Hermione
Albus Dumbledore, dressed in a pin-striped suit that would have been more appropriate for the 1940's, knocked at the door of Doctor and Doctor Granger. Hermione opened it. She looked as if she had been crying.
"May I come in Miss Granger?" The professor asked.
Hermione backed away from the door and the aged wizard entered the house.
"I thought he was safe with his family professor!" Hermione said accusingly. "I thought you had people watching the house to keep an eye to see to it he was safe!"
The distraught girl burst into tears and allowed herself to be comforted by her mother.
"I must apologize." Albus said. "Apparently I've failed again. I do have a letter that Harry sent to me over the summer. I believe he must have some of the seer ability that his Grandmother had because he sent in the letter his Will."
The professor pulled a shrunken bundle out of his jacket pocket. He unshrunk them and placed the books on the living room coffee table.
"Harry asked that you have these." Albus said. "In capacity as head of the Wizengamot, I cannot ignore the final instructions of any of my charges. I hope that you will allow me to know if there is anything that I can do to help you through this situation."
"You're very kind Professor." Mrs. Granger said.
"I believe that Hermione may want to share the support of her friendship with Mr. Ronald Weasely soon. If you wish I will leave for her a Port-key to take her to the burrow as soon as she wishes it. Unless, of course you'd rather have Mr. Weasely here. In which case I will put you in touch with his parents and you can work it out between you."
"I couldn't be around that many people, Professor." Hermione said. "Please, Mum, can Ronald come here? He could stay in the guest-room."
"I believe that can be arranged dear." Mrs. Granger said.
"Then I will have brought to you one of a pair of Mirrors that will allow communication between here and the Burrow. Miss Granger will have written instructions and will be allowed to use the artifacts without any penalty of law." The professor looked all of his immense age as he stood to leave. "I will see you at school Miss Granger."
