Chapter 6 – Magical Express

“I should also tell you, that Dumbledore is going to inform all the teachers about your...needs, and you'll be able to be excused from class whenever you need it,” said Minerva gently.

Harry blushed heavily, but nodded in thanks. Life was good...

/ / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / /

For the next week Harry and Remus spent the time as wise as possible, both of them learning and coming to understand everything that had happened lately. They had experienced and discovered many things; Remus shifted when he got too angry, Harry's magic was so powerful things seemed to come to life around him, the castle saw Harry as it's Master and allowed him entrance to any room he approached, Harry was able to shift into the form of a Wolf Cub thanks to his beast master abilities, and much much more.

Remus had begun to teach Harry what he could about being a wolf, and together they explored and learned their new forms. Remus enjoying being a werewolf for the first time in many years, joyed by his new form and his wonderful mate. Harry had also become skilled at shifting, and was able to shift into his wolf form at any time, though shifting back was a little more difficult.

Speaking of his mate, Remus had learned just how wonderful it was having a mate. The experience of constantly being able to feel what Harry felt, and constantly hearing what he thought, was more wonderful than anything else. They had learned together that they could influence each other, sending positive emotions through the bond, or taking negative emotions away. Dumbledore and Flitwick also thought that their mental communication would be controlled, and they would eventually be able to block thoughts and send their thoughts purposefully.

Flitwick was one of the new Professors Harry had met, and of the Professors he knew, Flitwick was his favorite. Flitwick was a short professor, who Harry's senses told him was Half-Goblin and had very refined magic. Harry learned Flitwick was the charms professor, and the Head of Ravenclaw house. Harry thought that was perfect, Flitwick gave off the same happy vibe that Rowena's memories gave.

Flitwick had also confided in Harry about the fact he knew about his diapers, and told him it didn't bother him at all. He made Harry promise to tell him anytime he needed help, or had to get out of the classroom quickly. Harry had been greatly, and promised the Professor he would make sure not to be too much of a bother.

The next Professor he had met had been Sprout, a kindly plump lady who taught Herbology. She was the Head of Hufflepuff house, and was very friendly and kind. She gave off the presence of someone who cared greatly for others, and she reminded Harry greatly of Helga. She had also told Harry she knew, and told him anytime he needed some help she would help him. Harry had blushed brightly, and thanked her multiple times.

In fact, Sprout's personality was in direct contrast with Minerva's. Minerva gave off a strict, uncaring personality and was very stern when she spoke. She reminded Harry of Salazar, and even gave off the same vibe as him. But that didn't make Harry like her any less, she was his next favorite teacher and also his current Guardian.

Because Remus had been regressed, he was no longer allowed to be Harry's Guardian, and even needed to have a Guardian himself. Minerva had volunteered, and Harry had thought it was a wonderful idea. She had applied and been granted immediate Guardianship, but allowed them to continue to do whatever they wanted. It was really just for paper's sake, as Remus was still every bit Harry's guardian, just a little younger.

Over the week Harry had met one last person, and that moment would be burned into his mind for a while...

Flashback

Harry was wondering around the castle by himself, making sure not to wander to far from where he sensed Remus. It also helped that the castle made sure he didn't go anywhere dangerous, and even moved things to make getting around easier. He enjoyed wandering around the castle, time seemed to fly when he did, and he discovered many interesting things.

This time though, and hour had passed and he hadn't found anything, not to mention he was soaked and needed a change bad. Figuring this was the time to head back to Remus, he turned and started heading back in the direction he had come. Just as he reached the staircase though, he felt the castle nudge on his mind and a blast of concern entered.

Something had happened, someone had been injured and only the castle knew. Focusing Harry opened his mind to the castle, and images and feelings flew into him as Hogwarts told him what he would need to know. In the dungeon's an older man with oily black hair had been injured, a potion had exploded knocking him unconscious and sealing the room.

'REMUS!' screamed Harry mentally.

'Harry! What's wrong?' questioned Remus his voice filled with concern.

