Chapter Six: I’m Who? and first patrol

The next week Professor Tray Wallace had the play list posted up in every house common room. Even the Heads and Professor’s common room. He had all the characters listed down the left hand sighed and who they were. And who they were played by written next to the characters name.

When everyone woke up on Tuesday morning. It was sunny. The sun was shining in the sky and there was not a cloud in the sky as the seventh years who took Muggle studies walked down into their common room and walked over to the bulletin board to see who got what part.

When Buffy walked down into the common room. She was still half asleep when she sat down on the lounge and ran her fingers through her blonde hair. Everyone else was awake and knew that she had gotten the main female role of Juliet Capulet and that her Romeo was the man she despised with a passion. Draco Malfoy. And even Draco knew that he had the part of Romeo and he was gloating about it.

Buffy looked around as everyone looked at her and slightly raised her eyebrow, looking confused, “What?” she asked as she looked at them. But a laughter came from Draco Malfoy as he walked into the common room from his dormitory and when he saw Buffy he smiled the famous Malfoy evil smile.

“Good Morning Juliet” Dracos aid as he looked at Buffy who was even more confused about what was going on, “What don’t you know? You are the new Hogwarts Juliet Capulet. And I miss Dumbledore…I’m your Romeo”

“Bullshit” Buffy said as she slightly laughed and jumped off of the couch and ran over to the bulletin board and read down the play list. She saw her name next to Juliet Capulet and when she looked at Romeo Montage she looked to see who was next to it and she could have screamed. “Fucking Bullshit” she yelled and looked around the common room at all the heads that were looking at her. She didn’t know that to think about the idea of her being in the same play as Draco. Let alone in a play where Draco is playing her lover. What could Professor Wallace have been thinking when he made Draco Romeo. Or even her Juliet. Buffy sighed to herself as she walked up the stairs and went into her dorm and shut the door. She needed to think about what she just read. And she also needed to get ready for class as it was almost eight thirty and she hadn’t had anything to eat yet.

Moments after she left the common room. Seamus walked up to Gryffindor head’s door and knocked on it lightly. He wanted to see if Buffy was okay. And to make sure she wasn’t trashing her room as she has done on many occasion when she was pissed off. But many he just wanted to see if she was ok. The trashing of the room was just a cover story. When Buffy opened her door to let him in she was getting changed. She had her school skirt on and she had her white button up shirt on. But the buttons weren’t done up yet so he could sort ta see her white bra and her belly button ring, which was a silver cross.

“What do you want Seamus” Buffy asked as she let him into her dorm room and closed the door. She then walked up to her dresser and got her hair brush out of the top draw and brushed her hair.

“To see if you are ok” Seamus said as he looked at Buffy and smiled as he walked up to her and watched her brush her hair, “And to make sure you haven’t trashed your room”

“Ha…ya think ya funny don’t ya” Buffy said as she looked at him from over her shoulder. She then turned around and leaned back against the dress and sighed, “why him? Why does the guy playing Romeo have to be him?” she asked as she looked at Seamus then ran her fingers through her hair.

“Because he probably bribed Professor Wallace into giving him the part” Seamus joked as he walked up to Buffy and stood in front of her, placing his hands on her arms gently. “Don’t let him get to you B. Like I said on the train. His not worth it. His just trying to push you over to edge so that you crack and do something stupid” Seamus said as he gently kissed her forehead.

“Yeah well that doesn’t change the fact that I have to kiss him” Buffy said as she looked at Seamus and sighed slightly, “You know we have patrol duties tonight”

“Yeah I know…” Seamus nodded, “Oh what fun” he smirked and left Buffy’s dormitory so she could finish getting really.

After a long and hard day of classes. Students were tired as they walked into the great hall for dinner. And after dinner was over and done with nearly every student at Hogwarts walked straight up to their common rooms to rest up for the night. Even some of these students went to bed as they were that tired.

