chapter 7

I noticed someone thought the blue and pink fireworks means twins. I’m sorry to say although that would be a good twist that is not what the colors mean. I was just trying to go with the traditional colors used for babies. Who knows I could use the idea of twins and I might not. Who wants a boy or a girl?

Reaching for the vial Hermione took a deep breath closed her eyes and downed the potion in one gulp. She didn’t know whether she wanted fireworks or nothing. After several seconds of silence she opened her eyes and looked at Draco.
“Well did it do anything?” she said at almost a whisper.
Before he could answer fireworks shot out into the air around their heads. The words congratulations spelled out in blue and pink fireworks between them.
Chapter 7
Neither knew what to say at that point. It no longer mattered if either of them wanted the fireworks or not. It was happening Hermione was pregnant with Draco’s baby. They both just stood there staring at the words that were slowly fading.
Draco started pacing around the cell. “Oh Merlin! What the hell am I going to do Hermione. I’m not ready to have a kid.”
Hermione stalked over to him and jammed her finger into his face. “What are you going to do? What are you going to do? Draco you’re kidding me right? This isn’t only about you. Its not like I tricked you into anything and at least you can remember that act you idiot!”
“I’m sorry I freaked for a second. Your right this is about us now and what we’re going to do. I was thinking last night after you fell asleep. I knew this was probably going to be the out come of last night. I know you an Ron are together and I won’t ask you to choose me over him just because you’re having my baby. But at the same time I’m going to ask you that if we get out of here before you have the baby that you not end the pregnancy. If you don’t want this baby I’ll raise it all on my own and you can have as much or as little to do with the baby as you want. I didn’t ask for a baby at this point in my life but I’m not going turn my back on this baby.” He was almost gasping for air when he finished speaking.
“Did you lost much sleep rehearsing that speech Draco?”
“A little but don’t make fun of me I mean every word of it Hermione.”
“I wasn’t making fun of you but honestly did you think I wasn’t going to take responsibility for my baby whether or not I wanted it?”
“I don’t know. This baby changes everything.” He slumped down into a chair at the table.
“Draco, Ron and I aren’t working out. I was going to tell him when we got back to Hogwarts that I just wanted to be friends. And as for me wanting this baby… Well I have no plans on giving it up or ending this pregnancy for any reason. Now if it hadn’t been for us being kidnapped and forced to do what we did I doubt we would have ever had a child together and been forced to make a decision about it. The fact is we are in this situation and we are having a child together. I’ll make the best of the situation if you will.”
“OK I think I can handle that.” He stood an hugged Hermione.
“Aww! How sweet the two love birds made up.” Cistern laughed at their display. “That little speech was sweet but since you’re never getting out of here and you’re never get to see you child after its born there’s no need to worry. Duton will be here shortly to remove ya’ll to your new separate cells. You will be brought back here after she has delivered the baby.” With that he walked away.
“What! No they cant separate us Draco!”
“It looks like they are going to do just whatever the hell they want to do Hermione.”
“If they separate us when the Order comes for me I’m not sure I’ll be able to find you in this place.”
“Don’t worry about me if the Order comes for you then go with them right then. Let them worry about whether or not they can save me too.”
“Ok love birds its time to go your separate ways.” Duton called into the cell.

Sry I know it was a short chapter but its as far I can think to take the story right now. I’m trying to decide what story line I want to take I have three different tracks I can take. In one Draco dies saving Hermione… lol which will I choose oh which will I choose…. What do you think do ya’ll want a shock or a expected twist?