'Someone's hurt in the dungeon's, I'm going to go help,' sent Harry before he took off at a run.

Remus sent a mental nudge, and than turned to Dumbledore and Minerva who were both with him. He filled them in, and together the three of them took off towards the dungeons. Harry, Remus, Dumbledore and Minerva all met at the same spot, a large black wall that had appeared when the potions lab went into lock-down.

Dumbledore stepped forward and touched the door, it glowed brightly and Dumbledore gasped as he was flung backwards. Harry frowned and tapped into his knowledge, where he found that any toxic potions spill was contained, and no one, not even the Headmaster could get in until it was safe. Harry frowned, whoever was inside would be dead by than.

Stepping forward Harry ignored Dumbledore and Minerva as they tried to stop him, his eyes pulsing with power as he put his hand on the door. It glowed brightly and tried to throw him back, only for Harry to push his hand slightly. The glowing barrier on the door shattered, as Harry sent a tiny pulse of his power into it. With the barrier gone, Harry tapped the door again, and it glowed slightly before seemingly disintegrating.

Harry immediately stepped forward, and before anyone could follow him a shimmering golden shield formed behind him. Remus gasped and moved to head forward, only to stop as Harry's emotions reached him. Harry knew exactly what he was doing, and he would be safe in the room, the rest of them wouldn't be.

Harry's power pulsed in a faint aura around him as he walked into the room, the thick poison mist not bothering him in the slightest. Walking into the center of the room, he tapped into Rowena's deep knowledge of powerful charms and searched through them. Finally he found one that would work, and pulling his wand out he raised it into the air above him.

“TEMPORIA OXIDUS MAXIMUM!” intoned Harry in a deep voice filled with magic.

A pulse of electric blue magic flew from Harry's wand, descending down his body and literally vaporizing every poison or tainted air-molecule it came into contact with. After a few seconds the glow faded away, and Harry lowered his wand as his aura pulled back into him. As the barrier in the doorway vanished, he collapsed to one knee, his body not used to performing such powerful magic.

The man on the floor coughed, and looked at Harry. Who smiled slightly at the strange man, before he found himself falling onto his diapered butt as the man's face twisted into a snarl of rage. The man seemingly recovering instantly flowed to his feet, his robes billowing in an invisible wind as he glared harshly down at Harry, who instantly found himself reminded of the powerful yet dangerous Godric Gryffindor.

“Potter!” spat the man, “Just like your foolish father, always showing off to increase his astounding ego!”

Harry's eyes narrowed and he felt his magic blistering inside him ready to strike out, his eyes began to glow as he climbed back to his feet. The man seeing an aura begin to form around Harry, took a step back in shock. Harry looked up at the man, his eyes pulsing with power as he struggled not to lash out. But one look at the hateful glare on the man's face, and he lost all control.

Before his magic could be released though, he felt a calming presence fill him and the comfortable weight of Remus and Minerva's hands on his shoulders. Breathing in deeply, he turned and started to walk out of the room.

“The Werewolf,” spat the man as he glared at Remus, “Potter probably did this to you as well, no doubt to make his ego just as big as his fathers, why else would he even be around a beast like you.”

Remus felt the same doubts as before fill him, maybe that was why Harry wanted him. This train of thought was instantly stricken though, as Harry's love flooded through their bond. This was followed by a feeling of incredible anger though, and Remus found himself unable to move as Harry stepped past him.

The man opened his mouth to say something, only to find the breath leave his lungs as he was thrown into the wall of his own potions lab. Pinned to the wall he felt waves of power crashing into him, and it took him a moment to realize this was just Potter's uncontrolled magic. Suddenly he felt something forcing his head, and he found himself forced to stare into Harry's eyes.

Instantly he felt his powerful Occlumency shield shatter, as a powerful mental wave entered his mind and in the span of seconds looked through his memories. Everything he was, everything he knew, his likes, hates, friends, feelings, all of it instantly looked over before it all stopped. Snape dropped to the ground with a thump, and looked up to see Harry's bright emerald green eyes.

