Chapter SEVEN
Unfortunately for Lucius Malfoy, he did not wake before Hermione Granger. As she slowly regained consciousness, she over came the shock of the previous day. With her hands bound and a very naked Lucius Malfoy curled around her, she nonverbally spelled away the bindings on her wrists.
Who in the hell would have ever thought, that Lucius Malfoy would kidnap her? She wondered if she was still dreaming.
None of the other men she was previously with had ever done anything to her like Malfoy had. She was confused about her body enjoying his actions. She needed time to think.
With a quick swipe of her hand and a silent spell, Lucius Malfoy was on his back spread eagle with his wrists and ankles securely tied to the bed. The poor baby had drained himself so, that he never even felt the change in his sleeping position in his sleep.
Deciding to get back at Malfoy, Hermione crawled onto Lucius’s body. With a grasp of his manhood, she slowly lowered herself onto him. She would take great pleasure and deny him completion.
Lucius Malfoy awoke to a very naked Hermione Granger riding his cock with her breasts bouncing as she rode him. Her head was thrown back with her mane of hair brushing his thighs. As he enjoyed her actions, he felt her inner muscles grasping his cock. He wanted to taste her breasts and hold her hips, however, as quickly as she come, she was just as quickly removing her body from him.
At his start of a protest, Hermione muttered a sleeping spell putting Malfoy into a deep slumber. That should last for a couple of hours.
Before leaving Lucius’ bedroom, Hermione warded the room to not allow house elves unless called by her. She had not seen any yet, but she knew that Malfoy had many. Why take the chance of him being freed before she was ready?
She grabbed a quick shower and some clean jeans and tee shirt as well. Hermione needed to plan and make sure she was safe.
As Hermione snuck around the house, she decided to brew a couple of potions to confuse and sedate one Lucius Malfoy. Her vacation got off to a strange start, but that would not inhibit her. Walking threw the house she felt various wards. Nothing appeared to be anything that she could not get out of, however, one could obviously never be prepared enough. After placing her own wards to notify her of anyone approaching and to keep outside contact from Malfoy in addition to his not being able to notify anyone outside, she called out for the house elves.
“Yes, mistress” replied several little voices now surrounding her.
“Are you all loyal house elves?” she inquired with a slight smirk.
“Yes, of course, mistress” the house elves replied in shock that anyone would consider them not.
“I ask all of you as loyal house elves to reaffirm your vow of loyalty to me, now” Hermione gently prodded the house elves.
One little house elf that looked to be very old started to object, however, Hermione quickly cut in with “I am your mistress?”
Again yes was heard.
“Well if I am your mistress, what is the problem with swearing your loyalty to your mistress.”
As all the little voices surrounding her quickly swore allegiance to their mistress, their loyalty to her now overrode Malfoy’s.
“Are there any other house elves not currently present?”
“No, mistress, we all good elves and come when called” replied the old elf.
“Excellent. I command that each you not inform Mr. Malfoy of the renewal of your bond oath to your mistress and continue on as before with the exception of assisting Mr. Malfoy to be released from this house or have contact with anyone outside or allow him to contact another outside this house. Do you all understand?” she queered the house elves.
All the house elves appeared to be shocked, but nodded in response to her request. She had learned quite a lot about the house elves and their loyalty after the failure of her SPEW campaign. One only needed to get them to acknowledge a person as their master or in her case mistress, then swear a vow of loyalty supplanting any previous vows.
“Please, what are your names and proceed to continue with your work,” requested Hermione. All at once, several names where heard, a couple sounded like coke, and pepsi, however, she was unable to determine the remainders names.
As the house elves popped out, she walked back to Lucius’ bedroom. Lucius continued to sleep tied to the bed. Hermione approached Lucius lifting his head and pouring a confusion potion down his throat and then a sleeping draught. She needed additional time to finish her plans for the villa. She decided that she must in Italy.
Letting Banger out of his cage, Hermione apologized for his length of time in the cage and all the porting. In return, he scratched her hand as she tried to cuddle with him. Slowly, putting him down, she listened to him rant and rave about the injustices visited upon himself.
After listening to her cat rant for too long, she gently asked if Banger would like to guard Malfoy in return for fresh salmon and cream. Banger paused, ranted a little longer, and then nodded his head in agreement.
“Coke” called Hermione.
“Yes, mistress” responded a young house elf.
“Coke, in addition, to your normal duties, you will now be assisting with Banger, my cat” requested Hermione as she pointed to Banger sitting on the edge of the bed watching everything going on. “Please, bring him a light lunch of turkey and gravy with some bottled water. Thank you. I will give you his eating schedule in a little while.” Hermione gently asked.
Now, that she had taken care of Malfoy, the house elves, house wards and Banger. Hermione ventured outside to start setting up the property as unplottable. At a small distance from the house, she set wards to notify her of anyone approaching as well as distraction wards. Then going even further from the house, she started to spell the house to be unplottable with her being the secret keeper. She would finish the rest later, but this distance would suffice for the moment.
As she walked threw the house, she spelled each room’s fireplace, windows, doors and portraits. The portraits were in for a nasty little surprise with the spell she created to keep them from spying and gossiping. Each fireplace was set to only go to the library fireplace and the library fireplace required a password and blood to be used to exit the house. The windows were cast not to break nor be opened. The doors outside notified her of being opened. It had taken three days to finish all the wards and spells on the house.
During that time, she was glad to have house elves to help care for Banger and Malfoy.
Deciding to spend the evening reading in the library, Hermione heard a gentle tapping on the window. Upon looking out the window, she opened the window to allow the owl in. It was a message from her lawyer, Mr. Knave. He was negotiating a settlement with the publisher giving her 75% of profits from the issue, in addition, to giving a nice large payment of half of the company’s worth prepublication of the magazine with the information listing the photographer as one Colin Creevey. It went on to further state that the publishing company quickly settled once no picture release could be located for one Hermione Granger.
Mr. Knave had also started procedures against Colin Creevey by first freezing all his assets. However, this was going to take additional time to settle.
Included with the letter was a copy of the press release apologizing publicly to Hermione Granger for releasing her pictures in PlayWizard without her permission. Mr. Knave asked if the letter was sufficient and if so would be published in every major newspaper and magazine. However, one major condition of the settlement was the continued selling of the magazine with any reprints of the photographs requiring her approval first.
Hermione took a blank sheet of paper to begin her response to Mr. Knave. After thinking about the damage already done by the release of the pictures and the profit, she decided to accept the settlement and letter and wished to continue with proceedings against Colin.

A little distraction from taxes and schoolwork, but don’t tell my professor.
