Ch. 5: Surprises!
Title: A Slytherins Secrets will be kept. Summary: Draco runs away from home to protect his secret. He becomes a Las Vegas Show girl. Haha, just kidding, or am I? Can Harry bring him back? Sequel to ‘Contemplations and Actions.

A/N: Here’s chapter 5. Sorry it’s so short, but I wrote this much and wanted to post it REVIEW even if you don't like it. ^.^
Ch.5: Surprises!
Merry was awakened by a load groaning noise coming from next door, and jumped out of the bed. ‘Skye!’ She rushed to their connecting door and found it was unlocked, and so went on through. Skye was no where to be seen, but then she heard another groan coming from the open bathroom door, so she peeked in to see Skye kneeling in front of the toilet throwing up again.
“Ah Skye,” Merry said when the vomiting had stopped, “Do you think maybe there might be a reason for you to be throwing up still. This has been going on for over a week now, every morning, and sometimes during the day.”
Over the past week they had gotten a lot closer. They had gone looking at apartments with Max, and Skye had ended up with funnily enough the apartment next door to Max. Max and Merry had developed their relationship also, a little too fast for Merry’s tastes. Just last night, after her friends wedding, which had gone off without a hitch, with two extra people than originally planned, Max and Skye, Max had asked her to marry him. She didn’t know why but she had said yes, and then he in his infinite wisdom had said, “How about right now?” and with the egging of all her friends including Skye, they had done it. Not that she really regretted it, after all the wedding night had been awesome, but she wished they could have waited to at least include their families. She had just left their bed in a rush to reach Skye, but luckily she had put her night gown on again last night after they had showered together at about 3 in the morning. She had her suspicions about what could be causing Skye to throw up so much, but she had to ask a few questions first.
“Skye, honey, have you had sex with a man recently? Oh god that was blunt. What I meant was, could it be possible that you’re pregnant?” Skye’s head whipped around, her eyes wide.
“I..I…I might have.” Came the quiet answer.
“Might have, how do you not know?”
“Is there a way I can find out if I am?”
“Skye, do you know anything about sex?”
“Yes, of course I do. Its just I’m not sure if I had sex with…Harry,” she finished with a whisper. “We got a little drunk and did some stuff, but I can’t remember exactly what happened.”

As Draco thought back on that night, he realized that just maybe when Harry had had sex with him while sleeping could have been vaginal, because, he had never really checked down there until after he had woken a week later. Then he could be pregnant because he was sure both his and Harry’s magic had been involved, and that could be why his transformation had seemed to happen so suddenly. However, he didn’t know of any way of checking for pregnancies and definitely not any muggle ways.
He repeated, “Are there ways to test for pregnancy without going, my mother never discussed them with me. All my parents taught me was about contraception. But I guess if I’m pregnant than I didn’t follow their instructions.” Then his hand crept over his stomach, he thought he could feel a different magical energy radiating out. Then he thought of a spell he could use. He had discovered it after he had found out he had been born a girl. It allowed you to look at your internal organs, it was a diagnostic tool for medi-wizards. That had been the first time that he had seen that he had a uterus and ovaries and all that stuff.
“Ok, yeah there’s home pregnancy tests we can get.”
“Good, now Merry, can you leave so I can clean up and you get cleaned up too and we can go get the stuff after I shower so we can find out if I am or not.”

Once Merry had left, Draco pulled out his wand and cast the spell on himself, laying on the ground, guiding his wand down his front, first seeing his beating heart floating above him in the air, at least the representation of it was, and then his other organs, until he reached his stomach, then the projection fizzled out, but before it did he could see that his womb was darkened, a sign that someone else’s energy signal interfered with his working properly. He was pregnant, he thought, but he would wait for confirmation from the home pregnancy tests. This was definitely a good surprise. It made him feel instantly better. Better than just having thrown up should make him feel. ‘I have a piece of Harry inside of me right now! How can I not love it. I promise, little one, I’ll protect you from harm, and no matter what you are, boy, girl, or even a ferret I’ll still love you no matter what.’ He felt a flutter of magic around his middle in answer.
