Author’s Note: There will be a couple chapters until Harry gives birth to those who asked, so you still have a chance to vote on what his daughter’s name is. I will repost the poll at the bottom of this page for those who missed it. To any who wonder what language I used to make up Harry’s birth name “Takari Anar”, it is made up. I might actually make up more phrases and create a whole new language like Tolkien but I am not sure if I want to get that involved. If I use more of my made up language I will explain the meaning either right after the phrase or at the bottom of the page. If you have any suggestions what the language should be called tell me in the review, whichever suggestion fits best I will use.

Thank you to those who reviewed and to those who didn’t please do so now. This chapter is mostly about what Talon is up to now, and what he does when he finds about Harry being his Takari. I am writing most of this at two in the morning so if it is a little crazy sorry but I haven’t had caffeine in a while. ~One month later at Talon’s home~

Talon sweeps his hair out of his face as he leans over a spell book. He is supposed to be researching a way to get his Master back to his younger human form. Voldemort was sick of looking like a snake, he needed a way to go around the wizarding world and not be recognized, and only a few people knew what his younger self looked like.

He had been going through all the books in Sapphire Manor hoping to find something; this book looked the most promising. He was looking at a de-aging spell when a pure black owl swooped in through the window. Talon immediately recognized it as Severus’ owl and wished to ignore it. The pain he had buried years ago flared up again in his chest. He gave a treat to the owl and leaned back to read the letter.


Talon,

There is so much I wish I could tell you but I dare not trust that this gets to you without being checked first. I need to speak to you, I know you never want to see me again but we have to. Please allow me to floo there at about 3 pm today. I know you will never forgive me but now I may give you some answers.

~Severus

Talon read the letter three more times before looking at the clock, seeing it was two till three he opened the floo connection. Two minutes later Severus comes through looking very haggard, Talon quickly closes the connection as soon as Severus was through.

He looks at Talon and sees the disgust in his eyes. Severus looks away and tries to hide the tears that threaten to fall. When he turns back his face is an expressionless mask. “Hello Talon, its time you knew the truth. May we go somewhere to speak? This may take a while” Talon nods curtly and moves towards a sitting room and motions for Severus to go in first.

Severus takes a seat and waits for Talon to sit down too; he looks into Talon’s eyes and begins. “Talon I have to tell it all without interruption when I am done you can scream at me all you like, you can even beat me but please let me get this out.” Talon gives a quick nod of acceptance so Severus continues, “ I am so sorry for the pain I have put you through, but I had to in order to protect you and our son. Don’t get brassed off, let me explain, that is why I am here. We were lead to believe that they killed Takari but they didn’t. Around the same time Takari was taken Potter and Lilly announced they had a son but they had never announced her pregnancy so I became curious. I went and looked at their new son and it was our Takari.

“I immediately went to Dumbledore demanding to know why they had our son. He quickly made me swear an oath not to tell or Takari would be killed. He said that there was a prophecy that Takari was meant to kill Voldemort and it wouldn’t look too good if the savior of the wizarding world was the child of two Death Eaters. He said as soon as the prophecy was fulfilled he would give us back our son, but in the mean time I was forced to spy for him.

“I am able to tell you this because he broke his oath to me the day he hurt him. He swore no harm would ever come to Takari by his hands. So he told me everything knowing once you found out I was a spy you wouldn’t listen. He made sure you found out from the beginning so I would never have a chance to tell you. When he leaked part of the prophecy to the public, the Potter’s were attacked, as you know that night was when our lord fell. Leaving behind the Boy Who Lived, Harry Potter, who was really our son Takari; that was when my life truly turned into hell.

“I went to Dumbledore saying his sodding prophecy was fulfilled and requested he give our son back and explain to you what happened. He laughed in my face and said that Voldemort was not truly dead and Takari still had more he needed to do. He threatened you and Takari saying if I ever stopped spying or gave misinformation that he would make sure the Ministry put you in Azkaban and that Takari would never see the light of day again. When our lord came back I made sure to cast doubt on myself so I would receive less information so I would never have to outright betray our lord and I could keep you safe as well. Then Takari, now known as Harry Potter or the Boy- Who- Lived, started at Hogwarts and I had to act like I hated him, and protect him from our lord at the same time. I gave some stupid excuse that I had a life debt to his James to explain it away.

“Every year there was more and more danger and I had to constantly choose between him and our Dark Lord, all because one mad man wants more power but doesn’t want to use any of his own magic to get it. I have come here for a reason. Dumbledore raped our Harry and now he is with child. We don’t know why he did it but we know there can’t be any good reason. The only one beside me that knows about this is Pomfrey and that is because he went to her first.

“I know that this is a shock, oh god is that an understatement, but I have come to ask for your help.” Severus looks up tears in his eyes, all of a sudden he is pinned against a wall and the very angry half- elf holds him by the throat. Talon looks at Severus with fire in his eyes

“You mean to tell me all this time I have been plotting to kill our son and you never thought to get this Pomfrey to tell me or something! You are telling me the fucking pillar of light known as Harry Potter is my long dead son Takari. You little shit, I aught to kill you right now.” Severus struggles against the Talons hands trying desperately to breathe. Finally Talon releases Severus and lets him drop to the ground with a thud.

