Chapter 6: Sirius the daddy.


Suddenly there was a knock on the door "come in Miss Reese and Mrs. Reese" Dumbledore said. Every one turned two see to long red ringlet haired females enter.

Mckayler said, "Albus before we go on I must insist you call me Miss Kinney, as I know longer go under the name and title of Mrs. Reese." Dumbledore nodded and said, "very well, as you wish."

Draco asked "Anaya what are you doing here?" Anyanka replied, "I'm sorry, but do I know you?" Draco grinned clearly enjoying herself. Draco replied "clearly not. Allow me to introduce myself, hi I'm Draconia Lupin."

Anyanka asked "Draconia why does that name sound familiar?" Draco giggled and Harry swatted her shoulder and said, "Your bad Draco, don't be cruel."

Anyanka choked "Draco? This has got to be some kind of sick joke." Draco mock pouted and said, "I'm hurt Anaya How could you say that? We’ve been the best of friends since were one."

Anyanka said, "prove it you could have heard that any where." Draco let out a sigh of exasperation "Ok fine I ask me any thing." Anyanka grinned evilly and rubbed her hands together and asked "any thing?" Draco rolled her eyes and said, "yeah any thing."

Anyanka replied, "Ok tell me what was the last thing you had said about Harry, the last time we talked?" Draco suddenly blushed a deep violent shade of crimson. Draco said, "Come on any thing but that I'm begging you."

Anyanka practically cackled with glee and said, "Nah I don't think so spill or I'm going to go and look for Draco and tell him some girls is trying to pass herself off as him."

Draco growled every un-lady like, "'fine for crying out loud I said he had a gorgeous arse, are you satisfied?" She turned to Harry said, "Don’t even say a word, and wipe that grin off your face right this instant."

Anyanka knew for sure at that moment that that was definitely without a doubt her best friend. She decided to have a little fun first before relenting. "So how do you feel about Harry?"

Draco was positively snarling now and was definitely acting like her former self without a doubt. Anyanka said, "Wow are you snarling at me? Now that is very un-lady like if I do say so myself."

Draco said, "You are so dead when we get to the common room. You know fully well that I've," she trailed off and mumbled something. Anyanka grinned evilly, "I did not quite catch that come again."

Draco growled "fine Anaya you know fully well that I been in love with Harry since we met in madam Malkin’s in my first year." Draco promptly shut her mouth and clasped a hand tightly over her mouth.

She promptly went the deepest and ugliest shade of crimson anybody in that room had ever witnessed on another human being. Every one looked to Harry who sat there and not even blinked once.

Anyanka asked, "So how did you end up as a girl? And if my eyes don't deceive me you are in fact wearing Gryffindor colours." Draco said hardly above a whisper "ask one of them I'm still coming terms with it myself."

Dumbledore asked "would you and your mother please take a seat?" When both Anyanka and Mckayler were seated Dumbledore started. “Miss Reese the young girl who claims to be your friend is telling the true she was up until this morning Draco Malfoy."

Anyanka replied a little guiltily "I know I was just having a little fun with him I mean her" she corrected herself. She added "I was trying to get her to admit the feelings she has been hiding for the past Seven years."

He nodded and explained what Lucius Malfoy had done and why he had done it. He also explained that Lucius was not Draco's father and their defence against the dark arts teacher Remus Lupin was in fact her father.

He also explained Draco had been resorted into Gryffindor was now a Gryffindor prefect. And that she and Harry were to be married in just under four weeks time. To say Anyanka was surprised was serious understatement all by it's self.

Anyanka grinned "so what should I call you then?" she asked turning towards her friend. Draco replied "Draco will be fine it is after all short for Draconia and I prefer to be called Draco."

Anyanka nodded, "so what is your full name now?" Draco replied "Draconia Anastasia Lupin soon to be Lupin-Potter." Anyanka replied "wow are you really marrying Harry?"

Draco grinned "yeah I am, well it's not like it's a hard ship now is it? Besides if I and Harry don't marry we will both be stripped of our magic entirely, and forced to live as squibs." Both she and Anyanka shuddered at the mere thought of that ever happening.

Anyanka asked, "So did he get you an engagement ring?" Draco nodded and held up his left hand. Anyanka smiled brightly and said, "I hate you that is only got to be the most gorgeous ring I have ever seen. Christ Draco you are like wearing pure white gold and real diamond's and sapphires? Would you check out the size of all of those stones especially the diamond?" Draco grinned and replied, "Yes Anaya I happened to of noticed it is more then impressive."

Harry finally then choose to speak, "I'm certain professor Dumbledore hasn't asked Anyanka and Miss Kinney comes up here to just inform them of what's been happening today." Dumbledore agreed "correct Harry, I didn't just send for Miss Reese and Miss Kinney to just inform then of Miss Lupin's situation."

