Tell me just one thing

A/N: I have waited for my beta for a week now, so I have to upload it anyway, can't wait.

And sorry for all those that has been waiting, thanks for reading it by the way. The problem was that my computer crashed, I lost the files and had to wre write the whole thing, so here it goes. And as a treat, two chapters :D

..--**¤¤#¤¤**--..

Spending two hours with Hagrid exhausted him more than he thought it would, even if he did nothing besides sitting and listening to Hagrid’s stories it felt like he had been playing in a quidditch match. Hagrid told him about his trip over to Germany with his brother Grawp; they meet some giants and Grawp decided to stay there till the summer vacation when Hagrid would follow and then they would continue on their trip.

He finished the cup off tee he was offered and then thanked Hagrid for the lovely stories he had, he hadn’t laughed that much in a long time. But before he could leave he had to promise to Hagrid that he would come back to see him before the school ended, two times if he was up for it.

Harry had no idea what to do when he was back in the castle, most things he could think off was boring and didn’t interest him at all, especially compared to what he would do later that night. Harry couldn’t wait to see Malfoy again, and tonight he would probably get some more answers to his questions, he hoped. He only had to wait another four hours. He decided in the end to go down to the main hall and eat something since his stomach suddenly growled at him.

Eating didn’t help, it actually made things worse. So he went up to the infirmary to see Pomfrey about it, maybe something was wrong. It turned out to be nothing major, just the ordinary sickness most pregnant women had. Harry had been afraid that something was wrong because he had never felt that bad. Pomfrey meant that a potion would only help him for a week before his body would be immune against it so if he didn’t feel like it was killing him then he should wait with that potion. Harry was ready lto leave when Pomfrey stopped him to ask about his condition, and she kept him there for forty minutes. He couldn’t actually lie about his condition, that would be really foolishly, what it something went wrong and then she wouldn’t know what had happened. But he didn’t tell her about everything, the swim in the cold lake and almost drowning. Nobody besides him and Malfoy should know that, their little secret.

When he finally convinced Pomfrey that he had no cramps or major morning sickness and was in good shape he could leave, but not before promising to not fly on his broom or do anything that could cause him to fall.

There was only two hours till nine, he couldn’t believe how fast the time had gone while he was with Pomfrey, she had been talking constantly and asked him so many questions that he always gave up on leaving. What was left of the time before his meeting with Malfoy he decided to spend in the common room and play a little wizard chess by his self, maybe it could settle his nervous butterflies.

Ten minutes left till nine, he sat up with his invincibility cloak tucked inside his robe and was ready to leave when Hermione and Ron suddenly entered the common room.

‘Harry, we have been looking for you.’ Hermione was excited.

‘Yeah mate, we figured out that we have been spending too much time away from you.’ And they decided to get together the one time he couldn’t. ‘You want to play a round of wizard chess?’

‘I just finished so no thanks, I think I’ll take a short trip out to get some fresh air.’

‘Oh, great, well come with you.’ Hermione really couldn’t take a hint, the same with Ron that was ready to leave.

‘No, I just want to be alone a little and think over things.’ They didn’t look to disappointed, but not to pleased that he rejected them. ‘What about tomorrow? I know you have to study for the exam but we can have lunch together.’ Ron smiled at least to his suggestion.

‘Okay, see you later then Harry. Come one Ron, you need lots of help with your next exam.’

‘Bye Harry, I have to fight the book worm. Ouch! What did you do that for?’ Hermione heard his last comment and was not pleased with her nick name.

He quickly walked away before Hermione or Ron, or anyone else would call him back. When he checked the time it was already nine, so he put on the cloak and was running up to the owlery.

Before he reached the last steps he took off the cloak and tried to get his breath under control, he didn’t want to seem too eager. He entered the owlery smoothly, looking from right to left but there was no Malfoy to be seen. Maybe he was late, or maybe he had changed his mind, but he knew Harry wouldn’t leave him alone before he got his will.

‘Looking for me?’ Harry quickly turned around and pointed his wand towards where the sound came from, he quickly realizing that it was only Malfoy so he lowered his wand a couple of inches, but not completely.

‘You ass, did you wait for me to come so you could do that? Really childish Malfoy, I would say your ordinary behaviour.’

‘And pretending that you drown isn’t? Now let’s get this over with, I don’t want to see you again.’

‘This isn’t as easy as you may think, and I won’t stop till I know what is wrong with you.’

‘Why do you think anything is wrong?’

‘Let’s see, your behaviour against me, and I don’t think it’s because of the pregnancy that you suddenly are nice, there is something beneath that.’

‘You don’t know what my problem is, do you think that everything is as it may seem? You don’t now shit, and you think you can help. Why don’t you do me a favour and let me be, I can handle this myself.’

‘Why can’t you do me a favour and tell me your problem, I’ll see then if I can help you.’

‘Potter, get out of my way.’ Malfoy tried to walk out the entrance but Harry was blocking him every time he tried to move, it was childish behaviour and would piss Malfoy but he had no other choice.