“Your heart is filled with hate, anger has blinded you to the truth,” whispered Harry his voice echoing, “Yet despite the evil you have done, you are a good soul at heart, and one day, I would be honored to call you my friend.”

With those words Harry spun around, and walked out of the room with Remus rushing after him. Behind them Snape stared at them, the cold look in his eyes fading slightly as he focused on what Pot...Harry had said to him.

Maybe it was time for a change...

End Flashback

The next day Harry had been properly introduced to Severus Snape, the Potions Master of Hogwarts and Head of Slytherin. They talked quietly for a short while, but Snape quickly found himself enjoying his time with Harry. They talked and talked, bouncing ideas off each other about potions, Harry even giving Snape information he gained from Salazar's knowledge.

Snape still had some problems with Remus, but he tried to be nicer to him for Harry. Slowly a friendship formed, and in the span of three days, the cruel bat of the dungeons was gone. In his place was Severus Snape, Potions Master, Powerful Wizard who had battled the darkness inside himself and won.

Harry was proud to call him friend...

On September 1st, Harry awoke early at five o'clock in the morning. He had been too excited and nervous to sleep for long, even with Remus curled against him. This was how they had slept every night since mating, though they had yet to have sex again since than. Not for lack of wanting though, they had just been too tired or got interrupted by something, or someone.

Harry loved their new room at Hogwarts, it was the best room he had ever had. Even better than his room at Remus's house, but that could be because here he had Hogwarts presence constantly surrounding him to keep him safe. The room was the size of a small condo, it had four main rooms all connected to each other.

The main room was like the common rooms of the other houses, a large plush couch and two thick comfy chairs. Some bookshelves with books, a large desk for doing homework on, and a beautiful fireplace that was connected to the inter-floo. It connected to Dumbledore's office, Minerva's private rooms, and the Hospital Wing.

The next room was the bedroom, which had a large dresser, nightstand and a massive bed with the thickest mattress Harry had ever had. There was also a changing table in the room, along with all the supplies he would need to change anytime he needed it. There was also a bathroom connected to the room, with a shower and a toilet that only Remus would be using.

The next room was a massive training room, enchanted by all the teachers so Harry could practice his magic without danger. Not to mention statues enchanted to fight him when he wanted, so he could train his physical skills as well as his magical skills. The final room was locked though, and Hogwarts wouldn't tell him how to open it, and Dumbledore couldn't seem to open it either.

Yawning Harry rolled out of bed, saddened by the loss of Remus's warmth he forced himself to head to the bathroom. Stripping off his pajama pants, he untapped his soggy diaper and tossed it into the diaper pail. Than he climbed into the shower, which thanks to the House Elves immediately turned onto his favorite temperature.

Harry loved the House Elves, they were really kind and funny and Harry enjoyed talking and hanging out with them. They had been reluctant to allow him at first, but he had managed to convince them to allow him to spend time with them, talking, sharing cooking tips and just hanging out. Harry had even taught them how to make his favorite dish, homemade perogies.

Letting the warm water wash over him, Harry thought about what he would be doing today. He and Remus would be going to Platform Nine & Three Quarters, where he would be taking the Hogwarts Express like every other student. He wasn't sure what he thought about that, still unsure of being around so many people.

Harry stepped out of the shower, and it immediately turned off. Harry headed out of the bathroom, and straight into the arms of Remus who hugged him tightly. Harry snuggled into Remus's hug, and breathed in the scent of his mate. Smiling he kissed Remus gently on the cheek, and was than pulled into a full kiss. Harry blushed brightly as Remus's tongue slipped into his mouth, moaning slightly as he felt himself get hard.

Than Remus broke the kiss, and headed into the bathroom leaving Harry in the bedroom with a straining hardon. Harry was blushing brightly, but still managed to glare at the door Remus had just entered. Sighing he headed over to the changing table, hoping onto it and laying onto his back. A pulse of magic into the table later, and it immediately began to powder, oil and diaper him like an expert.

