Chapter Eight: James&Lily


Dumbledore sighed as he sat back in his high back chair in his office and petted the feathers of his phoenix Fawkes. Albus knew it was finally time to do what he should have done over seventeen years ago. It was time to demand the return of the Potters, currently known as the Knightly.

James and Lily Potter had been hiding under the disguise as Kaden and Patricia Knightly with their seventeen year old daughter Nyah Knightly a.k.a Acacia Potter. She was due to transfer over from Beauxbations and transfer to Hogwarts for her sixth year. Seeing as she and or brother was fighting in the war against Voldermort last year, as they both had to repeat their seventh and sixth years, like all the other students.

So practically all of the magical schools were behind, behind because of last year’s climatic ending. Brother and sister had fought side by side without knowing it. The Beauxbations had sent along with Madam Maxima a hundred of their best students capable of defending themselves, and Acacia was one of those hundred who helped to defend Hogwarts and Hogsmeade.

Ginny Weasley on the other hand was not repeating her fifth year, but being allowed to skip her sixth year and straight into the seventh because of her high grades over the years, she had taken her owls over the summer.

So the Knightly\'s a.k.a the Potters had been hiding under those identities since a month before the night of the attack at Godric\'s hollow. Kaden worked for the ministry in Ireland as an unspeakable, he had been an Auror for the first ten years. Patricia was a medi witch at the local hospital.

Dumbledore surprisingly had been against the whole thing from the start. But had relented and provided James and Lily with new identities that night. The glamour charm Dumbledore had cast had turned them into Kaden and Patricia Knightly.

Gone was James\'s messy raven hair and hazel brown eyes and tanned coloured skin. In instead James became Kaden Knightly, with golden brown hair and blue eyes and creamy white skin. His round sliver framed glasses were replaced with oval shaped golden frames.

Lily on the other hand became Patricia Knightly, Lily\'s red hair was replaced with Patricia’s golden honey blond hair. And Lily\'s beautiful green eyes were replaced with Patricia’s blue eyes. And her once creamy white skin became a subtle olive coloured.

James and Lily decided they needed to leave that they would never be save that Harry would never be save so they decided to leave their home. The only problem was that they wanted to take Harry with them, but unfortunately it would have appeared suspicious for them to try skipping the border over into Ireland with a one year old child.

So they left for Ireland with a piece of their hearts missing that piece being Harry. So Harry\'s god mother and her husband had been put under glamour charms that made them look like James and Lily. So they had died protecting a baby Harry and not the real James and Lily.

Dumbledore had thought it was down right disgusting to leave their child behind because of the fact Lily was carrying another child. And Dumbledore had told them so to their faces just before he had cast the glamour charm on the couple.

Lily had been heart broken considering the fact Albus was her great grandfather. James had told Albus it was for the best that they didn\'t want to bring another child into the world where Voldermort could get to them. So Sirius had been double crossed by Peter and sent to Azkaban without a trial.

Naturally neither James nor Lily had known what would happen, they definitely would have never left if they had known, and regardless of the fact Lily was pregnant. They had no idea how much they would come to regret their rash decision in the heat of the moment out of sheer terror for their lives and the lives of their family.

So this was how Albus found himself in his office a week later with Minerva and the Knightly a.k.a the Potter\'s. Dumbledore spoke in a cold tone of voice, the twinkle in his eyes currently not present. \"I have summoned Harry and his fiancée, along with Remus and Sirius and their wives and Sirius\'s daughter to my office. They should be here in less then ten minutes time.\"

Sure enough less then ten minutes later they could all hear laughter and un-expectantly playful barking. Minerva sighed and shook her head at an amused Albus. She walked over to the door and opened it. And even she couldn\'t help but smile at the antics before her.

Narcissa and Mckayler were holding onto each other while they shrieked with laughter. Remus was trying to playfully fight off a pure white wolf, as it jumped up on him. Draco was currently howling with laughter as she tried to fend of both Padfoot and Flames. A pure red fox with the whitest stomach you had ever seen, with beautiful bright green eyes. It was Harry\'s animagus form.

Draco came running into the office and immediately hid behind Albus\'s chair and used the older man\'s shoulder for balance. Both Patricia and Nyah laughed when they saw the others playful antics while Kaden chuckled.

Nyah said, \"Look mum, look at that big black dog, isn\'t he lovely?\" Patricia smiled knowingly as she replied \"yes he is isn\'t he. And speaking of lovely would you look at that white wolf, now that\'s beautiful.\"

Both father and daughter shared a looked before they both came running up to both Patricia and Nyah. Padfoot barked playfully as Nyah stroked him behind his ears. Patricia was enjoying patting the white wolf.

Then suddenly without warning both Padfoot and flash transformed back into Sirius and Anyanka, who was soon followed by flames who had been enjoying being scratched by Kaden. All three Knightly\'s yelped in shock, as they came face to face with Harry, Sirius and Anyanka.

Dumbledore cleared his throat and got everyone’s attention as Minerva closed the door and put up a silencing charm, knowing things would not stay peaceful for long, especially once both Harry and Sirius finally got wind of what had been going on all this time.