‘Tell me one thing then, and I’ll let you go.’ He wanted to add for tonight but Malfoy would surely not like that.

‘It’s about my father, there, happy? Now get out of my way.’

‘As you may wish.’ In a blink of an eye Malfoy was gone from his vision and everything went dark.

--**¤**--

Harry slowly moved his head, his right side was in pain and he felt sick.

‘Don’t move boy, it won’t make things better.’ It was Pomfrey, he recognized the elderly school nurse, especially since he often visited her. ‘You had a nasty fall, but everything seems to be just fine.’ Yes, he was with Malfoy and then everything vanished, he must have pasted out, why did it have to happen right then? It was the end of their meeting anyway so it didn’t matter that much, but he could maybe have said or done something to stop Malfoy from leaving. No, he would have left, he was sure off it.

‘How did I get here?’

‘Young Malfoy brought you; he said he found you there. Luckily for you he had to owl a message, if not I’m afraid you would have bleed to death. When you fell you must have hit a sharp stone. But the peculiar thing was that young mister Malfoy wouldn’t leave before I had assured him that nothing was wrong with you and then given you sleeping drought, very peculiar.’ She was tucking him in while talking that so she didn’t see Harry’s look. Malfoy did care about him and what happened. He had already proven that by going after him in the lake and taking him off the banister earlier on, and now he had also taken Harry to the infirmary after he had passed out, and didn’t leave before he was sure things was okay with Harry.

Harry felt his chest hurt, and he wanted to cry, but he had to hold it inside of him till after Pomfrey had left. Knowing that Malfoy cared enough to make sure he was okay was something he would guess few people would ever say they had experienced.

‘Well, if you need something you just call me, but don’t start running off now, your not fit to do that with the potion still running through your body.’

‘What potion?’

‘For blood loss and other minor injuries, just stay in bed or I will tie you down, and I’m not kidding.’ Harry believed her when she said that; she was devoted to her work so she would do whatever it took for her patients to recover, even if she would have to sit on them till they were fully recovered.

He wasn’t tired at all, but there wasn’t much he could do besides sleeping, the book beside him on the night stand didn’t interest him at all, and it was soon midnight. He closed his eyes and tried to think as little as he could, he would stay awake if he had too many thoughts and questions before sleeping.

--**¤**--

The sun always came earlier in the summer; and Harry always had the bad habit of waking up when it became to light, which was mostly at five am in the summer. He tried to sleep again, but as much as he wished he couldn’t get himself to fall asleep.

It wasn’t only the sunny day that had woken him up; Pomfrey was moving in the infirmary collecting bottles and making notes. He couldn’t fall asleep but he didn’t want to wake up yet so he just lay there and daydreamed.

Pomfrey must have noticed that he wasn’t sleeping because she started to talk at him, telling him that he could leave when he wanted to, the potion had wore off but if he suddenly felt strange then he should come back. He left her after having his breakfast on the bed, soup and crackers. He wasn’t too bothered with morning sickness, but he didn’t want to take any chances and suddenly feel much worse later on the day.

He remembered that Malfoy said he wanted to study that day, to bad, Harry really wanted to see him. But if Harry just happened to come across Malfoy then maybe he could help him study, their next exam was DADA and Harry was almost an expert on that field. But first he had to find his map and see where Malfoy might be hiding. The thought of the map made him think about his cloak, he didn’t have it. He had taken it with him to the owlery the previous day, maybe Pomfrey had it in her office, but he didn’t need it right away; he at least had his wand.

Harry made a quick turn and almost crashing into a bunch of students, either first years or second years. All of them were looking at him like he had two heads, and didn’t move when he tried to walk past them. Harry knew that it wasn’t because he was pregnant; everyone was acting really strange after Harry told Ginny to spread that rumour about him. So in the magic world abortion was something bad, and really bad by the look off it. It seemed that everyone was either ignoring him, looking at him or whispering, and it was worse than last time.

Even his class mates didn’t even say hi to him. It didn’t bother Harry that much, but knowing that they wouldn’t even look straight at him made him think about how good friends they really was. Even Hermione didn’t look straight at him when she and Ron were walking down towards the library. They only asked how he felt before excusing themselves.

He wondered if he should keep the lie about the abortion even after the school ended, people would see that it was only a rumour if they meet him, so they would feel awful for the way they treated him, it was an excellent idea.

The common room was almost empty, and those sitting there didn’t look up, they were probably used to students walking inn and out of the portrait hole. Harry headed over to his room to where he had hidden his map.

He searched the map after a couple of footprints with a name tag where it stood Draco Malfoy. Harry gave up after a couple of minutes, there was no Draco Malfoy to find on the entire school ground. He was getting frustrated and angry, where could Malfoy be? Maybe he had gone outside the school boundaries again, that would be just like him. He realized that he was irritated and had to calm down, Malfoy was just outside the school boundaries, he repeated that to himself several times before closing the map and finding a book to read. Maybe finding something else to do meanwhile he waited could help, he could at least try and calm down.