This was Harry's favorite feature, he hated trying to change his diapers and was horrible at it. He really liked it when Remus changed him, and didn't mind it the couple times Sprout and Minerva had done it either. Harry heard a loud crinkle, and looked down to see the diaper tape itself snugly around him. Pushing himself off the table, he headed over to the dresser to get ready for the day.

Harry wore practically the same thing every day, a pair of baggy dark blur jeans, black street shoes, a dark leather belt, and a shirt of some bright color. Today he went with white, thinking it was a nice neutral color and wouldn't cause any problems. Closing the dresser Harry turned around and spotted Remus coming out of the bathroom, smirking Harry stepped towards him and kissed him as hard as he could.

When he felt Remus begin to harden, he pulled away and walked over to the door. Waving behind him at a flustered Remus, he called out, “See you in the Great Hall.” Chuckling he closed the door behind him, just in time to hear Remus's whining moan.

Harry made his way through the halls with practiced ease, the knowledge form the founders and Hogwarts itself helping him made it easy to know where to go. As he walked towards the doors to the Great Hall, they swung open by themselves and Harry walked past him towards the Head Table. He quickly sat himself down beside Snape and Flitwick, greeted them both, and than dug into the food in front of him.

A few minutes later Remus walked into the hall, and an annoyed look appeared on his face as he saw Harry had sat without a space beside him. Harry chuckled slightly and waved cheerfully at his mate, who pouted as he sat down beside Minerva and began to eat. A half hour later everyone had finished, and only Harry, Remus and Dumbledore remained in the hall.

Dumbledore pulled a small blue pendent out of his robes, and handed it to Remus with a wide grin as he said, “I got this approved for you last night.”

Harry's magic washed over the object, and he was surprised to not know what it was. Multiple powerful spells and charms were weaved around it, and he could sense that it was some type of transportation object. Looking up at Dumbledore he opened his mouth to ask, only for Remus who had sensed his thoughts, started to answer.

“It's a Portkey, it pulls you to it's set destination and are monitored by the Ministry,” explained Remus, “They were created only a few months ago, that's why you don't have any memories of them.”

Harry nodded and as Dumbledore and Remus stood, he quickly followed after them. They headed straight out of the school, and for the first time in what felt like forever, Harry found himself without the comforting presence of Hogwarts. Instantly he was beside Remus, pulled an arm around him and holding him tightly. Remus smiled and pulled Harry as close as possible, walking with their arms wrapped around each other.

Dumbledore nodded at them, and Remus held out the pendent. Harry put his hand on it, and his and Remus's hands wrapped together. Instantly he felt a pulling sensation, that felt like a hook had been put in his navel. Seconds later it had ended, and it was only because he was holding Remus that he didn't fall flat on his face.

“Welcome to Platform Nine & Three Quarters,” said Remus smiling.

A beautiful scarlet steam engine was resting in front of him, waiting for the packed platform to empty into it. A sign overhead said Hogwarts Express, eleven O'clock and even had a small symbol of a train on it. Harry looked around him, and saw a wrought-iron archway with the words Platform Nine and Three-Quarters on it in the distance, he could feel magic pouring off it and instantly knew it was the normal entrance.

Smoke from the engine drifted over the heads of the chattering crowd, while cats of every color wound here and there between people's legs. Owls hooted to one another in a disgruntled sort of way, echoing above the scraping of heavy trunks and unending babble.

The first few carriages were already packed with students, some hanging out of the windows to talk to their families, some fighting over seats. Harry found himself slightly overwhelmed, and his magic senses were flaring brightly at everything around him. He had thought Hogwarts was bad with the magic it gave off, but that was nothing compared to the couple thousand magical people currently surrounding him.

Harry quickly began to pull Remus forward, rushing down the platform towards the nearest empty compartment. He could feel people in most of them, but there was one slightly close that no one had entered yet. Remus who could sense his mates distress, was doing his best to shield them from the crowd of people.

He passed a round-faced boy who was saying, “Gran, I've lost my toad again.”

