Walking down the street with his and Bella's kids running around them, Jacob ignored Bella's voice nagging at him again for the fifth time that day.
Sighing, he ran his fingers through his short hair and looked across the road, stumbling when he saw his ex standing there with that leech Edward Cullen.
Growling, Jacob watched with narrowed eyes as Edward wrapped his arms around Harry and pulled him close for a kiss.
Wishing it was him there, that he hadn't screwed everything up by sleeping with Bella when she had came to him because Edward found out about her sleeping with multiple other men, Jacob wished he could go back to the days when Harry was happy with him. To the days when Harry would curl up against him and tell him everything about how his day went then listen as Jacob talked about his own day.
Now, because he had been stupid and wanted to hurt Cullen by sleeping with his girl, Jacob was missing his true love and constantly tortured by Bella and her attitude. And, while he loved his children, they took after their mother way too much.
Taking one last peek at Harry as they rounded the corner to the diner, Jacob wished he could shift and just run fast enough to turn back time. Like Superman had flown fast enough to reverse time by flying around the earth in the movie. But he couldn't and now he was stuck with a woman he didn't love while he was forced to be truly happy by remembering the good old days with Harry.
