...Shall Visit the Child

I had to get it....just....right. And I think I got what I was aiming for. Unfortunately (or fortunately for you guys,) this is NOT going to be the last chapter. I should just make this damn thing into a written soap opera....NOT!!!

As soon as the three figures appeared in the run-down building, Daisy felt Serena yanked bodily from her grasp. She made a blind grab for her only to be reigned back in by her long black hair. Danny had a handful of the silky black tresses, and pulled her face close to his. He grinned, showing off his long fangs, and then swiped his tongue across her lips. She reacted violently, and her fist connected with the side of his face.

He backhanded her, his hand letting go of her hair so that she hit the floor and slid a bit.

“Aunt Daisy!”

Daisy rubbed the side of her face and looked over to see a wiry young werewolf holding Serena as the little girl kicked and squirmed. She was wearing a lightweight summer dress and little white strappy sandals, which were currently drumming against the werewolf’s abdomen. He was wincing slightly, but he kept his stoic hold on the five year old.

“You sick bastards! Let her go! Let her go…” Daisy was crying now, the gravity of the situation starting to sink in. Danny Razorclaw and his cronies were werewolves. She knew tonight was a full moon. Danny looked at Daisy, and then at Serena, and then back at Daisy before he barked out a laugh.

“You’d best be worried about yourself, little bitch. The girl is merely a yummy distraction.” He said. About that time there was a dull thud and the werewolf holding Serena yelped. The back of her head had made solid contact with his nose. He was holding her one-armed now, as his other hand was clutching at his nose. Danny scowled. “What a naughty little wench.” He commented roughly.

The corners of his mouth suddenly twisted upward before his face split into a terrible grin.

“Do you know what happens to naughty little girls?” he asked. Serena tried to make a fierce face like her mother’s – the one where mama narrowed her eyes and frowned…scary!

“You’re a butt-trumpet!” she said acidly. Danny regarded her coolly, an amused expression on his face. He took a step towards her, and Daisy scrambled to her feet. She grabbed at Danny’s arm, only for him to turn and shove her hard. She tripped on the uneven floor and landed hard on her bottom. She looked up in time to see Danny deliver a blistering slap to Serena’s face. The little girl was shocked for several moments, but as the stark white handprint started to turn red, Serena screamed and burst into tears. She pressed her hands to her face and sobbed.

But Danny wasn’t finished with her yet. He drew his wand and with a judicious flick conjured a plain wooden chair. Daisy knew what was coming and tried once more to intervene. This time she went for the werewolf holding Serena. But Danny intervened with another flick of his wand, leaving her bound in thick ropes that grated against the exposed flesh of her arms and legs.

Danny roughly grabbed Serena, sitting down on the chair and almost throwing her over his lap. She struggled weakly for a moment until he tossed up the back of her dress. Her struggles intensified as he Vanished her knickers with the little dancing frogs. Then he tucked his wand away and watched the tasty sight before him for a few moments.

Razorclaw was a bit more partial to boys, but ever so often a delicious little girl could not be passed up. This was one such time. He admired the soft curve of her buttocks, which quivered as she shook with fear. She jerked when he placed his hand on her bottom, and kicked out when his fingers brushed low on her inner thighs. The first strike against her bottom took her breath away, and when she finally gasped in a deep enough breath she let it out in a half scream-half sob that made Daisy struggle against her rope prison.

Danny felt a bit lightheaded when all of his blood began to rush south at the sight of a perfect handprint on the lovely pale flesh of Serena’s bottom. He stroked the angry handprint for a few seconds, before another blow erupted like fire on the back of Serena’s thigh. She screamed again, and began flailing uselessly on his lap, unaware of the delightful stimulation she was causing him.

“You’re so precious, child. I could just eat you up!”

~~

Phelan was practically foaming at the mouth to help. But his commanding office would not budge on the matter.

“I know you keep your mind, Greyback, but what of the others? We’ll just have to wait until morning to search for them."
Phelan’s last bit of reserve snapped.

“No!” he snarled. “I know Danny Razorclaw. He’s vicious and sadistic and he’s probably gnawing on them right now, no need to bring up what he’ll do when he changes. If we don’t find them before sundown we’ll either be dealing with new wolflings, or picking up the pieces!”

“I will not put an entire squadron of Aurors in danger for two people.” The other Auror argued.

“Isn’t that what we do?” Two faces turned to Tom, who was idly stroking under Bazzie’s head. “We help those who cannot fight for themselves. We protect the downtrodden and make sure justice is served. At least…that’s what was in the booklet. Of course, bureaucracy and politics may have changed our Missions Statement. After all, where’s the glory in descending on a pack of werewolves to rescue a young expecting mother and a five-year-old halfblood?” Tom said. Bazzie bumped her wedge-shaped nose against Tom’s cheek, and then turned her milky gaze on the commanding Auror.

