Harry held his head high, strutting about the meadow and breathing the cool autumn air. This must have been what it was like for his father.
Draco, however, didn’t seem thrilled with his transformation. He had leaped high above the tall grass for a while and then stopped. Harry bent his head down to see why. If a stag could grin he would, but he just snorted and twitched his tail. Draco was scratching his ears, again.
He snuck up on the white and grey rabbit and nudged him with his nose. Draco fell over sideways. Harry gave a bray-like laugh. Draco gave him what he assumed was a scowl before jumping up and trying to attack him. Harry let out another bray and stepped back, and then lowered his head and tried to get Draco between his antlers.
He succeeded. First Draco tried to scramble off, but when Harry lifted his head, Draco hung on for dear life. Although Draco’s feet kept jerking and kicking nervously, Harry swaggered on, head held high, with a shivering, long-eared, long-legged rabbit on his head.
