarja
came up to the mic and said:

"This last song that we are going to perform is dedicated to a young
lady that Tuomas considers very precious."

When the band started playing, tears came to CC's eyes when she
realized what song was starting up.

After the song ended and the lights went out, CC decided that she was
going to Apparate to the room where she was supposed to meet Tuomas.
When she got there, no one else had even entered the room. After she had
waited about five minutes, her cell phone rang and she realized that she
was getting a call from Andi.

"Where the hell are you? You need to get your ass out here so we can
get home!"

"Actually, I gave Niki the Portkey earlier, so you guys go on ahead
without me."

"What the hell is going on honey?"

"I made an important decision today. I broke up with Tony and I've
decided that if Tuomas needs me, I can't refuse. Andi, you do realize that the way a veela and it's mate are connected is that a piece of both of their souls are stored in the other...Now if I leave him, my sanity and even my life are in danger as well. It's not an easy decision...But
things need to be this way. I'm sure that I'll be seeing you guys
soon...Bye."

Right then, the door opened and Tuomas was shocked to say the least.

"How long have you been waiting here?"

"I'd say a little more than five minutes. I decided to Apparate from
the hall."

"So, have you decided what your going to do?"

"Yes, I broke up with Tony over the phone right before the show and I
told my friends to go home without me. I'm sure that my parents will
understand. After all, when my father was my age, he defeated Voldemort.
So they'll be able to understand weird things happening."

"I'm glad to know you made the right choice darling...Shall we?"

When he held out his hand to her, she quickly took it and they
apparated to his hotel room.

"Dear, I don't have anything for you to wear to bed," he said in a
worried tone.

CC took off her clothes and looked at him. "Do you really think that
I'm a stranger to sex? I mean, I'm a 17 year old American white
female...Who happens to have bright red hair...Trust me, I've had my share of experiences...So, are we going to be doing anything tonight or are you too tired from the concert?"

"Ummm...." Tuomas was in a hard place...A very hard place. It had been
years since any woman had turned him on just by being naked in front of
him...But he also wanted to save his first experience with his mate for
a better time.

"Tuomas...Stop fighting it...I can see that your aroused from five feet
away. And I know that you want to save this...But I need it just as
much as you do."

Tuomas was shocked when she came to sit on his lap and pull his neck to
her mouth. CC was extremely pleased when her nibbling and somewhat hard
biting on his neck and ears elicited a moan from Tuomas and he grabbed
her and threw her on the bed.

"You, young lady...Are going to learn a lesson about what happens when
your a merciless tease."

"Oh really? Is it going to be a lesson that I'll like?
Because...OHH!!!"

She was broken off by the sensations created by him getting on top of
her and biting her nipples.

"Please...Tuomas...Don't....Bother....With....That..." she managed to
get out in between breaths as his mouth moved down on her body.

"Don't bother with what?" He started licking her folds and nub and knew
that he wasn't going to last much longer with her groaning like that.

"Just...Fuck...Me..."

"Your wish is my command my dear." He started removing his clothes
slowly while she watched. "although I wouldn't think that what we're doing
is fucking...You do realize what's going to happen, right?"

CC was confused all of a sudden. "What's going to happen?"

"Dear, I'm surprised that Fleur didn't tell you...Us engaging in
an...intimate act...Will mean that our bonding will be complete. I hate to
say this, but we'll never be able to truly leave each other after this."

CC stared at him and contemplated what was going to happen. 'Oh
gods...What have I gotten myself into? I feel like I already love him, and I
know that I won't be complete until...But I'm only 17. I'm not ready
for this!!! I haven't even told him about me yet!!'

"Tuomas....Maybe we should wait for this. I mean, I do want this to
happen, but you know nothing about me...And some things that I have to
tell you may scare you."

"Darling, nothing you could tell me could scare me away from you...Your
my mate. I'll take you flaws and all."

"I'm an empath and a psychic vampire...At any point, I can feel what
your feeling and I could take your energy. It's always scared me even
though I have complete control over it and haven't hurt anyone in
years...."

"CC...You have no reason to be scared of what you are. I'll never turn
you away for it. I still want you by my side for the rest of our
lives."

"Your sure?"

"Even if I wasn't, there's no turning back now."

He took off the rest of his clothes and lay down next to CC. When he
started caressing her again, she started groaning again and yet again
told him.

"Please Tuomas...We have the rest of our lives for foreplay...I want
you now."

She pulled him on top her and helped him enter her....

After both of them were comfortable, he started moving slowly inside
her until she thrust her hips up so quickly that he knew that neither one
of them wanted to take it slow.

Finally, her walls grabbed on to him so tightly and her screams pierced
his ears to the point that he needed to finish.

A few minutes later, after they were done with their cigarettes, Tuomas
leaned over and took CC in his arms. Then right as the both of them
were falling asleep, all he could think about was how lucky he was that he
had finally found, and had bonded with his mate.