“Don’t play Slytherin politics with me, boy.” The Auror growled. Tom merely smiled, his pale blue eyes fairly twinkling.

“I wouldn’t dream of it.”

~~

Remus Lupin blinked in alarm at the face in his fireplace.

“Razorclaw has them?” he asked breathlessly.

“Yes. I’m not allowed to bring a squadron of Aurors down on him, but I was given permission to take a team of my own making. I want you to come, Lupin. I’ll also be inviting Black because he can change into that big black dog. Fawkes may want to come as well. Lucius is in, of course, being his daughters, and I’ll be there as well. Auror Rowan will be coming.” Phelan said, thinking fondly of his snake-whispering friend. He would find a way to make it worthwhile for all of these people.

Remus took a deep breath, thinking hard on this decision. It would be dangerous to take on Razorclaw and his ilk. He was as ferocious as Fenrir with even less scruples.

“Do it, dad!”

Remus turned to see Teddy standing at the doorway, his hair a fierce blue. Remus raised a white eyebrow.

“You’re strong, dad! You tell me all the time you want to make a difference! Well, here’s your chance! Daisy’s really popular in Diagon Alley because of the flower shop. Serena’s really nice, and nobody deserves to be hurt like that! You gotta help!” Teddy argued. Remus gave his son a small smile.

“I’m glad you feel so strongly about it, son. Of course I’m going to help them.” Remus said, turning back to Phelan.
Phelan gave a grim smile.

“Be at the Manor at three. We need to come up with a plan and find where Razorclaw is hiding them.”

~~

Daisy stroked Serena’s hair as they laid on the floor in the dark, dusty room. Serena was careful not to move too much so that she wouldn’t shift her bruised, swollen bottom. The mean man had hit her so hard for so long that everything had gone dark for a little bit. When she woke up she was in this room with Aunt Daisy.

And Aunt Daisy looked terrible! One of her eyes was swollen shut and her bottom lip was puffy and had a split right in the middle. She had dried brown blood around both of her nostrils and smeared across her upper lip.

But she was singing a soft song to Serena, and trying to keep her calm. She’d just finished with a song about being under the sea, and now she was singing a song she’d learned from a Lady named Pocahontas.

“What I like most about rivers is you can’t step in the same river twice. The water’s always changing, always flowing. But people I guess can’t live like that: we all must pay a price. To be safe we lose our chance of ever knowing….” Daisy sang softly.

Serena closed her eyes wearily and wondered what she and Aunt Daisy had done so wrong that they were being punished like this?

~~

Phelan didn’t even bother to knock. He walked right up to the door of the shabby flat building and kicked it in. Several wands were trained on him for a moment before they were hastily diverted and surprised murmuring met him.

“Greyback? What are you doing here?” a soft voice asked, and a ragged young man stepped forward.

“Where’s Razorclaw?” Phelan asked, his voice sharp and angry. The young man flinched.

“He’s not here. He goes off by himself before the full moon sometimes. We…we don’t know where.” The werewolf answered. Phelan’s yellow eyes flashed, and he looked around at the handful of people in the room. They were of varying ages and in varying levels of shabbiness.

“So you’re telling me no one knows where Danny Razorclaw is? Because if I find out one of you is lying, I will make you wish my father had finished you off.” He snarled. A few of the weaker subs whimpered and lowered their heads. Phelan waited for several moments before he snarled again and let his claws come out.

A young boy wrested himself from the grasp of a female werewolf, and rushed towards Phelan.

“I know where he goes, Alpha Greyback!” he slurred, his words marred by the two missing front teeth.

“Sammy!” the female werewolf scolded fearfully. Phelan snarled at her, and she closed in on herself. Then he knelt in front of the little boy, catching his eyes.

“Where does he go?” he asked in a much softer voice.

“He goes to an old building in London. It’s made so Muggles can’t see it. Sometimes he takes people there, and they don’t come back. Sometimes he takes people there and hurts them.” Sammy replied, breaking his gaze with Phelan and wrapping his arms around himself.

“I want you to do something for me, Sammy.” Phelan said. He reached out a hand and tilted the boy’s chin up. “I want you to picture the building he took you to in your mind. Try to think about any details you can remember about it.” He said. Sammy’s brows scrunched a bit in concentration, and he felt a sensation like someone gently poking at his forehead. Then the poking sensation stopped, and he looked up into the yellow eyes of the Alpha. “You did a great job, pup.” Phelan told him, and ruffled the lad’s shaggy brown hair. Sammy allowed himself a small laugh.

Phelan stood, and then glared at the other werewolves in the room. They flinched and looked away.

“I’m quite disappointed. But I’ll deal with this later.” He said, and turned in a flurry of his green Auror robes. He reached the door in a few wide steps.

