The Other Half's of Me

A/N: Sorry for the long wait but Christmas season is coming

and that means more hours at work.



I always appreciate a review and I hope that I am not losing

some of my readers.





Chapter 8: More information that makes you want to scream



The days and weeks passed. Classes continued. Everyone

saw Harry and Draco becoming friends and becoming closer.

They never fought like they used to anymore. And whenever

they were found together they moved as one and most times

knew what the other was thinking. They could hold a conversation

with a handful of looks and only two words between them.



When they were together it felt to both boys that they had found

a long lost brother. They got along great and like any siblings

they fought but as soon as they were done it was back to normal.

There was no more stewing in hatred and looking to kill each

other any more.



On November 22nd during breakfast Dumbledore announced that

tomorrow they would be celebrating the American holiday Thanksgiving

in honor of their American teacher. Classes for the next two days

would be focused around this holiday.



Professor Stewart, who took over for Binns after the school

ghosts had disappeared, would be teaching his classes the

history of Thanksgiving. Professor Snape would have the students

brew indigestion potions. Madame Hooch would teach them

how to play American Football. Professor Moore -Gia- would

pick a bunch of students to participate in a wiccan Spirit Pentagram.

The students that she picked would have to perform the Spirit

Pentagram during dinner tomorrow.



Gia stood up and said," I have already chosen the twelve

students who shall train. Those that I call will be able to miss

class during the afternoon today and tomorrow. For Earth there

is Ginny Weasley, fourth year Gryffindor, Ron Weasley, fifth year

Gryffindor, Koral Briar, sixth year Hufflepuff. For Air

Hermione Granger, Fifth year Gryffindor, Blaise Zabini fifth year

Slytherin, and Amelia Casey, second year Ravenclaw. Water

will be Fred Weasley, seventh year Gryffindor, George Weasley,

seventh year Gryffindor, and Kelsey DiDonna, fifth year

Slytherin. Now because there are only two Firebenders in the

student body Harry Potter, Fifth year Gryffindor, and Draco

Malfoy, fifth year Slytherin, Professor Snape has

graciously offered to be third for Fire. Now those that I've called

will join me in my classroom at 1:30 after lunch."



All the rest of the teachers would teach something that

coincided with the American holiday. All the students were eager

to have their classes interrupted.

The Golden Trio entered the Wiccan Studies classroom behind

the other eight students and one teacher. There were no tables

or chairs in the room. Instead painted on the floor was a five point

star with every color in the world making up the paint. It gave off

a pretty shimmering light.



"Welcome," said Gia. She stood at one of the points. At her feet inside

the point was a globe of pure light sitting on top of a silver chalice.



"Gia do you think this is wise? I don't think they are ready,"Stated

Snape.



"Sev, They are ready. Christmas vacation is coming and their Guardians

gave permission for them to come to the Circle with me."



"You don't think its to soon?"



"No."



"Could someone please tell us what's going on?" asked Harry.



"Yes alright," said Gia " You know in the beginning of the year I

told you that there were going to be real wiccans found among

the students. Well everyone in this classroom is a true wiccan

and I have permission from your Guardians to bring you to the

Wiccan Circle this Christmas holiday."



"WHAT!" Yelled Ron.



"There is no way that father gave permission for me to go.

He always insists that the family is home for Christmas,"stated Draco.



"Draco. Your father and his 'Friend'," at this she air quoted," are

really happy that you are wiccan. Though you will probably be

asked to visit home before we leave. We will talk about this later.

Now I have to teach you....."



Gia stopped talking when she saw Hermione raise her hand.



"Gia you said everybody in this room was wiccan. Does that

include Professor Snape?"



"Yes Hermione Professor Snape is a wiccan. He is actually

part of the Personal Guard. The Personal Guard are the

bodyguards for the Princess of Light. They are a division of

the Royal Guards. The Princess gave him permission to leave

the Circle to teach here and make his potions without the added

hassle of having to guard the Princess and interrupting his work."



Draco and Harry shared a look. Gia was the Princess. Why was

she keeping it a secret and talking as if they were two separate people.

Hermione and Ron also shared a look but this one clearly said,

to those who could read it, that Snape was a Death Eater. Could

the wiccans be in league with You-Know-Who?