He continued "but yes it was indeed a part of the reason for me inviting them up here." Dumbledore continued "Miss Kinney as been wanting to tell her daughter and professor Black something very important for eighteen years."

Sirius turned his gaze to his one true love, "and what is that Mckayler?" Anyanka added, "Yeah good question, and what is that mother?"

Mckayler took a deep breath and said, "I've want to tell you Sirius that Stephen was never Anyanka's father and that you are her father." Sirius and Anyanka spluttered at the same time "WHAT?!"

Anyanka practically growled, "You mean to tell me that that murdering bastard of a death eater that I've had to call father for the past eighteen years was never my father?" She continued "that my care of magical creature’s professor is my real father?"

Mckayler replied "yes that is right Sirius Black is your father" Mckayler also said, "I had no idea you felt that way about Stephen." Anyanka sighed irritably and replied "mother why do you think I never hugged the git in less I had no other choice?"

She continued "and I figured it would be more then obvious that I loathed and detested him considering I didn't even shed one single tear, not one at his funeral."

Sirius asked "why didn't you tell me until now?" Mckayler replied "last time I checked my husband was a death eater Sirius. He murder whole families. Imagine what he would have done to me and Anyanka?"

Dumbledore asked "where is Anyanka's birth certificate?" Mckayler replied, "Right here in my handbag, seeing as you told me to bring it." She passed the birth certificate to Dumbledore.

Dumbledore unfolded the parchment and with in moments the golden curled scripted began to glow as brightly as the scripted on Draconia's birth certificate had.

The name Stephen Dylan Reese slowly faded and was just as slowly replaced by the name Sirius Christian Black. Anyanka Mckayler Reese was slowly replaced with Anyanka Mckayler Black. And Mckayler Celina Kinney-Reese became, Mckayler Celina Kinney.

Dumbledore smiled and passed the certificate to Anyanka. Anyanka looked at the piece of parchment and nodded with satisfaction at the name Black instead of Reese. Anyanka stood up and walked over to Sirius and handed him her birth certificate.

Sirius read the parchment and a faint but pleasant and particularly nerves smile appeared on his face. There in crystal clear and golden curled scripted were the words. Anyanka Mckayler Black gender female, born on August twenty second nineteen eighty to Mckayler Celina Kinney and Sirius Christian Black.

Dumbledore smiled and said, "Miss Black I have something for you." Dumbledore gestured to professor McGonagall who took out her wand and with a quick spell and a wave of her wand she pointed it at Anyanka's robes.

Anyanka looked down not expecting to find a badge in the shape of a shield in scarlet and gold. Engraved were the words Anyanka Black Gryffindor prefect. Anyanka choked and said, "You’ve made me a prefect? But why? Not that I'm complaining of course" she added.

Dumbledore smiled and said, "I choose you and Miss Lupin because I felt none of the sixth year Gryffindor's deserve the honour of being a prefect." He added "especially after the trouble and protesting they all participated in after the former sixth year prefects were expelled for that attack on one of the Slytherin's.

I won't deny that the person in question nearly did go blind. If it had not been for our very own madam Pomfrey I dare say there was more then a slight possibility that she would have indeed gone blind."

He added, "I have never tolerated sure barbaric behaviour and I shall not be starting to do so now. Who ever choose to participate in sure uncalled for and indecent activities in order to cause harm to another student or member of my faculty will indeed surfer the punishment that I claimed to be necessary.”

He continued, "And I dare say almost causing a student to go blind by casting the same hex at the same time. I will not tolerate this sort of behaviour from either one of the four houses."

Dumbledore turned to Harry, "Harry I will be attending the prefects meeting to night along with miss Millicent bullstrove." He added "seeing as Miss Lupin has been resorted. Slytherin are now short of a seventh year prefect."

He also told them "I asked Miss Weasley if she wanted the role, before I asked either Miss Lupin or Miss Black. Miss Weasley was the only one to have not to have joined the other in that protest. She claimed she did not want to deal with that automatically came with the duty and responsibility of being a prefect."

He turned his gaze to Draco, "Now Miss Lupin your trunk and belongings have been taken to Harry's head boy quarters. It is save to say the two of you will be sharing a room especially after the two of you marry.

Once you have seen where you will be staying Miss Lupin I would like you Harry and Miss Black to go to the Gryffindor common room as lessons are over for to day. Dinner will be starting in just over an hour.

This will give you time Harry to inform Miss Granger and Mr. Weasley of to nights meeting." Harry nodded and He Draco and Anyanka exited Dumbledore's office, leaving the adults to discuss that days event’s that had happened so far.
