Epilogue
Six Months Later…
Hermione was watching the dancing. The wedding had come off without a hitch. Harry and Ginny danced in the middle of the dance floor with a still sobbing Molly off to the side declaring to all that Harry was her son. She was carrying on so much that this left Hermione to wonder just what the twins put into the punch. Sirius came strolling over to her, watching the couple as well as he sipped on his fire whiskey.
“I never thought I would see the day those two would be back together and getting married to each other,” he murmured. “Following that mess after that so called engagement party, I thought neither would breathe the air in the same room again.”
“Neither did I,” she said. “It would appear that all she needed was a good spanking.”
The silence was heavy between them before he asked, “Do you mean to say that they…”
“Oh yes,” she murmured.
“And my godson is a dominant?” she nodded.
This made him laugh. “A good spanking. I must remember that.” He studied her a moment. “You look happy.”
She nodded. “I quit my job with the Ministry of Magic and I am now opening my own bookstore. Severus tells me that I am sure to drive Flourish and Blotts out of business.”
“Severus, as in Severus Snape? What do you have to do with him?” he asked, sounding a bit angry.
She blushed and said, “He’s my Daddy.” She smiled. “He makes me content.”
“He doesn’t try to hurt you, does he?”
“Oh no,” she said, shaking her head. “He’s very protective. I’m fairly sure that he would have hexed you for standing so close to me by now if we weren’t at this wedding.”
These words had Sirius moving away from her quickly even as Snape walked up next to her. He slipped his arm possessively around her and pulled her all the closer to himself.
“My sneaky little cat,” he whispered. “I told you I didn’t want you speaking to Black. But since you told him that I am your Daddy, you are forgiven.” He lifted her left hand to his mouth, tenderly kissing her wedding band. He’s eyes were shining with emotion as he looked deeply into hers. “Very good girl.”