“Alpha Greyback!”

He turned to see Sammy rush towards him, his eyes sparkling with tears. Sammy crashed into him, hugging the older werewolf for all he was worth.

“What is it, pup?” Phelan asked, a bit unnerved. Sammy looked up from where he’d buried his face in Phelan’s stomach.

“You’ll come back, won’t you? You won’t let him hurt you? You’re big and strong and he can’t hurt you!” Sammy cried. He felt the gentle forehead-poke sensation and saw a cloudy expression cross the silver-haired werewolf’s face as he caught sight of Sammy on his knees with his bottom in the air and Razorclaw behind him in an unforgivable act. Phelan knelt again, and reached forward to take the lad’s face in his hands.

“It would take a lot more than the likes of Danny Razorclaw to harm me. He won’t hurt anyone again, pup.” Phelan said, and wiped Sammy’s tears away with his thumbs. Sammy leaned forward and hugged Phelan, who patted him gently on the back.

“Good luck anyway, sir.”

When Phelan had stood again, he gave the boy a fond smile.

“I’ll be back, Sammy, and when I return I’ll see about doing something with the absolute cowards you’re living with.” He said, and left the building.

Daisy winced as she limped back to the corner. Her body was shivering with suppressed sobs and she ached all over. Serena was curled up on Daisy’s outer robe and was sleeping fitfully. Daisy shuffled painfully to the corner and sank to her knees, curling in on herself so she could bury her face in her hands and sob.

Danny Razorclaw had violated her in a most unnatural way. She and Phelan had a spicy and varied sex life, but this…she didn’t…she didn’t even know that it was physically possible for two people to do what Razorclaw had done to her. And it hurt. And the whole time he had moaned and carried on as if it were the most pleasurable thing in the world. Once he’d made sure the backside of her was coated in a sickening mixture of blood and cum he’d let her get dressed and threw her back in the room that she and Serena had been held captive in.

She was tired, and sore, and she wanted Phelan to hold her and make it better. She wanted the smell and feel of Razorclaw off of her, and she just wanted to go home. Her eyes drifted shut even as tears squeezed between her shut lids, and she floated uneasily into sleep-

-only to be awoken an hour later by the mournful howl of a transformed werewolf.

~~

Minutes earlier

Phelan smacked Remus across the nose with a broad grey paw as he started looking at Lucius as a large chew toy. Remus yelped and covered his long lupine face with a white paw. He whimpered sadly and barked out an apology.

They had discovered nearly a year ago that Remus could be influenced by the calm presence of an Alpha wolf. It was a timely discovery, too, as it had been because Teddy had snuck along with them as they ran through Remus’ back yard.

Fawkes gave a trill as he sat on the back of a bear-like dog, looking fierce with its unnatural iridescent eyes.

Lucius was dressed to kill-literally. He was in leather armor from neck to toe, and his hair was pulled back tightly in a ponytail. He had his wand drawn and a dagger at his side, and another in his boot. Tom Rowan was dressed in Auror battle gear, which was similar to Lucius’ outfit save for the loose green outer robes that identified him as an Auror. He also had a basilisk draped around his shoulders, and a long blade of silver at his side in case he was dis-wanded.

“Are we ready?” Lucius asked.

Phelan, Remus, and Sirius all barked an affirmative. Fawkes gave a feathery salute to Lucius, and Tom nodded solemnly. From the shadow of a nearby tree Severus Snape glided into the light of the full moon. He was dressed as the other two humans on the mission, with the addition of strong dragon-bone re-inforcements along his legs, arms, and chest. He had a pistol at his side, a hunting knife strapped to each forearm, and one set to come out of the tip of his boot for a nasty surprise if he had to kick a werewolf.

He had been a last-minute addition to the team, but had agreed fiercely to come nonetheless. Serena and Cassiopeia were like little nieces to him, and he would hope that if Cole had been taken that Lucius would be on the rescue team.

“Let’s go.” Lucius said, moving noiselessly over the metal fence that protected the building. It was an old storehouse, with a few abandoned offices placed off to the side. A spell had revealed four figures in one office, and two in one that connected with it.

As soon as Tom, bringing up the rear, jumped the fence, the door to one of the offices burst open and four fully transformed werewolves piled out. Phelan, Remus, and Sirius were at the front of the group, all snarling viciously. Fawkes was still sitting on Sirius, but he was clicking his beak angrily and had his scarlet feathers puffed out menacingly.

Danny was clearly the largest werewolf. He was broad chested and muscular, his large paws and wide muzzle making him appear more bear than wolf. The werewolf next to him was leggy and lean, and another was small, but had plenty of sharp teeth and broad paws to make up for it. The last werewolf had large ears and had one blue eye and one brown. He also had long claws, which would be dangerous if he swiped out with them.

