Disclaimer:
I do not own Harry Potter, nor any of the characters from the books or movies. I do not make any money from the writing of this story.
New places
I own not the Harry Potter universe and Absinthe can not be owned by anyone for she is a living soul I only helped to give birth too.

Chapter six- New places
Absinthe woke up a small puddle of tears lay on the seat she was completely alone in her life and on the train. She had no idea where she was and even less of
what was going on. She got up and stretched her very sore legs and rubbed her eyes, She hadn't ran that much since, well since ever. The trained stopped and she
got off, looked around and didn't see anyone.
'Good, it's safe.'
Absinthe's head was a jumble of thought's and questions, worries and concerns. She couldn't even focus on a single thought at a time. The fact of the platform
being safe or not was never even really a question in her head. She moved up the stairs toward the bright light of morning, her head even more jumbled with
questions of time and day. She assumed that her pursuers has given up and were back in there own little world using their magic to kill more innocent people. The
thought of justice jumped into her head, at that same moment someone grabbed her arm. She turned to face one of her mothers assailants and immediately started
screaming rape. Luckily she was on a busy street of London and all the people turned to look at them. She screamed and struggled until her aggressor let her go
and began cowering away from the angry mob of people. She took off running, her legs burning with lactic acid. She wanted to scream some more but knew she'd
give away her location. She was blindly running turning here and there having no idea where she was going. She realized she needed a plan. In order to come up
with one she had to find a hiding place. She started trying doors but nothing seemed to be open. She finally came to a place called Lea Leaky Cauldron. The door
opened and she stepped inside.
'I hope this isn't a private club.'
She looked around but no one had noticed her come in. They were all to engrossed in some boy and his very large friend. She looked for a door to an alleyway.
She saw one toward the back of the bar. She turned to go and ran into a man in a turban. He was so focused on the boy that he didn't even know she ran into him.
'Man he stinks, someone needs to throw him a bathtub, wait don't witches melt when they get wet.'
She laughed to herself then felt guilty for even thinking of a joke at a time like this. She went around the smelly turban guy and made her way to the door. Just
before she got there the big guy excused himself and he and the boy and started walking toward the door. She quickly sat down at a table and hunkered down she
didn't want anyone to notice her.
As they went out the door and closed it behind them the main door opened. The man that had been chasing her stood in the doorway and motioned for the smelly
turban guy. She could see them talking and looking around. She got up slowly and turned to the back door. As luck would have it the bar keep shouted "a toast to
Harry Potter" as she got to the back door drawing any attention that might have been on her away. When she walked through she saw an archway in front of her
and the boy and the big guy walking through it. She quietly slipped through the archway and off to their side. They showed no signs that they had noticed her.
'Good now to find somewhere quiet to think.'
She turned to look at the ally where she had just come from and it was gone. She freaked, looking everywhere she began to notice certain things, the clothing, the
hats, the shops.
'Great, now I'm not just lost in London, I'm lost in the magic part of London.'
She began looking around, there were stores everywhere selling the most bizarre items. There was even one selling owls. She vaguely remembered something
about owls that her mom had told her. The thought of her mom made her want to sit down and cry again.
'No I have to be strong. I can handle this.'
She began looking for anything that might could help her. However her eyes and brain landed on what she thought was a shoe store. She let herself be led by those
inner demons that always wanted shoes. She'd feel guilty later but for now she desperately needed a distraction.
