the Apology: Part 1
Chapter 8: the Apology
When Lucius awoke, he knew that yestnight had gone wrong, that he had made mistakes, that he had hurt people he cared about. Draco was upset that he was in Harry\'s arms, and Harry was upset that he left to chase after a friend. He knew that he would have to make it up to them. Halloween was coming soon, and Dumbledore had announced a ball for the sixth and seventh years only. It would be the perfect oppurtunity to show his true colours. As he lay in bed, he began his planning.
Seeing as it was to be a masquerade ball, he would need a costume. Since he was going to attempt to entice both Harry and Draco to forgive him for the things he had done, he would need to please them both in his appearance. An idea came into his mind, something scandlous and absolutely perfect. It was sure to make his point.
The next problem would be getting their pardon. He began to compose an apology in his head, begging forgiveness and a chance to explain himself. He kept these thoughts running in the back of his mind. The really difficult part would be getting the two into the same room so he could accomplish it all. It was at this moment that the epifany came, his sudden insight in not only how to be forgiven, but how to mend the rift between the two boys. If anything, he could atleast try to end their hatred for each other, even if it meant uniting them in hatred of him.

Hallowen night...
Lucius was nervous. Niether Harry nor Draco had talked to him, barely giving him any notice since the day Draco had
found the other two boys snogging. All his planning would go down the crapper if the two didn\'t do what he hoped. He had wrtten them both letters, nearly identical, begging for them to come to a specific room, to allow him to explain and apologize to them.
\"To my dear Love [ insert correct name here],
Please, I am begging you, let me explain my actions on that night. You know which one
I\'m talking about. I have made many mistakes, and I would like to explain why I made them.
Please, if you would allow me to acount for myself, I would be eternaly grateful.
If you would have this be, meet me in the upper room of the 8th tower. No one is usually
there. I will have the room on a comfortable state, so that you will not be subject to discomfort. I would
avoid that whenever possible. Midnight, Halloween.
Mise easbhuidh agaibh. Mise geall agaibh. Mise cha \'n urrainn mair eugmhais agaibh.
With a regret-ladden heart,
Lucius O\'Connor\"
He was sitting in the tower room, without any light, waiting for his loves to arrive. He had realized that he did love them, both of them. He would die for them, kill for them, do anything to make them smile, protect them from all the world, let nothing make them cry. They were hurting, and he had done it, he had caused it. That was unacceptable, and needed to be fixed. Lucius could not sit and watch them hurt, not when he could do something. The doors into the room opened, in chorus, the boys walked into the pitch black room, waiting to here why Lucius had done this to them, unknowing of the precense to the other.
\"Don\'t say anything, just let me talk. I have alot of explaining to do, I know.\"
Mise easbhuidh agaibh: \'I need you\'
Mise geall agaibh: \'I love you\'
Mise cha \'n urrainn mair eugmhais agaibh: \'I cannot live without you\'
Hehehehe.... I\'m evil...I bet you want to know what\'s happening next don\'t you? Well... we will just have to wait and see, now won\'t we? Same deal as last time, I\'ll only continue if I know someone wants me to *hint*review*hint*.