“Oh, Neville,” he heard the old woman sigh.

Frowning his magic reached out, and pulled the only toad on the entire platform into his hand. Walking over to the boy, he handed him the toad and than walked away still rushing to the compartment. Next he spotted a boy with dreadlocks, surrounded by a small crowd.

“Give us a look, Lee, go on.”

Harry saw the boy lift the lid of the box, and the people around him shrieked and yelled as something inside poked out a long hairy leg. Magic reaching out he felt the presence of a tarantula and kept walking, he didn't mind spiders but keeping one as a pet wasn't something he wanted to see. Pressing on through the crowd, Harry and Remus finally reached the compartment. Together they stepped inside, and with a wave of his hand Harry blocked out all noise form outside.

“I don't want to do that again,” muttered Harry breathing carefully in and out.

Remus nodded and helped a slightly dazed Harry into the seat beside him, pulling him close he began sending comfort and calm through the bond. He needed to calm Harry down before they left the station, the last thing he needed was Harry's magic breaking out throughout the train. After a few minutes though Harry calmed down, and snuggled into Remus.

A minute later the train started to move, and Harry comfortable in Remus's arms started to fall asleep. Remus waited until he had, and than adjusted to allow Harry to be laying straight down. Pulling out a book he began to read, the Express would take a few hours, and he was really enjoying the book Harry had given him.

Unfortunately luck wasn't on his side, a few minutes later the door to the compartment slid open. Remus looked up at spotted a boy with red hair and freckles on his face, he instantly recognized him as Ron Weasley the youngest son of Molly and Arthur Weasley.

Remus was about to invite him to sit down, when he suddenly felt like that would be a bad idea, everything inside him was screaming that this boy wasn't to be trusted. Remus focused and called forth his wolf, his eyes glowed slightly enhancing their amber color as he stared at Ron.

“Anyone sitting there?” asked Ron, pointing to the seat opposite Harry, “Everywhere else is full.”

“Full?” questioned Remus with a raised eyebrow, “The Express expands to hold the students, a single student could sit in each apartment and there would still be extra.”

Ron flushed and glared at Remus before he seemed to brighten, walking inside he sat down across from Remus and Harry with a huff. Remus felt all his senses warning him again, and breathing in deeply he caught a strange scent hanging around Ron. Frowning he figured he would wait and see what happened, before he did anything.

A few seconds later and Remus was angry, Ron was staring at Harry unashamed and looking at his scar in awe. Every time he adjusted Harry, Ron would glare and move so he could continue to stare at Harry's scar.

“Enough, get out,” growled Remus angry.

“I'll do whatever I want,” said Ron with a sneer, “Who are you to tell me anything?”

“Harry hates people who stare at his scar, and I hate people who stare at my mate like that,” growled Remus his wolf-side beginning to awaken as he snarled, “Get out before I force you out!”

“Mate?” questioned Ron shocked before he shook his head, “Impossible he hasn't met Ginny yet and she's his one true soul mate.”

Remus snarled and if it wasn't for Harry resting on him, he would have stood and thrown Ron out the window. How dare he instigate someone Harry hadn't even met was his soul mate, how dare he make light of the bond they shared.

“Remus,” yawned Harry as he rubbed his eyes and sat up, “What's wrong?”

“I'll tell you what's wrong,” said Ron making Harry turn to look at him, “That animal says he's your mate, which is impossible since my little sister is your one true soul mate.”

With that Ron smiled as if everything was solved, and leaned forward to embrace Harry as if they had known each other for years. Harry's eye twitched, and magic began to circle around him as he prepared to throw this annoying boy out the window. Before he could do anything though, the door to the apartment opened again.

Two older red-headed boys walked in, both of them had freckles on their faces and were dressed in exactly the same way. Furthermore both had Gryffindor robes on, and were glaring at their little brother with annoyance.

“Ron, are you causing problems?” questioned the twin on the left as he examined the compartment and those in it.

“He's not causing trouble is he?” questioned the twin on the right looking at Harry and Remus with raised eyebrows.

