Dying To Love You

Severus and Harry re-entered the study and were immediately glomped by an almost hysterical Sirius that soon turned into an extremely pissed off Sirius that almost had to be restrained so that he wouldn't go and hunt down Dumbledore and litterally tear his head off. After many reassurances by both his mate and son that said son was fine and had already recovered physically, only then did Sirius calm down.

They resumed their conversation about Harry's schooling and transformation that would happen on his birthday when Harry piped up from his position between his parents, "I don't want to return to Hogwarts. I don't want that old fool anywhere near me, never again will I let that man be in position where he can manipulate me. I can learn just as well here, probably better, than at Hogwarts. It will be N.E.W.T.S this year so there should be no problem, especially if, say, my parents decided that it would be more beneficial to my mental health to be home schooled this year, especially after the traumatic events of this summer." Harry looked at his parents with a glimmer in his eyes that spelled trouble for the wizarding world at large and Albus Dumbledore specifically.

"Harry, are you sure that you weren't supposed to be in Slytherin? That plan is worthy of Salazar himself, son. If, shall we say, a letter made it's way to everyone's favorite reporter at the Prophet, if the headmaster was exposed to the public, it would ruin him. This could be our chance my lord."

"Yes, Severus, it could very well be." Tom turned to Harry and gave him a smacking kiss on the cheek, "I knew my mate was a genius and just what this organization needs. Oh, and Severus, call me 'Tom', you are soon to be my father-in-law, after all."

"Of course, Tom. If you would excuse us, my mate, son, and I have a lot of catching up to do." The small family took their leave from Tom and Fenrir and made their way to Harry's suite of rooms that was big enough to house even the Dursley's plus Aunt Marge. They stayed up late talking about their lives and when Harry came to his home life with the Dursley's, his parents held him as he cried and cried with him for all the things that they had missed as their pup grew up without them. They fell asleep that night with Harry snuggled in-between Sirius and Severus, and they all basked in the glow of their reunited family.

Time flew for the residents of Riddle Manor, and before they knew it, the thirty-first of July was upon them. The five men spent the day in tense anticipation of what they knew would come on the stroke of mid-night. Harry tried not to think about it too much and spent the day with his parents, Tom, and Fenrir trying to help the other's to relax. He talked them into going out onto the grounds for a picanic.

They had fun, eating, joking, and laughing with each other. As the sun set they headed back inside to set up for the long night ahead. Mid-night approached and they all sat in an easy silence, Harry was on the bed with Tom and Fenrir while Sirius and Severus sat beside the bed and were quietly conversing when the clock struck twelve.

Almost immediately, Harry's body bowed almost in half and a scream that conveyed such agonizing pain was heard all the way in the next village. The four men looked on as Harry was engulfed in a white light that was almost blinding, but they kept watch anyway. They saw Harry's body grow until he was a couple of inches shy of six feet, his mouth came open and fangs descended from his gums at his eye teeth, his human ears receeded into his head and dog-like ears sprouted from beneath his thick black hair that had grow also so that now it was down to the top of his ass. From his back srung black leathery wings that were like bat's wings, including the 'thumb', and from his lower back where his tail bone was came a fluffy black tail.

Roughly an hour after it had started, the changes were finally finished and the four older men came forward to the bed to check on their loved one. Harry was now sleeping peacefully, "Tom, Fenrir, why don't you guys get some sleep? Severus and I need to stay here so that he can drink from us when he wakes, and it would be better that you weren't here for that." Sirius said to the two.

Tom and Fenrir both were about to argue when Severus stepped forward, cutting off what they were going to say, "Gentlemen, he is going to be in full bloodlust until he drinks from us. So, Sirius is asking you to go for your own safety and for Harry's peace of mind. How do you think he would feel if he came out of the bloodlust to discover that he had drained and killed his mates before they could even bond? He would slowly go insane and end up killing himself. Please, we will let you know when it is safe to come back in." Tom and Fenrir could see Sev's point and gave Harry a kiss each on his forehead and moved out the door. Once they were gone, Siri and Sev climbed onto the bed with their son and kept a silent watch on their sleeping pup.
