Different Circumstances

This story happens at the start of the 7th Year after Harry turns 17 and has gotten his license to appararate. Voldemort has been gaining power steadily, and attacked St. Mungo\'s at the end of year 6 to get to Harry while he was visiting Remus after the events of the same year. Harry did not go to Pivet Drive this year as it was deemed unsafe, he is at Sirius\'s house with the Weasley\'s and Hermione.
Chapter 1 \"Beginning again\"
The Boy-Who-Lived awakened slowly, at first forgetting where he was. Light streaming thuough the window by his bed, shone in his unsettled green eyes. Eyes that had seen too much in his 17 years. Eyes that did not want to see more unhappiness and sorrow but looked resigned to the fact that, yes, there was more to come.
\"Harry, you awake mate?\" asked the red headed boy on the next bed.
\"Yes Ron, I\'m not one for sleeping with my eyes open yet. Although after the last two years the idea has some merit.\"
\"Look Harry, I\'m going to the loo, then to find \'Moine and Ginny, we have a lot to do before heading to the train.\" replied Ron.
\"Alright, I\'m up. Do you think we need to fix our own breakfast, I don\'t want to disturb your mother so soon after Percy\'s funeral.\"
The door opened a crack startling them both. Molly Weasley peaked her head in. Though still disheveled and looking sad, she looked like she had at least gotten a little sleep.
\"Oh Harry, you are so sweet to worry about me, but Arthur, and I, think that getting back in my routine will help.\" She came forward and fondled both boys hair, one midnight black, the other flame red, like all of the Weasley clan.
\"You boys stop dawdling, the girls are already up and ready.\"
As Molly pulled the door shut, Ron looked at Harry, \"You know she just may make it. Bill and Fleur are coming this afternoon to stay and Charlie is too with his new girl. I think if mom is surrounded it will make things easier.\"
Harry replied \"And she also gets to keep an eye on as many children as she can. Maybe when Fleur finally has the baby it will help distract her too.\"
\"I can\'t believe what a lucky bloke my brother is marrying that gorgeous babe.\" sighed Ron dreamily
\"Be careful, mate Hermoine doesn\'t need to see you with that look on your face when you talk about your new sister-in-law, she\'ll hex you into a woman.\"
Ron blushed to the roots of his hair, \"I still can\'t believe she likes me the same way I have liked her since first year\"
Harry grinned from ear to ear, \"I was pretty floored myself when I opened the door to Ginny\'s room at the start of the summer to see you two snogging each others brains out.\"
If possible Ron\'s bluch deepened, \"Well, um, I guess I\'ll be headed to the loo then.\" he mumbled heading out the door.
Harry laid back on the bed and grinned. Maybe things would look up this year.

Platform 9 3/4 was crowded with students and parents, not to mention creatures of every persuation in cages.
\"Mum, . . . mum, you can let know now, . . . MUM!, Harry is turning blue and my wand is poking into my a. . \"
\"Ronald Weasley! Sorry Harry, I am just going to miss all of you children this year.\" said Molly tearfully.
\"Mum, we are 17 years old, Ginny is the baby.\" sighed Ron
\"Ron!!\" exclaimed Ginny.
\"Dearest, the train is about to pull out, let go of Hermoine she is an awful shade of purple.\" said an exasperated Arthur.
\"He is right Mrs Weasley, we had better go.\" said Hermoine.
\"Call me Molly dear,\" said Molly absently, \"Ron do not get Harry in trouble this year do you hear me, Hmmmm?\"
\"Mum, it\'s Harry always getting ME in trouble.\" exclaimed Ron.
\"Hurry the train is pulling out, bye mum and dad!\" cried Ginny, as she and Hermione ran for the platform.
\"Good bye dears, be careful all of you!\" cried Molly.
\"Mind those professor this year!\" cried Arthur.
As the teens boarded the train and it began to pull out, Molly turned to Arthur and put her face against his chest and he put his arms around her.
\"Arthur, I can\'t stand it. Percy is gone after the disaster at St. Mungo\'s and I can\'t help feel helpless and scared for them.\"
whispered a fearful Molly, \"Vol...Voldemort is gaining power and followers, who knows what he may try next.\"
\"Molly dear, Albus would never let anything happen to the children, and I have it on good authority we have a couple of new members to the Order and that one of them will be working at Hogwarts, an American lady.\"
\"Have you met them?\"replied Molly.
\"Not yet but Remus and Severus have and both of them meet with their approval. Albus is keeping it hush for now he suspects a traitor in his midst at Hogwarts.\" whispered Arthur.
\"Oh Merlin, I should have never let them go if I knew! We must go get them Arthur! We must...\"
\"Hush, Molly they are safer with Albus and the Order members at Hogwarts than anywhere else I think. I just hope those kids will stay out of trouble for once.\"
