Authors Note: Sorry for not updating sooner but a few things came up and then there was the car wreck. But hopefully I'll have a few more chapters up soon. Thanks and enjoy.

Once she had left the hospital Anita looked over her notes and decided that a call to Jean-Claude was definitely in order so she pulled out her cell phone and called the circus. She was relieved when Jean-Claude himself answered, “Ah ma petite, to what do I owe the honor of hearing your sweet voice so early in the evening?”
“Cut the crap Jean-Claude we have a situation I think you should know about.”
“And that is?” came the smooth voice she had come to associate with a curious Jean-Claude. It was the voice he used when he wanted to know something but didn't want to come out and ask about it.
For the next half hour Anita found herself going over everything she had heard and seen in the hospital. As she finished going over the information she had she could hear whispering on the other end of the line which could only mean that Jean-Claude was asking someone something. So she waited quietly until he came back on the line.
“Thank you for the information ma petite. I think that I will have to look into the matter further but for the moment would you please bring what information you have back with you to the circus where we can discuss Mr. Potter and Miss Kincaid in more detail?”
It was with her promise that she was on her way to the circus that Jean-Claude hung up the phone and she was left with the ride to the circus and the memories of two suspicious people running through her head.
