Harry lay on the bed that the Room of Requirements had conjured up with his head lying on Draco's chest. The two were naked with only a blanket covering their waists and the fire in the fireplace keeping them warm.

“The Dark Lord is planning to attack tomorrow as the sun sets. He believes there will be so much confusion because the students are leaving for the holiday that you won't be prepared for him.” Draco said to him, as he ran his fingers through the mess on top of Harry's head he called hair.

“Well then he'll be in for a surprise when he finds out that we're ready for him.”

“You realize what will happen after he's destroyed don't you?”

“Yes the public will want everyone tried and sentenced that is a Death Eater and once they find out that you have the mark they'll want you thrown in there too...it's a shame that they'll be disappointed that I won't let my husband be thrown into jail.”

Smirking, Draco said, “What ever happens to me tomorrow know that I won't let it happen until you're safe. I won't let you be hurt while there is still a breath in my body.”

“Nothing is gonna happen to you so shut up.” Harry sternly said. “Now lets go to sleep because I'm tired and I know you probably are too.”

Not saying anything, Draco pulled the blanket higher up on them and held Harry close. Whatever happened tomorrow he would protect his husband even if it meant his death.
