Crash and Burn Part 7

Illyana walked back out of the room with a wrapped cloth in her arms. She walked up
to Severus and placed the bundle in his arms. She smiled and said, "Mother, I would
like to introduce your granddaughter Brianna Lucinda Snape-Malfoy."

Severus looked at the bundle and smiled. He turned to his daughter and said, "She
is beautiful, just like her mother. Why is her last name hyphenated?"

Illyana said, "Lucius said that because my last name is hyphenated, then hers should
be as well. He really has changed from the Lucius that I know in the other timeline."

Harry exposes his bat tattoo and said, "I have an important question. What is this bat
tattoo?"

Illyana said, "It is the fifth house that is always located at Snape Manor."

Severus said, "You must be joking."

Illyana said, "I assure you mother that I do not joke about the dark nights. We take up
the fight in Prince manor but that gets destroyed in the battle with Dumbledore. You all
must understand that the dark nights need more people. We need to find them."

Harry said, "May I tell my friends Ron and Hermonie about the dark nights."

Illyana shakes her head and said, "It is not custom that all the nights get recruited in
one day. Choose your canidates wisely."

Harry nodded and said, "I will."

Severus said, "What about Lucius? Is he a dark night?"

Illyana smiled and said, "Yes."

Angel said, "Mother what can I do?"

Illyana said, "Go and look after your father."

Angel walked back into the bedroom and closed the door. Grieve walked out of the room at
the same time.

Illyana said, "Mother, I need your help. Grieve is slowly killing Angel. Angel can not
see it yet. Angel's magic is getting tainted by Grieve. Grieve nearly killed Lucius for
keeping Angel from getting hurt. I can not stand by and watch my son die. Help me please."

Severus nodded his head as he rocked his granddaughter. He said, "You will be a true
heart ache for me and your parents, my little Anna."

Illyana and Harry both smile at hearing the baby's nickname.

Harry said, "You sure do love shortening your family's names. I would not be surprised if
Angel did have a nickname."

Severus said, "He does have a nickname that I have personally gave him."

Illyana shook her head and smiled.

Lucius walked out of the bedroom and gasped at the sight of Illyana standing in the room.
He said, "What happened? I thought you would remain on the death plane."

Illyana turned to him and said, "Your heart brought me back to the land of the living.
Your heart said that it would die without me in this world. The angel of death could
not take me away knowing that my death would result in five other deaths."

Severus said, "Is that true?"

Illyana nodded and said, "I was granted life on the condition that when the five no longer
need me I could finally die."

Severus said, "Who is the leader of the dark nights?"

Illyana said, "There is no set leader. There is a council of five who decide for the dark
nights. The council has voted to homeschool all dark nights after the first term of the
next year."

Harry said, "I think that I could offer many of the dark nights canidates. Many of them are
right here in this school."

Severus nodded and said, "Who is on the council?"

Illyana sighed and said, "You, Harry, Lucius, myself, and Sirius Black."

Severus gasped and said, "WHAT????!!!"

Illyana said, "It would be the only way to show him that you understand that what has happened
between the both of you is in the past. You must show him that you are over that."

Severus nodded.

Illyana looked at Harry and said, "Bring your friends to the next meeting. I will be bringing
someone else. I have to go find him." When she said that, she blinked out of the room.

Harry said, "I will be back tomorrow with Ron and Hermonie."

Severus nodded and looked at his granddaughter with another smile.

Lucius said, "Sev, you can carry Brianna to the bedroom and let her rest from the tiring day
she has had. Remember what Lyana was like when she was just born."

Severus smiled and said, "This might be my chance to watch a baby grow up and not loose it."

Lucius said, "You did not loose Lyana."

Severus shook his head and said, "I thought that I lost Illyana in my womb. The child that
I felt slip away from me was not Yana but her twin. I remember that the mediwitch said that
I had twins in my womb then the next month I felt Yana's twin slip away."

Lucius gasped and said, "You could have"

Lyana: I want to. (pouts) Don't worry to much about it.
Luci: Why?
Lyana: In the next chappies Sirius returns and gets the forgiveness
Harry and Sev finally find the bed. The new recruits to the
dark nights.