“Yes,” growled Harry and Remus at the same time as Ron shouted, “NO!”

The twins stepped forward at the same time, each of them grabbing one of Ron's shoulders, before turning and chucking him out of the compartment. Than before Ron could get back to his feet, they slammed the door shut and waved their wands at it together. Harry's senses flared to life at the presence of new magic, and he instantly knew that the shield they had cast together, was strong enough to stop anyone from entering without a specific password.

“Impressive,” said Harry quietly as his magic examined the twins.

“Thanks,” said the left-twin.

“Indeed, quite thanks,” said the right-twin.

“It's nice,” said the left-twin.

“To meet you,” said the right-twin.

“Whoever you are,” said the left-twin.

“How are,” said the right-twin.

“You doing on,” said the left-twin.

“This fine September,” said the right-twin.

“1st, which is fantastic,” said the left-twin.

“Because we get to go,” said the right-twin.

“Back to Hogwarts,” said the left-twin.

Harry blinked a few times, and than started to chuckle lightly as Remus chuckled as well. Both of them were impressed, and had been easily cheered up by the twins. Remus smiled and sent Harry everything he knew on the twins, and the rest of the Weasley family.

Harry got the information and smiled, Fred and George, aspiring pranksters who worshiped a group that Remus didn't know. With this came information about Remus himself, the fact he had been in a group of pranksters at school. Harry's dad had been in it, and they were a legend and they were the group that the Twin's likely worshiped.

Harry and Remus glanced at each other, and than turned to the Twin's with their mental connections wide open. Information began to move between them both, and than they both started to talk.

“It's nice,” said Harry.

“To meet you both,” said Remus.

“You're quite,” said Harry.

“Impressive when together,” said Remus.

“I've heard about you though,” said Harry.

“Fred,” said Remus.

“And George Weasley,” said Harry.

“Pranksters to the heart,” said Remus.

“Who are the second best at the school,” said Harry.

“No one can,” said Remus.

“Beat the Marauders after-all,” said Harry.

“We look forward,” said Remus.

“To seeing if you can catch up,” said Harry.

“To them,” said Remus.

“Or if you'll,” said Harry.

“Fail like all those that,” said Remus.

“Have tried,” said Harry.

Fred and George blinked, and than joined the renewed chuckles of Harry and Remus. Both of them sat down, and the conversation in the apartment heightened. Topics were brought up, discussed, thrown to the side, changed, discussed and multiple other things as they chatted. The four youths getting to know each other, and Harry learned about pranks Fred and George had done.

Eventually they also discovered that the Marauders were indeed the group Fred and George worshiped, and they owed all of their luck to them. Though Harry and Remus couldn't get them to say what that meant, the Twin's just told them it was a secret, and maybe they would share later. They all eventually agreed though, that they would prank the school together.

Though Harry had needed a little convincing, that the pranks would be funny and not them just bullying people they didn't like. When he did agree though, the massive smile on Remus's face was the only reward he needed.

“We haven't introduced ourselves,” said Harry as he smiled, “I'm Harry Potter.”

“I'm Remus Lupin,” said Remus with a wave.

Neither Fred or George hesitated, both of them having figured out Harry already. Both of them could also tell that Harry didn't care he was famous, and something within them told them he needed to be treated normal, though they didn't really understand how they knew that.

“Forge,” said Fred pointing at himself.

“Gred,” said George pointing at himself.

All of them nodded and smiled at each other, they could all tell this would be the start of a beautiful friendship. Maybe eventually they would even all be able to share their secrets, because secrets made it hard to keep friends. Until than though, pranking and just hanging together sounded awesome to all four of them.

Harry leaned into his seat, and was about to try and get some sleep when it happened. His senses flared and he felt Fred and George's magic completely, his eyes widened at what he felt deep within them though. They both had the same soul mate, but neither of them could feel the pull because of their incredibly strong Twin Bond. Harry frowned silently and wondered what he should tell Remus, this was just what they needed.

Two more mates...
