----------------------------------------------------------------------

A man or a woman, he could not really tell, led Severus Snape down a dark hallway. The person had the hood of the cloak pulled over his heard so that all the person’s features were obscured held on to his arm to guide him. The only light was the torch the man carried. Severus was unsure of where he was exactly. He was aware he was presently walking down a hallway but the location of the hallway and the building it was in was a mystery. He remembered being in a tavern having a glass of firewiskey and then having the person in red hoist him off the polished marble floor at the other end of the hall. They soon came to a stop in front of a large oak door.
“Mistress is in there.” said the androgynous figure in the red cloak, opening the door. The room was large and lit by two fireplaces. At the other end of the small room sat a desk and at the desk sat a woman. She was smoking a cigarette with a long black holder. He could not see her face well since the smoke obscured most of her face. The man in red pushed him forward until he came to a stop in front of the desk.
“What is this about? Where am I?’ he yelled.
“In time,” came the woman’s voice. She waved a hand to clear the smoke then stood up from the desk where Severus could see her. She was tall dressed all in black. She wore what could be called a corset decorated with sliver but the fabric went all the way up to her neck exposing no skin, the corset also had long sleeves that as she had her hands to her sides covered her hands. He had noticed before her nails were long and painted black, she also wore fingerless gloves. She wore pants that came up to the top of the knee high pointed boots she wore. The only thing that wasn’t black or sliver was her face, she had on a white mask that covered her eyes and nose and the rest of her face had been painted the same color save her lips, they had been painted blood red.
