The plot is my idea, however I’m fully aware that the ‘Truth or Dare’ scenario is rather clichéd. Therefore, I am sincerely sorry if my fic resembles yours or one you have read. I haven’t actually read any, so any similarities are purely coincidental. And now… ON WITH THE FIC!!

It had been a long day. Harry had Transfiguration, Defence Against the Dark Arts and Potions today, the three most difficult and demanding subjects. Not to mention Snape had given him a detention for spiking Malloy’s potion with a serum that made his pale skin turn an interesting shade of green. Therefore he was irritated greatly as he awoke to a tapping outside the dormitory window.
Shoving his glasses on he pulled the latch open as Hedwig swooped inside. Who on earth is owling me at this hour of the bloody morning? Harry wondered as he tugged the parchment from Hedwig’s leg. In the blurry moonlight he recognised Hermione’s neat script and broke the wax seal. It must be important for Hermione to send him an owl in the middle of the night.
Dear Harry,
Sorry if this wakes you, but I have a proposition for you. If you are interested in playing a little game with a few other students, come to the Room of Requirement at 11.30 tonight. Wear your invisibility cloak and bring Ron.

Harry blinked stupidly, convinced he had misinterpreted it. Upon rereading, Harry was filled with an overwhelming sense of shock. Why did Hermione want to play games at eleven o’clock at night? Mulling it over, Harry’s skin crawled as he began to feel intrigued. He had to check this out. He’d been missing the adventures they used to have, Hogwarts was almost boring. Grinning like a Cheshire cat he glanced at his watch. 11.15PM!!
“Shit!” he leapt to the end of his bed, wrenched open the trunk and dragged out his invisibility cloak. He rushed out the door and was on the landing when he heard Ron let out a grunt. Ron! He ran back into the room and starting shaking Ron, trying to wake him up. Unsurprisingly, as Ron often sleep talked, he was heard to utter “no Mum, I don’t want any spider casserole”. Suppressing the urge to wet himself laughing, Harry shook Ron a bit harder.
“Whassamatter Harry?” Ron asked groggily as he forced one eye open.
“Hermione wants to play a game in the Room of Requirement. We have to be there in ten minutes. Come on, we have to get a move on.” To Harry’s great surprise Ron didn’t argue, but he DID stub his toe on the his way out the door, causing him to swear loudly.
They made their way out of the portrait hole and broke into a run as soon as they had snuck past Peeves, who was busy coating McGonagall’s classroom floor in invisible Teflon (™). Short of breath they arrived at the door of the Room of Requirement. Harry apprehensively wondered what on earth Hermione had wanted them here for, while Ron stared at the door, as though daring it to move. This continued for several moments, until Harry, confused, glared at Ron.
“What the bloody hell are you staring at?” Harry followed his gaze and gasped. It was… a peephole.
“Harry… Has that always been there?”
“No Ron, I don’t believe it has.”
“Do you feel like we’re being watched?” Ron asked nervously.
“Yes, yes I do.” Looking sideways at each other, Harry and Ron started backing away slowly, but they were too late as the door flung open and an invisible force pushed them into the room. Someone had been watching them through the peephole.