Severus sits on the ground gasping for air and looking up into Talon’s angry eyes and sees behind the anger; there is an emotion he can’t describe, a combination of sadness and hope that shines brighter every minute. “You will go back and protect our son and I will try to find out what the hell he is up to. If you do anything that foolish again I will castrate you with a dull blade very slowly. Do you understand me Severus?” Talon sees Severus nod an affirmative so he continues, “Severus I don’t know if I can ever forgive you, I understand why you did it but it still fucking hurts. It hurt me you would betray your mate so easily, even if it was to protect me. I will help you as much as I can but don’t take this as a peace offering. Now be gone and leave my sight. I have much to think about.” Severus quickly gets up and hurries out of the room. Talon looks at the spot that Severus had sat, tears running down his face.



Talon sits on his bed and looks into space. Tears are streaming down his face as all the events of today rush back at him. His son, his Takari, is still alive and for all these years he had been plotting to kill him. His thoughts run towards how all this shit began. He looks back on the day he found out his mate was Severus Snape and how he was Severus’ mate too. It was the most glorious day of his life; it was the beginning and the end to a twisted tale.

~Flashback~



Talon walks through the Forbidden Forest, his home, the moon full within the night sky. The elf quickly moving through the trees hearing the jaliun following him, he quickens his pace and swerves a hard right. After about an hour he rests after finally losing the jaliun.

All of the sudden a scream is heard throughout the forest causing the hairs on the back of his neck to stand on end. Talon moves towards the sound and comes upon a tall lanky boy being attacked by a werewolf. One look at the boy and he sees a million colors like a light hitting a prism; he had finally found his mate. Talon quickly throws the werewolf off his mate and stands between the beast and the boy. The werewolf knowing he can’t beat the elf runs away howling in defeat. Talon turns to the boy and checks him for any injuries finding nothing serious he sighs in relief. He notices the boy smells off, not all human, but not all creature either.

Talon reaches down and offers a hand to help the boy up but he shies away from him, “I saved you boy, do you think I would save you just to kill you? It is not safe out here and there are many here who do not take kindly to outsiders. We must move quickly. My name is Talon Havarian; I have a home within this forest that is safe from all other inhabitants. Get up now lad!”

Talon pulls the boy up and drags him along as they move through the forest. They come upon a castle made of crystal and the purest black marble. Talon moves towards the entrance and places his hand on the door, the door glows a greenish color before finally opening. Heading inside he leads the boy to a sitting room and gestures him to a seat.

Handing the boy a drink he takes a closer look at his mate, the boy has black hair and ebony colored eyes. He has a little bit of a hooked nose and his skin is a pale as the snow. To Talon he is the most beautiful creature he had ever seen.

“Boy what is your name and what the hell were you doing in this forest? I can smell creature blood in you but you are not an inhabitant of this forest.” The boy looks up at him though tear filled eyes

“My name is Severus Snape sir. I go to the school right outside the forest; I was lured out to the forest and was attacked by that beast. I am part vampire but don’t have any of the strength so I couldn’t defend myself.” Severus breaks down and sobs, he feels Talon’s arms go around him. He looks into Talon’s eyes and realizes he has never felt this safe, he has never been more at home then he is within Talon’s arms. They just sit there holding each other till dawn.


~End Flashback~

After that night Severus had returned to the school but he came to see Talon everyday. They got to know each other and eventually fell in love, both admitting that they were mates. Severus wanted to go off and join the dark lord and Talon came with him, accepting his mate’s decision. They quickly made it to the top of the ranks and after two years of trying they finally had a child to call there own. It was a horrible day when he lost his son, and even worse when he found out his mate had betrayed him.

Talon pulls himself from his memories and wipes he tears from his eyes. He knows he has much to do; save his son from a maniac, help his lord become human again, and somehow repair the rift between him and Severus. He gets up and heads towards the library. Time to get back to researching, but now he has more then one thing to look for.

_Back at Hogwarts in Dumbledore’s office_



Dumbledore sits at his desk seething, muttering under his breath. “How dare he not get pregnant, he is my weapon so I didn’t have to use any of my own magic. The power surge he created as a child said he was strong enough, so why the fuck isn’t he pregnant? At least he doesn’t recall what happened; he still comes crying to me like a baby whenever Draco or Severus puts him down. Ha wonder what he would say if he found out Severus is his father, I would love to see the look on the little shits face then. I have no clue what the fuck he is but I know if I can weaken him by getting him to kill Voldemort, then I can kill him take the rest of his power, then no one could stop me.

“Snape is starting to fight back again, which means I need to move quickly. If the brat isn’t strong enough to get pregnant then he won’t be able to defeat Tom, so I will have to get rid of him and then take care of Tom too. I will have to make Harry’s death look like it was at the hands of a death eater. I know! I will let information leak that Harry will be in Hogsmead this weekend. The death eaters will come and take him to Tom; the man kills Harry and then I am home free.

“I am so proud of my genius sometimes, I will have Harry’s magic as well. For even if he is too weak to tap into it I know I can handle it. Soon I will bring down Tom and I will control all, no one will be able to escape my will.” Dumbledore laughs manically while dancing about his room in glee at the prospect of getting Harry’s magic soon. Fawkes watches in the corner and shakes his head; he opens his wings and takes flight out of a window. Dumbledore doesn’t even notice Fawkes leave for he is too wrapped up in the planning. He also fails to notice the shadow move quietly out of the room and back towards the dungeons.