After an hour with constant peeking over to the map he gave up on the book, he barely remembered the title of it. And after an intense searching on the map once more he threw it on the floor and wanted to burn it, he couldn’t find Malfoy at all on it. At the point he didn’t think about the possibility that Malfoy could have gone back to the forest or even be in some sort of danger, he could only see the map that didn’t want to show him what he wanted to see.

After ten minutes with his wand raised at the map he lowered it, burning the map wouldn’t help him in the future. He stood up, picked up his map and went out of the room into the common room, nobody was around thankfully. He knew exactly where to go and find out about Malfoy, professor Snape.

Snape was walking down towards the dungeon, no Slytherin’s around him so Harry took the chance of following him. He caught Snape just before he was to enter his own room; by shouting his name. Snape must have heard him because he didn’t jump or turn around surprised.

‘What now Potter?’

‘How did you know it was me?’ Snape turned around to look at Harry; he didn’t have a pleased look.

‘I remember every voice of every student I have, makes it so much easier to recognize who talks in my class, don’t you think?’

‘I guess so.’ None of them said anything for four seconds.

‘Was it anything you wanted? I don’t want to waist my time standing here with you.’ Snape was a little nicer than he used to be, Harry wondered what could have caused that, maybe it was the pregnancy, maybe he had heard rumours about abortion or maybe Malfoy had talked with him.

‘Do you know where Malfoy is?’

‘So you can follow him some more? And what makes you think I would tell you?’

‘So you do know where he is.’

‘I don’t think I can deny that now, but I won’t say another word about his whereabouts, go back to your little Gryffindor friends, they are sure to worry about you.’

‘They don’t know about me being here, not that they would care at all. But I won’t leave you before I have gotten my answer, where is Malfoy?’

‘He has left because of you stalking him, his last exam went so badly that if his next one goes that way he would most likely not get into the profession he wishes, thanks to you he may have ruined his chance.’

‘I have not done anything to him; I just wanted to help him.’

‘And why would the Golden Gryffindor help a Slytherin? I suggest you go back to your friends, Malfoy don’t want to see you at all so I suggest you leave the matter alone.’

‘I won’t, that would be to give up, and I never give up when I believe strongly I can make a difference.’

‘Gryffindor stupidity I would say. The only thing you have done so far is making a boy almost fail something he is extremely good at, what if he had failed? Would you have left him alone then? Since you are a Gryffindor I don’t think that would even stop you.’

‘Where is he?’

‘I have told you Potter that you…’

‘I don’t care; I want to know where he is.’

‘And you won’t hear it from me.’

‘He isn’t at school, is he?’

‘What makes you think that?’

‘Because I can’t find him at all, I have been looking for him over two hours now.’

‘Maybe he is in the Slytherin common room, or always on the other side from where you are, have that eve occurred to you?’

‘I know that he isn’t on school grounds, so where is he?’

‘You don’t know anything, and you will never find out where he is.’ Harry hadn’t thought about where Malfoy could be but a location just popped up on his mind, almost like someone had whispered it to him.

‘Is he home?’

‘What makes you think that?’ Snape’s eyebrows contracted for a short moment, Harry knew that he had discovered the whereabouts of the Slytherin.

‘Why did he go home? I thought his father had done something to him.’

‘May I ask why you accuse Malfoy of doing something to his own son?’

‘Malfoy never denied it when I asked him about it so I guess it’s true.’

‘Whatever guesses you have I suggest that you keep them to yourself, going after Malfoy will only increase his problems, and will do him no good. Excuse me; I have some potion to attend to.’ Harry wanted to ask where Malfoy’s home was located; but Snape had closed his door before Harry could even lift his hand to stop him.

He slowly walked up the stairs again, he couldn’t ask Dumbledore about the location, he would surely ask questions and Harry didn’t want to tell him anything about what was going on. The answer of how he could find Malfoy came as easily to him as the whereabouts; it must have been his subconscious that helped him and wanted him to meet Malfoy.

‘Dobby.’ With a loud noise a house elf stood in front of him, Dobby had gotten rid of most of the scarf’s and socks that Hermione had made a wile ago, but still wore three or four pairs of each.

‘You called on Dobby, how can I help Harry Potter?’

‘I wonder, do you still remember the location of your old master the Malfoy’s?’

‘Yes, of course, we house elf’s remember everything.’

‘Can you take me there?’

‘I can, but why do Master Harry want to go there?’

‘I need to see Draco Malfoy, and I think he is there. Can you take me there later this day? Around five pm?’

‘That I can do, I will meet you later then, I need to go and make lunch; the headmaster wants every student to be ready and well feed for the exams tomorrow.’

‘See you later Dobby.’ The house elf vanished with a nod and Harry walked up to the infirmary, he needed his cloak.
