Chapter One: Flourish & Blott's

The day started like it always does. I woke up at around seven in the morning like I always do. But today something very odd happened to me, I don’t really know how to describe what happened. I wouldn’t know where to start. But I guess starting from the beginning would probably be the best place to start. That is after all what professor Dumbledore once told me when recalling a certain event that is or was shocking.
I was walking down the street in the muggle neighborhood where I grew up in, when I bumped into a friend of mine from the wizarding world. She was part elf and part wizard. Odd mix I know. But we became very good friends she just transferred from another wizarding school and will be starting her seventh year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The day was starting out to be good as we went to Diagon Alley to get our school supplies. We were on our way to Flourish & Blott’s to get our school books when we ran into the Malfoys.
“Draco, you know that I disprove the fact that a mudblood can best you in your studies in school. I’m telling you now you better not fail me this time.” exclaimed Lucius as they walked around the corner before coming to stop in front of the book store.
“Yes, father I won’t fail you. You must be glad that I made Head Boy. Although I won’t know who the Head Girl is until I’m on my way back to the school.” replied Draco as he trailed his father into Flourish & Blott’s.

“Hey Hermione, are you getting that new installment of that one book ‘Dark Dreams’ ?” said Rihana as she looked around the shelf towards Hermione.
“Yeah, I think that I will. I’m going to need something to do when I’m not saving those two dim-witted friends that I have.”
“Yeah from what you’ve told me you are the one who is always saving them from something or other.”
“Yeah I guess you’re right about that. Well I have everything that I need so I guess we can go know if you want” said Hermione as she went over to stand beside Rihana when she bumped into someone.
“Oh, sorry I didn’t see you there.” she said as she bent down to pick up the books that dropped after the collision.
“Oh it’s not your fault I wasn’t looking where I was going.” Draco said as he bent down to help her pick up her books that were scattered on the ground from the collision. When Hermione looked up she silently screamed. There in front of her was the ‘AMAZING BOUNCING FERRET’ himself on one knee holding out her books. She grabbed them from him and turned and headed towards the check-out counter. ‘I can’t believe that Mal-Ferret doesn’t recognize me. I guess that Rihana’s glamour charms worked, I’m especially glad that her Magnificent Hair Taming Charm is permanent. I wonder how everyone else will like the new me?’
“So do you go to Hogwarts?” asked Draco as she realized that he was still there.
“Yeah, I’ve seen you out on the Quidditch field. I think you’re a really good player.” She said in a very sensual voice that she knew he would not recognize.
“Yeah, I am the best Seeker Hogwarts has, Potthead and Weasel-b just think that hey are good. But whenever you try to tell them the truth they just deny everything.” he said as he puffed out his chest and stood to his full height which was 6'4'’ to Hermione’s 5'2'’. On the outside she looked like she was buying every word that came out of his mouth, but on the inside she was rolling on the ground laughing. ‘I am so going to tell Harry and Ron about this when I see them. Oh, and Ginny too, she’ll just die when she hears this.’
“Um... it was nice talking to you Draco, but I really must be going.” she
said as she paid the clerk and ran out the door into the busy street in Diagon Alley. She was running to catch up with Rihana to tell her what happened.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Several Days Later.....
Today was the day that Hermione was going back to Hogwarts. She jumped up out of her bed an ran into her bathroom to shower and brush her hair and teeth. Not only was this her last year but she told herself that she was going to shake things up at Hogwarts. After applying a neutral toned make-up spell did she run out and grab her clothes that she was going to wear. She put on her light blue jean skirt that stopped at mi-thigh and along with it she wore a black silk camisole topped by a green sequined jacket that reached just below her now D-sized chest. Top it all off she slipped on a pair of black, strappy, stiletto heels to finish her look. After one final look in her mirror she muttered, “Hogwarts eat your heart out.” before running down stairs to go to the King’s Station so she could get on the Hogwarts Express and make her journey to her best and final year at Hogwarts.
