Chapter 8
Harry was seeing things. Thought he saw uncles Moony and Padfoot sitting with Chuck, that was what his daddy called professor Xavier. Just then uncle Moony looked up and smiled at him and he found himself praying that they were real. Just then he heard his daddy talking to him.
“It took some time, but I was finally able to track them down for you. We wanted it to be a surprise for your birthday that I found them.” Harry was staring in shock at his daddy; he did this just for his birthday. It was then that he heard his name called by uncle Moony. Turning to him he saw uncles Moony and Padfoot walking towards him. Wanting to touch them and make sure they were real he took off running to them, only to be scooped up by uncle Moony. That was all it took for him to start crying.
“I thought I would never see you again.” He said through his tears.
It was uncle Padfoot who answered him, “the second Lily and James told us they sent you away we left and started looking for you. Almost found you once but you had already been adopted.” He said this as he took his turn hugging his godson.
When uncle Padfoot put him down he ran at his daddy giving him the biggest hug ever.
“Thank you!” he exclaimed. “This is the best birthday present ever. You are the best daddy I ever had”
Logan was finally able to relax after that, he had been worried that with Remus and Sirius there Harry wouldn’t want him as a daddy any more, but now he knew that wasn’t true.
The rest of the day was spent opening presents, eating cake, and just having fun. Remus was finally able to give Harry that pendent he got for him all those years ago. He had held onto it just incase they ever found Harry. Harry was the happiest he had ever been. He finally had his family back together, old and new. He just hoped he stayed this happy, but as things go it couldn’t last, and things changed when he was sixteen.