"I'd like each of you to stand at your point of the star. Earth to my

right. Air to my left. Fire next to Air and Water at the last point."



They spent the rest of the day learning the spells and movements

of the Spirit Pentagram. A half hour before dinner Gia dismissed

everyone but Harry, Draco and Severus.



Ron and Hermione paused at the door to ask Harry if he wanted

them to wait outside. When he said no they left with a "Don't you

hurt him" glare to everyone else in the room.



"Harry, Draco. I know that you have questions about the feelings

you have about each other. Even though it isn't sexual y'all are

still probably disturbed by it. Don't be it's very natural."



"What is it and why is it happening to us?" asked Harry.



"In a wiccans life there are three common soul bonds that happen.

There is the Soul-mate who is the other half of your heart. The

Soul-guardian who is bonded at your birth to protect you above all else

and the Soul-sibling who feels as if he seems to be the other

body of yourself. Some people believe that the Soul-sib. is really

your Soul-mate but who really wants to be with themselves all the time.

There is one more soul bond but it happens only in twins and not all

of them either. This is called 'leth Cuid Anam' or two shared souls.

This is where two souls are separated at their creation and half goes

into their body and the other halves go into each others. Like

Fred and George. Fred has a half of Georges soul and vice versa."



"You mean that Draco and I share the same soul?" asked Harry.



"Yes. The reason that your both going so fast into the acceptance

faze of your bond is because your both Firebenders. Firebenders

are the only ones on the Royal Guard and only those of Jin ever

make it to the Personal Guard. The faster that Jin complete all

their bonds the faster they can take the oath to the Princess if

that is their calling."



"So that's why we felt protective of you when you fainted." stated Draco.



"Draco! Shut UP!" hissed Harry.



Draco felt like he was hit in the stomach. He had basically said that

they knew Gia was the Princess of Light. He saw Severus and Gia

share a look.



"How long have you know?" asked Gia.



Giving a sigh Harry answered," We fallowed you to the infirmary and

overheard you both talking."



"How much did you hear?" snared Snape.



"We heard everything. Even what she told you about us being Soul-mates."



Snape looked like he had swallowed ten gallons of polyjuice potion

without changing shape.



"Don't worry Professor. I don't really believe it. Oh I do have a question

though. Gia, Why do you call Professor Snape uncle?" asked Harry.



"Because along with being part of my Personal Guard Sev is also

my Guardian. The day I was brought into this world a magical

thread shot from me and traveled the world until it found Severus.

He then 'bhfaiteadh na sul' or moved from one place to the other

in the blink of an eye, to me. This happens to every wiccan child

unless they are in the same place. Then the thread firms up with

the thicker side in the Guardian. Harry your Guardian is of course

Sirius. Draco your Guardian is actually Madame Pomfrey not

your father. She was the nurse that helped at your birth."



Both boys were surprised at this.



"Does my father know?" asked Draco.



"No. He believes that he is your Guardian. We had asked him if

you may come to America this Christmas only after we received the

OK from madame Pomfrey. A Soul-guardian has more say over the

raising of a wiccan child than the parents do unless the child's

Soul-guardian is one of them."



"I swear you could have belonged to Slytherin if you had schooled

here. He probably knows that I'm a Jin Firebender and believes

I could kidnap the Princess. You just basically told him that he

could force me to do it," laughed Draco.



"Yup. We do not want to join Voldemort. I've even sent out a

decree that states that any wiccan found to be a Death Eater

will be cut from their Coven and banished from the Hall of Records.

Of course this doesn't pertain to Sev. There is an adage to the

decree that says all royal spies are cleared of all their involvement." said Gia.



"why would it be bad to be banished from the Hall of Records?" asked Harry.



"Well Potter," said Snape," When a wiccan's name is banished from the

Hall of Records they can never do a joined spell again. To a wiccan this is like

a wizard having his wand broken in half and burning the pieces. Wiccans rely on each other to be Yin and Yang to their powers. If a wiccan goes to long without casting

a spell with another wiccan they could go crazy."



The dinner bell rang and the four wiccans wrapped up their

conversation and headed for the great hall. Each one of them

had way to much on their mind.
