Chapter 9

She slid through the front doors, quietly and no-one noticed her. She knew she had only one hour before she had to be in bed, so she wanted to hurry. She sprinted around the grounds, careful to keep out of sight and hurried to the Quidditch pitch. She found Draco waiting for her behind one of the stands. She lit a small fire, Hermione had taught her how, and they looked at one another, finding the situation a little more uncomfortable than they had expected.

"So, I'm glad you came, did your brother go completely insane, me being a Malfoy and all—"

"He did, but I put him in his place. I hope he is not too rude to you."

She pulled herself closer to the fire, she was cold. Draco, noticing this, moved in closer to her and took her hands, as if to warm them.

He then looked into those enchanting eyes

"I thought you would never feel the same way I did, red. I am so glad you do."

"As am I." she smiled back.

Draco leaned into her, and kissed her. It was just a small kiss on the lips, and they then looked at each other again. Without speaking, they leaned back in and began to kiss passionately. Ginny felt the heat of his mouth on hers, she melted into that comforting warmth. When they broke apart, she looked at her watch—

"Oh, my, we've been here ½ an hour, we will be in trouble if we're caught!" They only had 10 minutes to be in bed.
