Summery: Harry starts finding notes lying around. And what’s this? They’re leading him somewhere?

The invitation.

Harry wasn’t happy. Sure everyone else thought that he should be but there was no real reason. Alright there was the fact that he had defeated Voldemort but that also presented a problem. With the evil maniac set on destroying him not around what was he supposed to do? Harry’s life had become boring after the battle.
Harry sighed as he closed his books. He was tired and not just sleepy tried. No he was tired of it all. Nobody needed him anymore. Ron and Hermione had finally got together but that left no place for Harry. Sirius was gone so he didn’t even have his godfather. Remus was with Tonks and he never really saw them. So Harry wearily stretched and slouched his way up to his dorm and hopefully some sleep.
But when Harry arrived at his bed there was something strange. There on his pillow was a neatly folded letter. Harry’s tired weariness left him the instant he saw the small snake on it. Who could it be from? Was the first thought that popped into his head.
Deciding that it was better not to question Harry lightly took the letter and opened it.

‘Harry

By now I am sure you are wondering what this is all about. To answer your question I have been watching you. Now calm down before you think stalker. It’s pretty hard to miss your moping around like you have the world on your shoulder because you don’t, well not anymore.

So out of the kindness of my heart I have decided to take pity on you. Now I know that at this point you want to throw this on the ground and say that you don’t need pity but just hear me out.

Now in muggle studies the other day we learnt about muggle games and one stuck in my mind and we are going to play it. The idea is that it will pull you out of your mope. So the game is treasure hunt. I’m sure you are familiar with it as you grew up with muggles.

So to end this off tomorrow the game begins. What is the prize? The clues will help you figure it out.

Harry stared at the letter in disbelief. Should he tell Dumbledor or should he just forget this letter happened or could he do something that would lighten up his life? A small smile graced Harry’s face as he decided that he would go with the last option. He needed some excitement in his life.
