Chapter 7
“Sverus kiss mummy make better.” Ruthie said.
“Why don’t you kiss your mummy little one.” Snape said blushing
“Hermione they need you to decide what you want to do about Ron.” Harry said.
“I just want to forget about it Harry.”
“Why, so he can come back and do it again?” Snape said angrily
“No Professor, I don’t think he was in his right mind. He never would
have done that if I would’ve just explained what was going on from the beginning.” Hermione replied.
“Did anyone tell you how we found you? Did they tell you what we walked in on Miss Granger?” Snape said in a deadly whisper, “You were naked and about to be raped. And you think that if you would have explained it to him he would have thought better about it.”
“No Professor, that’s not how Ron acts. He would never do anything to hurt me.”
“Then you’re not as smart as you think you are.” Snape said turning to leave.
“Harry, is what Professor Snape said true?”
“Yes,” he said taking a breath, “Ron was hovering over you, and you didn’t have any clothes on.”
“Why Harry? Why would he do something like this?”
“I don’t know. He was crazy Hermione. I never saw him like that before.”
“Do you think I should press charges Harry?”
“If it were anyone else I would push you to do it, but I don’t know.”
“Miss Granger if you feel up to it you may go back to your rooms now.” Poppy said.
“Thank you Poppy. I think that Ruthie and I will go.”
Hermione, Ruthie, and Harry left the hospital wing and went to the girl’s rooms. Hermione started cleaning up and putting things away; Ruthie sat down on the floor and played with her toys, and Harry sat there and watched. A little while later Harry looked up at the clock.
“Hermione are you ready to go up to dinner?”
“No Harry, I think that Ruthie and I are going to eat here tonight.”
“Okay Hermione, I’m going to dinner and I’ll check back on you later. Let me know if you need anything.” Harry said giving her a hug.
Harry left and went to the Great Hall.
“How is Miss Granger, Mr. Potter?” Albus asked.
“She’s still a little shook up, even though she’s trying to hide it.” Harry replied. “I told her I’d check on her later.”
“And what has Miss Granger decided?” Albus asked.
“Right now she doesn’t want to do anything except forget. But I don’t know if that will change.”
Meanwhile in Hermione’s chambers……
“Ruthie come and eat.” Hermione said
“Mummy better?”
“Mummy’s getting there.”
KNOCK KNOCK
“Sverus.” Ruthie called out.
“Who’s there?” Hermione asked.
“Your daughter just answered the question Miss Granger.” Severus said.
“Please come in Professor.”
“Sverus” Ruthie yelled running to him.
“Hello to you little one.” Severus said picking her up. “Not going to dinner?”
“No I figured that we’ve had enough excitement for the day.”
“Sverus eat too.”
“I think I will little one.” Severus said sitting at the table.
“Well in that case Professor please share what we will be eating.”
Hermione put a plate in front of him. It was Macaroni and Cheese and a hot dog.
“What may I ask is this?” Severus asked.
“Dinner,” Hermione replied. “It’s Ruthie’s favorite.”
“Noodles and some kind of meat?”
“Hot dog and cheese.” Ruthie said.
“This is dog.” Severus said disgusted.
“No it’s beef.” Hermione said leaving all the other ingredients out.
“Oh”
“Mmm good Sverus”
“Yes, Severus it’s good.” Hermione said not realizing she used his first name.
They sat there in silence finishing their meal.
“Well how did you like it Professor?” Asked Hermione
“It was better than adequate Miss Granger.”
“Please call me Hermione sir. It’s summer and there is no one except for the professors here.”
“Perhaps.”
“Movie Mummy.” Ruthie said holding a DVD.
“Is this the one you want to watch sweetie?”
Ruthie nodded her head yes.
“Alright I’ll start your movie, and I’ll clean up.”
“Yeah!”
Hermione went over to the cabinet across from her couch, opened it and there sat an entertainment center. A TV, VCR, DVD Player, and Speakers. She turned on the TV and put the movie in the DVD player.
“How did you get it all to work here?” Snape asked.
“I didn’t. Albus did it for Ruthie. Have a seat, I’ll be back when I’m done cleaning dinner up.”
“Severus sat down on the couch and Ruthie crawled up and sat down beside him, laying her head on his leg. The movie started and the title comes on, Beauty and the Beast.

Thank all of my reviewers. You guys are the ones who make me want to finish my story....and a very big bunny that won\'t leave me alone...lol. I promise that in the next few chapters Hermione will tell someone who Ruthie\'s father is. My husband is the one who gave me the idea for the movie that Severus ends up watching with Ruthie..lol... could you imagine him watching Beauty and the Beast? lol
