In Love and War

Draco Malfoy Apparated to the outskirts of the Deatheaters\' territory. He had been sent there to check the area. Magic had been detected, and the Dark Lord wanted to know if it was friend of foe. Goyle was patrolling the area, and could just be goofing off. It has been six months since graduation, and the Light side was getting closer to defeating the Dark Lord. \"Tell that to Dumbledore,\" Harry said, \"I was waiting out here in the cold when Goyle appeared out of nowhere,\" he said, \"We exchanged curses, mine having the most effective.\" He nodded over to a pile of snow, and Draco brushed some snow away to see the dead stare of Goyle. \"I think I have a concussion, and I\'m sure that hypothermia\'s an issue, too.\"

\"Well, you\'re cold as ice,\" Draco said after he took off his gloves to feel Harry\'s face, \" How long since you\'ve been out?\"

\"Half hour, at least.\"

\"I need to get you warm,\" he said looking for a place to hide Harry. The only thing he could come up with was the mini van. He tried the door, and prayed to Merlin that it opened. \"Okay, in you go.\" He gently picked up Harry, and put him gently on the floor of the van. He closed the door, locking the doors, and went back to Harry. \"Okay, let\'s get these wet clothes off of you,\" he said. Harry allowed Draco to take of his clothing piece by piece. Soon, Harry was left with his boxers on, shivering. Draco took off his own cloak, and put over him. \"Let me see if there\'s anything in this van that can help you.\" Draco searched the van, and came up with some blankets in the back. \"You\'re in luck, love.\" He used one blanket to give Harry\'s head some support, and put the other one over top of him.

\"This isn\'t going to be enough,\" Harry said still shivering.

\"You\'re right,\" Draco said, \"I\'ll have to use my body heat.\" Draco began to undress himself, stripping right to his barechest.

The door opened, and Remus and Moody were there with several Aurors.

\"Harry, are you all right?\" Remus asked.