The only students who hadn’t gone to bed were they Gryffindor head boy and head girl. As they had their first night of patrol for the week. You see it was the Gryffindor heads week to do the patrol around the castle, near the common rooms to make sure that no student was out of bed after curfew. With the duties the rounds went. Hufflepuff, Gryffindor, Ravenclaw then Slytherin. But McGonagall had a twist in for the heads were she was going to making them spend time with each other. And that twist was making them do rounds together.

So after the Slytherin head boy and girl had their round together. It would then go The Slytherin Head boy and Gryffindor Head girl, then the Gryffindor Head boy with the Slytherin head girl, then the Hufflepuff head boy with the Ravenclaw head girl and then the Ravenclaw head boy with the Hufflepuff head girl.

But that was for another week. This week was the Gryffindor’s turn. And at ten o’clock on Tuesday night. And Buffy and Seamus were wandering around the corridors of the castle. Buffy was on the first floor walking past the class rooms making sure that no one was out and about. She began to wander what Seamus was up to and if there was anyone else up besides them. Seamus on the other the hand. He was on the fourth floor corridor. Making his way back to the stairs to go to the fifth floor. But all he could think about. Was not how long he was going to be walking around the castle for? But it was Buffy. For some reason he couldn’t take his mind off of her. He knew he had small feelings for her as he had these feelings since she had arrived last year at the beginning of his and her sixth year. But now his feelings were a little stronger for her. As Seamus walked up the stairs he sighed and walked onto the fifth floor.

Hours the pair walked around the castle and then when they had enough they walked back up to the seventh floor. Mind you it was nearly midnight and they had been walking around since ten o’clock. Buffy had reached the seventh floor first as she didn’t walk around the ground floor corridor and the library. She had deiced to wait for Seamus so she stood up against the wall across from the end of the stair case.

When Seamus reached the seventh floor he looked at Buffy and slightly laughed as she had her eyes closed and her head lent back against the wall. “Tired there Buffy?” he asked as he walked up to her and stood in front of her.

“Just a little” Buffy laughed as she opened her eyes and looked into Seamus eyes as she found them gorgeous. “What about you?” she asked him.

“Tired…But got Potion homework to do that is due tomorrow” He sighed

“Ah shit…we do don’t we” Buffy said as she sighed. She had forgotten all about the potion homework that she needs to finish.

“Well why don’t we do the homework together. We’ll most likely get it done quicker that way” Seamus said as he looked at Buffy and held out his hand for her but instead Buffy linked her arm with his and they walked back to the common room.

When they reached the portrait Buffy whispered the password and the portrait swung open so they walked in. Seamus walked over to the lounge and picked up his back pack as they were going to finish the homework in Buffy’s room because, A. The common room was cold and dull as they fire had gone out and B. Seamus’s room was a mess.

They walked into Buffy’s room and walked over bed to bed and sat down. Pulling out all their Potions stuff and laid it out of the bed in front of them As Seamus read through what they had to do, Buffy walked into her bathroom and got changed into her pajamas. And before she walked back out into the dormitory, Seamus pulled off his robe and shirt as it was slightly hot in Buffy’s room.

“So have you finished my homework yet?” Buffy joked as she walked out of the bathroom and back into the bedroom, wearing a white tummy cut singlet top and a pair of baggy pink pants that had flames printed around the bottom of each leg.

“Um…no…you’re doing it yourself” Seamus laughed as he looked at Buffy and watched her walk over to the bed and sit down, “Lets get started then” he said as he handed her, her books.

Another hour went by before the pair were done with their homework. And when they were they both sighed with relief. As they packed their things up Seamus looked at Buffy and smiled slightly.

“What?” Buffy asked with a small laugh as she caught him smiling at her and she stood up from her bed and stretched lightly.

“Nothing...” Seamus said as he stood up and put his things back in his bag, “Hey thanks for your help Buffy” he smiled and walked up to her and gently kissed her lips. But something happened that he didn’t expect. Buffy softly kissed him back. Seamus smiled and pulled back slightly, “what was that...?” he asked her

“I was saying you’re welcome” Buffy smiled as she looked at him then kissed him again and he kissed her back, placing his hands on her hips and gently pulled her closer to him.
