Passion of Magic and Immortality

Tom let a smile appear on his snake-like lips.  Dressed in his dark robes, he was a man that seemed to instill fear in everyone. Raven was slightly unnerved by him but as a vampire she had no true fears. Ravens crystal hues stayed fixed on him.    “Ah Raveanna, its been a long time…” Voldemort said in with no true emotion in his voice  Raven looked at him as he said her full first name. “Yes indeed it has, you wanted to see me about something Tom?” Raven asked.   Voldemort smiled slightly as his pet snake Nagini  slithered next to him, her eyes just as cold as his.   “Ah yes… I need your help with a little issue that I am having…. “ he said as he walked up to her, his bony fingers gripped his wand as he stood dead in front of her as he than said. “You posses certain powers that would be useful to me.. I need to get rid of certain group of children……” he seemed to hiss. Raven looked at him curious why he would go to her.  “Your having issues with children Tom?” she said with an arched brow.    Voldemort didn’t move as he extended his wand slightly. “Oh these children are not normal…. One is a muggle” he shuddered at the word. One  is a pureblood though you wouldn’t know it by looking at them… and the last one…… is a half blood that lived after my attempt to kill him….. Harry Potter…….”He seemed to say Harry's name with a low Hiss.

Raven had to keep from laughing he was scared of children, the mighty  Voldemort was afraid it was very amusing Raven thought.      Raven picked up one goblet, and handed it to him and picked up the other one. “Well I can see what I can do….. “  She said “ Let us seal this deal with wine….” she said as lifted hers watching him as he lifted his but he paused.  As he glanced at her. Raven looked at him. “What is it Tom?” she asked curiously. Voldemort looked at her with a steely gaze. “Its not that I don’t trust you…. But…. Let us switch goblets.” he hissed. She took his goblet and gave him hers. Her plan was working as she drank her wine she saw he drank his. Though she preferred blood over  wine,  but it was part of her plan.  

She smiled as she saw him place his empty goblet down. “We will meet again Raven….. “ he said in a low tone, but he didn’t leave right away. He walked up to her, he looked into her crystal eyes.  His ice cold-grey hand extended and touch her cheek, it was as if he was showing her emotion.. “Tom what are you doing…..” she asked. “I can see why Malfoy liked you as a teenager……. You are beautiful…. If you are successful perhaps there will be a spot by my side.  I need another powerful person in my ranks. A woman with beauty and deadly powers……… “ he said as he leaded forward his snake like face coming closer to hers. For once Raven felt afraid in a way, as he paused inches from her lips he smiled. “Till next time…” he hissed as he disappeared in wisp of black smoke as Nagini   followed. 

 As soon as he left she disappeared  to her home, she felt as if she was going to be sick, he touched her, he almost kissed her, and that was the one thing that could make her skin crawl. She took glass and filled it with some blood she had been storing and took a long drink. “That disgusting snake…….” she growled.

  Raven got into a dark crimson night gown,  as she needed some much needed sleep. As she got into her silk covered bed, her mind drifted to Lucius, as she drifted off to sleep she knew she was not going to kill innocent children for that vile Voldemort but she knew she was going to win the heart of Lucius.    Lucius was  sitting at home with his family, his son was eating his dinner and his wife was talking about something regarding Draco's education. Lucius  found himself rather bored, he loved his son but he was falling out of love with Narcissa. Seeing Raven again, made him rethink his life, he only married Narcissa because she was a pureblood and Raven wasn’t around  and he had missed her.

   Narcissa looked at Lucius who seemed to be in a daze she placed her fork down.  She moved her blonde slash brown hair over her shoulder.  As she cleared her throat, as she spoke. “Draco please go and do your studies. I need to speak to your father.” she said as Draco nodded. “Yes mother…” he replied, as he went upstairs.  Lucius looked curiously at Narcissa. “Lucius…… are you alright you seem to be in a daze lately….” she asked.   Looking at her he wasn’t sure if he should tell her that he had fallen for his old flame, whom he had slept with.  Thinking for a moment he had had to choose what life he wanted to live, one that made his image or to be with the woman he truly loved.
