Inspiration from a specific part was taken from a one identefied as "Crying cinderella" This was taken without consent as well. But Im not making money.

One small clause in the contract stated. "As defined by Davarius Malak." As long as he said it was nessacary he could do as he pleased. The contract was signed. Davarius was sent to enforce order at hogwarts. As expected malfoy had given him lip on the train. A few hours of the cruciatus curse straightened him out. Apon arrival it was hotter than hell. Hermione granger Pavarti Patil Lavendar brown and ginny weasly had decided to streak through the night sky on brooms. Enjoying his position as enforcer he intervined. They never saw the doors open. They never saw the wooden object he held. Then never heard the words he spoke. They never saw the green flash as a bright green light streajed for them. There was no scream of pain or agony as one was hit.
