Prompt 7: Open Your Eyes. HP/X-Men
Open Your Eyes
Categories: Harry Potter, X-Men
Characters: Harry Potter, Scott Summers (Cyclops)
Pairing: Scott/Harry
Disclaimer: I do not own Harry Potter, X-Men, or any of the characters associated with the books/movies or comics/cartoons/movies and I never have and never will make any money from the writing of this story.
No one requested this pairing. It was actually an idea I had for a story a few years ago and thought it fit this prompt perfectly...especially since I used the prompt name in the story.

Standing in front of Scott, Harry placed his hands on the side of his head and whispered, “Trust me on this.”
Closing his eyes, Harry gently pushed some of his magic forwards into Scott's eyes trying to block of the harmful rays.
After a few minutes, Harry opened his eyes, pulled his hands away, and gently removed Scott's sunglasses.
“Trust me and open your eyes.” Harry whispered.
“I do trust you. I just don't want to hurt you if the charms of yours don't hold for long.” Scott said.
Reaching out, Scott placed his hands on Harry's shoulders in case he had to push him away then slowly started to open his eyes.
“This is amazing. I can see you in actual color. I mean, there's a slight red haze, but I can see your green eyes and black hair for myself.” Scott said grinning, running his eyes over everything and anything in his line of sight.
“And how do your eyes feel? Can you feel your blasts building up or breaking down the charms?” Harry asked curiously.
“I can feel the barriers slowly breaking down, but you didn't put that much power behind them. I think if you did I could go hours before I needed my visor or sunglasses on.” Scott said.
Leaning up, Harry pressed a soft, quick kiss against Scott's lips then said, “Then we'll have to make a day out of it. I'll put the charms on your eyes and we'll go out so you can see whatever you want to.”
Pulling Harry into his arms, Scott swung him around in a circle and said, “This is amazing. Thank you.”
“You don't need to thank me. I did this for you, because I love you and wanted to make you happy.”
“You already make me happy. Now how about we go and celebrate while the others are out of the school?”
Grinning, Harry said, “Last one up to the room bottoms tonight.”
Laughing, Scott took off at a run, ignoring the fact that Harry was walking since he was always the bottom and loved it.
