The Orb of Fate
The Orb of Fate
Disclaimer: As everyone should know I do not own any of these characters, they belong to J.K Rowling. (Unless I see fit to add some from my imagination, but honestly, if Rowling would want to use them I wouldn’t be complaining) Please don’t sue me considering I don’t have anything worth having.
This is a short chapter. Why? Because I’m the Master here and I decide… no honestly it’s so I wouldn’t stop writing on the story. This idea has been buzzing around in my head for quite some time now and I think it is time that I share it with you. Sadly any mistakes in spelling or grammar are only mine, sense I don’t have a beta reader… well I can also blame it on my computer spelling system but that wouldn’t be nice, right?
I can promise you longer chapters in the future, though I won’t. I will on the other hand promise that I’ll write them as soon as I can. This is my first attempt ever on FanFiction so please be gentle with me in you’re reviewing (this means that I want lots of them… reviews that is. I will answer them all each time I add a new chapter) If you see any horrible grammar/spelling mistakes please tell me though, so I can learn from my mistakes and constructive criticism is always welcome.
I don’t know when “the sex” will be included but it will be, even if it takes a while, so hang in there.
Chapter description: Bill is the only one to know and Harry is back with the Dursley’s.

Bill Weasley sat, as usual, with his eyes fixed on the giant glowing orb when it suddenly started to pulsate. He grabbed something to write on when he was blinded by the silver light that burst from the orb. He waited for exactly five seconds and the light totally disappeared revealing ancient writing inside. Bill copied every figure and line from the writing before it slowly started to fade away and the orb was once again covered in a white glow. Although he should be used to the event by now, it always took him by surprise. After he completed the spell that would allow him to actually read the ancient words, he just stared at it. He read it again and again. When he had done so more then ten times he just sat down and stared into space. He couldn’t even owl Dumbledore about it. All he could think was “This can never end well”.

“Get in the car.” Uncle Vernon growled before throwing Harry’s trunk into the back of the car while mumbling something about weird sick people and giving \'Mad Eye\' Moody strange glances.
Harry, himself, was happily waving to Hermione, Lupin, Moody and almost the entire Weasley family before climbing into the car and returning for the very last time to #4 Privet Drive. His sixth year had come to an end quite peacefully. Oh yes, Voldemort had tried to kill him again but that’s nothing out of the ordinary now is it? He would almost be disappointed if Voldemort didn’t try to kill him- well almost. This time though Voldemort wasn’t even close, which is why Harry actually considered it a peaceful start to the summer vacation.
“Go to you’re room and stay there.” His Aunt Petunia said a second after he got out of the car. This was fine with him also and he dragged the trunk and Hedwig’s cage up the stairs.
The dinner was uneventful. Uncle Vernon had been fussing over Dudley’s scores despite the fact that they hadn’t changed anything from last summer and Aunt Petunia was happily telling everyone that they would be going on a family vacation next summer, not including Harry of course. They pretty much ignored Harry which wasn’t all that bad. Certainly better than getting yelled at.
Actually, in just a couple of months he would be seventeen and free. Free from the Dursley\'s: free to live life on his own. Hopefully, Lupin was going to let him stay at Grimmauld Place until he could find a flat of his own. Maybe with Ron who also hoped for Auror training in London. Reminding himself to owl his former professor about it before his birthday he climbed into bed and fell asleep.
