I do not own Harry Potter, nor any of the characters from the books or movies. I do not make any money from the writing of this story.
Dogs entry 3.
AN: Steffy, tomatoes and Oreos sounds like a horrendous disaster of a snack. =3

Third Journal
That mangy wolf got ink in my fur. I was awake as he was writing in his diary, and I felt it drop on top of my fur. He made some little 'eek' noise, and I'm pretty sure that he doesn't plan on telling me about it. If that's how he wants to play though, I'll make him give me a bath later. I'll teach him to dirty up my beautiful fur.
He helped me a lot last night; I didn't think I'd ever feel better. He doesn't believe it, but even I appreciate a little TLC. Just not from James (he's like my brother) and not from Peter (…ew). It was raining when I woke up earlier… I was just resting my eyes when Remus woke up. I pretended to be asleep, because as soon as he knew I was awake, he practically tossed me out of the bed; I knew he would. So I laid there on his arm, and listened to the rain and the soft scratch of his quill, and listened to him talking quietly to himself. It was the perfect morning to follow such an awful day…
I eventually 'woke up'. Ohhhh god the way he scratched behind my ears and greeted me with that perfect, soft voice of his… If the fleas weren't so bad I'd stay a dog, I think. He helped me re-wrap my wounds, and then we went and had a nice breakfast together. After that we went up to the shack again - that's where I'm writing this.
It's a little after eleven in the morning now. He's off exploring his new 'house', and I snuck my journal with me in my pocket. I learned a spell to shrink things, so now I can carry my journal all the time and make updates. I'm SO happy that he loves the new-and-improved shack, though. He's got himself a four poster bed with actual curtains, and the windows have drapes! I think he'll feel more at home now during the full moons, and he'll be easier to handle.

…Bloody hell. We were in the new kitchen and I was helping him brew tea. He told me how much he loved the shack, and how worried he'd been about me. He told me how relieved he was when he knew that I was okay.
We were standing there over the tea kettle, side by side and just…looking at each other. It's been raining all day. I love listening to the rain and just being with him, and I think he feels the same way. Well, that's not true. I know he feels the same way now.
I kissed Remus Lupin and spilled the Earl Grey.