The lean werewolf shot forward, quickly engaging Remus and going for the throat. The white werewolf tossed him off, and began to fight back. The wild-eyed werewolf went for Sirius and Fawkes, lunging immediately for the crimson bird. Fawkes denied him a kill by buffing him back with a mighty flap of his wings, hitting him like a large furry baseball. Then Sirius and Fawkes attacked together. The small werewolf went for Phelan, proving that size was no indicator of strength. The wolf was like brown lightning, and quickly found itself on Phelan’s back biting at his neck.

Danny watched the three humans with hateful brown eyes. They watched him warily, wondering when he would attack. Tom shifted his wand slightly, and suddenly Danny shot towards them. Severus fired off a curse, but the large brown werewolf dodged effortlessly and kept advancing. He went right between Lucius and Severus, who nearly hexed each other trying to get a sight on the beast. He stopped in front of the door to one of the offices, quickly sidestepping a sickly yellow curse. Then he turned, gave what could only be described as a grin, threw his head back and howled.

~~
Serena awoke with a start, scrambling to her feet and looking around. They could see flashes of light and shadows under the door. She looked in the corner, and saw Daisy on her hands and knees, watching the door fearfully.

“Aunt Daisy?” Serena whispered. Daisy went up on her knees, wincing and nearly crying out. There wasn’t anything obvious that she could use as a weapon in the room, but that didn’t stop her from trying. She rushed to an abandoned desk, bolted to the floor. She threw open all of the drawers, and on the last drawer found a large half-sphere glass paper weight. She picked it up, gauged the weigh, and then turned to the little girl that was basically a sister to her.

She waved Serena to her, and the five-year-old darted to her as quickly as she could. As soon as Daisy’s arms closed around her, the door was knocked off of its hinges, and the large brown wolf darted into the room, rounding at the threshold and hunkering down for a pounce off to the side of the door.

~~

Lucius would have gone in after him if Tom and Severus hadn’t each grabbed an arm.

“You can’t go off after a transformed wolf! He’s got too much mind…he’s planning something, and he’s probably waiting just inside the door to eat you.” Severus hissed.

“That’s the room that had two people in it! That has to be Daisy and Serena!” Lucius said desperately.

“Daddy?”

Lucius tried to jerk out of the double grip they had on him, but neither would let him go. There was quite suddenly a pained yelp, and two figures ran from the office building. Tom almost hexed them before he realized it was Daisy and Serena. The two ran right into Lucius’ arms, and he immediately pulled himself away from Tom and Severus to head towards the fence, since he couldn’t Apparate until he crossed the barrier. The stifling wards prevented it.

An angry werewolf suddenly burst from the doorway, a large bleeding lump on its head. Severus threw a killing curse at Danny, who dodged and weaved, ignoring the two to go straight for Lucius’ retreating back.

Tom and Severus ran as well, trying to aim Stunners at the werewolf, since their wands were now pointed in the same direction Lucius was running.

~~

“Keep running! I’ll divert him!” Lucius yelled at the two girls. Daisy understood, and as soon as he let go and stopped, she kept running. But she wasn’t expecting Serena to fight against her.

“No! Daddy!” Serena cried. Daisy whirled and picked the girl up before running for the fence again.

Lucius fired a curse at the advancing werewolf, but the large beast leapt over it with a grace that defied its incredible size. Lucius tried to curse him again, but the wolf twisted agilely and finally lunged at him. Lucius braced himself for impact, but the jarring tackle never came. A crimson streak intercepted the animal mid-air, bowling the werewolf over and causing them both to flip several times. A flash of teeth and an agonized squawk saw the wolf recover first. Fawkes was left with a visibly broken wing as he cried pitifully.

Danny ran for the girls again, who were almost at the fence.

“No! NO!” Lucius cried, firing off Stunners like an automatic weapon. The werewolf was dodging and weaving as he ran, ever so often leaping to avoid the spells, as if he had eyes in the back of his head.

~~

The two made it to the fence, one of the chain-link variety, and Daisy immediately began trying to climb and hold Serena at the same time. It was proving difficult and time-consuming. But she eventually made it to the top, and swung her leg over the bar-

-Only to scream as a set of claws dug into her leg. She heard Serena scream and saw the Danny had a set of claws in each of them, tugging viciously. He was tall enough to stand on his back legs and reach for them. Daisy kicked out, catching him in the left side of his face with her shoe and making his left claw, the one conveniently attached to her leg, loosen enough for her momentum to throw her off the side of the fence, landing several feet below with a crash that left her motionless.

Serena, still caught by those lethal claws, was jerked back down, screaming the whole way. She kicked out with her white leather sandals, and caught the werewolf directly in the nose.

He roared and lunged, sinking his teeth into the soft flesh of her thigh.
