What they do for The Order

In the morning Hermione met Draco in the Great Hall where they ate breakfast. Dumbledore and Snape had already left and the two hsd the castle to themselves. Well so to speak there were also the elves and the ghosts but other than that it was just them. The had a nice conversation over some pancakes and french toast and were soo on their way.

They both had a fair bit to do in town. Draco needed some new clothes and robes since he was no longer in school and he also wanted the newest broom the Firebolt 6000. Hermione needed some work Robes, Potion Suplies for her lab and Snapes lab, as well as a few books on charms that were not in her own library. All of her purchases were sent straight up to the castle so she didnt have to lug it all around. After they were done shoping the got some lunch at madame Rosemerttas. Se was so glad to see them that they got a free round of butterbeers.

After lunch they headed to Wheasleys Wizarding Wheazes. Draco having not liked the Weasleys had never been in here before.

"Why hello George, Fred. How are you guys doing."

"Well" said Fred "Were fine. How about you? You know that your hanging out with Malfoy right?"

"Yes I know we had a meaningful conversation last night and dont worry he is a good guy. We were just in town picking a few things up. Thought we would stop buy."

George turned to Draco. "So your a good guy now. What about all the hurtful things you have said to all of us. About us being poor and about Hermione being a..a..mudblood? Are we just supposed to forget it all and become you instant friends. because it dosent work like that."

"No No its okay I totally understand and as I explained to Hermione last night I had to say what I did because people talk. Remember my dad is...How did you put it last night Hermione..Oh yea the ring leader of the Death Eaters. I had to be careful."

"So guys you see he isnt so bad after all. Well It was nice to see you. Tell the boys hi next time your at Harrys. We need to be getting back to the castle. Come on Draco lets go."

And with that the pair left the shop never knowing that they were being watched by none other than Lucius Malfoy.

They started walking up the path to the castle when they were ambushed. About 6 Death Eaters surrounded them and they were quick. They already had Hermiones and Dracos wands and were now getting ready to attack.

"Why if it isnt my ungrateful son and his little mudblood friend. Looks like we are going to have some fun boys."

They had bound and gagged hermione and sat her down to watch as they beat and raped Draco. His father was the first to take him and he was not at all gentle. He was by far the worst. He had made Draco lay on his back so he could see his face as he was driving in and out of him. So that he could see how mad he was and know who it was who was doing this to him. Lucius cut and clawed and hit his son as well. Saying that Hermione would be next.

After everyone had their turn they deposited Dracos bloody and beaten body at the gates to hogwarts. Hermione hoped someone would come back soon. She didnt know how much longer Draco could survive. Lucius snapped his wand threw it at him.

Hermione was the last person Draco saw as he heard his father. "Say goodbye to your mudblood friend Draco, it will probably be the last time you see her....Alive."

With that Lucius grabbed Hermione and aparated away. The others followed him. It would be a few hours brfore Draco would be found. It was Snape who saw him first. The scene he saw was not a good one. Draco was lying in a pool of blood at the base of the gate with his pants around his ankles and shirt thrown off to the side. He had many cuts and bruises and Snape could tell he was raped more than once. After checking his pulse and barely finding one he healed Draco the best he could. He fixed his pants and aparated him away to Grimmauld place to be watched by Mrs. Weasley. Once he returned he began to look for Hermione. There was no sign of her anywhere. he checked the castle and came up empty. He went to the town and found that they were with the Weasley twins last. Once they had been questioned Snape began to panic. He knew who had her. All he needed was for Draco to confirm it. He then went back to Grimmauld place to wait for the boy to wake.

"Mom why is he here."

"Now Ronald it may interest you to know that he is apart of the order as well and him and hermione were atacked. He was brought here to heal."

"Mrs. Weasley did you just say that him and Hermione were atacked?"

"Yes I did Harry dear. We dont know where she is right now we are hoping Draco knows."

Ron ran over and began to shout at Draco. "WAKE UP FERRET. WHERES HERMIONE. WAKE UP!!!"

"Ron I dont think that is gonna work. We will have to wait for him to wake." Harry admitted and slumped into a chair. "It could be a long wait I just hope Mione's okay."

Snape was just thinking the same thing. All they could do was wait.
