\'Try and get some sleep Harry. I\'ll be here when you wake. I will always be here.\'

Alex ran his fingers through Harry\'s hair and with his other hand he rubbed his thumb on Harry\'s hand that he held. Not long later Harry fell asleep in protective arms.

Oh, how much he missed being protected. Too long had he gone with out the feeling of love and some one to tell him things were not his fault? And to tell him things would be, even when it was a down right lie and things would not. Being held and the arms like a shield that would protect him forever.


Chapter Five: Wrong Way in the Fast Lane

Harry had cried imself to sleep that night, curled up with his lover, he let sleep take over him. Hoping to who ever was listening to his pleas to allow him some semblance of sleep. And to his chargin they were listening. Harry had woken up the next day refreshed and ready to face the world.

Now, was the second meeting with the team. He would have to tell them the information he had recieved and let them know he was going to be doing the exchanged this day in a few hours...3 to be exact.

\'Hey, you okay Harry?\' Frankey asked from beside him.

\'Huh? Yeah, I\'m fine, just want to get this over with. When do we start? It\'s 2 O\'clock.\' Harry replied looking at his watch.

\'Here they come now.\' she replied and lounged back in the seat beside him on the sofa.

\'Well, lets get settled and start this, I\'m sure Harry wants this to be over and done as soon as possible.\' replied james taking a seat.

Alex sat down and pulled Harry into him, holding him against his chest. Gently smoothing his hair back he sighed.

\'You redy to start now?\'

Harry nodded, and oppned his eyes that had closed.

\'The next meet with a very good buyer, the best in fact will be today, soon... in a few hours. I and Thomas will be acting as Atournies near \'Burk and Durk\'s\'. The password for Frances Marks, the buyer is \'Strange how the air port can fuck up such a simple thing as client papers eh?\'. Our pass is \'Utterly unreliable. May as well use air mail, more reliable and takes the same amount of time.\'\'

Harry closed his eyes and leaned agains Alex again, he was tired. Not just physically but mentally. Oh, how he wished this was over, that he would never have to do te things he did again.

\'The amount of payment is 150,000 for 150 pounds of coke.\' he finished.

\'Well, is there any way to get Alex to goin the gang? We need an auror, a graduated one. We need him there to get the evidence and keep track of you.\' James said rubbing his chin.

\'Dudley won\'t let him in right away, not some one by me. He\'ll suspect them as a wizard. You would have to \'play dumb.\' He would let him come and be a distraction to others but not in the actuall sales part.\'

\'Fine, good enough, you can work your way up Alex. Keep you wand transfigured as a dager. Is it posible for you to take him with in a few hours?\' asked James.

Harry shrugged.

\'I doubt it.\' Damon finally spoke up.\'

\'I agree, the boss won\'t likely be happy that Harry is disobeying his orders. Maybe he can go to the next meeting?\' sugested Desmond.

\'I could contact Dudley after the meet, tell him about a freind from the streets that needs cash and wants to work for him. That he saw my tattoo and knew who I was. We have a meet the next day after an exchange. Same time and place.\' Harry said with a shrug.

\'It\'s settled then. But I want you to have a bug on you. Alex can be changed into a snall snake and catch some things, how things work, to know what to expect.\'

\'Right. I had better get back and change. Who\'s gonna change Alex?\' Harry asked.

\'I\'ll come with. I can change him and his wand.\' Fanrkey said, hopping up.

After appirating to Harry\'s apartment, Frankey followed Harry adn Alex to Harry\'s bedroom. Seeing Harry go to his closet she sat down on the bed and waited.

\'You need to look like an atourny. I\'ll help you out.\' she said and waved her wand.

She noticed he had no apropriate atire so within seconds his cloths he wore were a black suit, white shirt and a deep blue tie.

Alex wnet over to him and with a few spells he lengthened his hair and tied it back with a leathe tie.

\'Okay, now give me your wand.\' she said to Alex. At his scandelous expression, she scouled. \'Get your head out of the gutter Spike. I leave that for Deviant to handle.\'

Alex playfully slaped her arm and handed over his wand. After getting it back he slipped it into his socks and turned to give Harry a kiss.

one...two...three and he was transfigured into a beautiful black snake with silver around his tail and head and brown eyes.

\'Come on Alex.\' Harry said in parsyle toung and picked him up, placing him on his shoulder.

\'I understood you. Merlin I understood you, wow.\' he hissed back.

\'Of course you did, your a snake remember?\' he laughed.

\'What did he say?\' asked a gealous Frankey.

\'Was surprised he could understand me and I told him... no reminded him he was a snake. He will be able to understand both human and snake language.\' he replied with another laugh as Alex bobbed his head up and down.

Frankey disapered to just out side \'Burk and Durk\'s\' sitting on a bench reading abook outside the library infront of it.

After a moment Harry came by and stood outside waiting for Thomas. A big guy with brown short hair and teal eyes came up to him.

\'Hey, Dev. You see him yet?\' he asked.

\'No, not yet. Hasn\'t come with the papers yet.\' he replied stiffly.

Immages of the meeting flashed before his eyes. He noticed Thomas\' hand was creeping up his leg and sliped inside. He could feel his hand rubbing his stomac, but ignored it.

He heard hissing byhis ear, but Thomas didn\'t. No one could see is hand and he felt alone.

\'Harry, it\'s okay, just be straong.\' came Alex\' voice.

\'Hey, I\'m frances. Strange how the air port can fuck up such a simple thing as client papers eh? But here you go. You got mine on yeah?\' he asked.

\'Yeah, we got them.\' replied Thomas.

\'Utterly unreliable. May as well use air mail, more reliable and takes the same amount of time.\' came Harry\'s sarcastic replied as he rabbed the case from Frances and he the two from Thomas.

\'Well, hope to see you two around some time. Especially you, Jade.\' Frances replied to Harry as he left down the street with his cases.

\'Bye, see you torrow night.\' Harrysaid quickly and left.

Thomas had went to stop him to have some fun first, but Harry had already went down the street and disapeared around a corner. Looking down at the case in his hands, he shrugged and went to take it to the boss.

When Harry got back home, he sat down and Alex climbed off of him. Harry pulled his wand out from the side table by his sofa and gave it a wave to transform him back.

Not long later a knock came from the door and Alex opened it to find Frankey.

\'Hey.\'

\'Hey, so it went well I see. No problems.\' she said from beside Harry.

Harry looked upwth his head on his hand, leaning on the couch arm.

\'If you call being felt up by a giant bruit no problems then yeah.\' he replied in mono tone.

\'You ant to talk about it?\'

\'Neah, I just want to be with Alex and get some rest.\' he replied.

With a nodd, Frankey left with a soft pop.

Alex sat down beside him, and rubbed his hand against his cheek.

\'It\'s not you fault Harry. Believe me.\' he replied.

Harry looked up and into his eyes. \'Make love to me Alex.\'

Alex smiled and uttered a word and their clothing disapeard. Soon, Alex had Harry on his back in the couch. With another word lube apeared on hisfingers and he prepared his lover for him.

\'Please Alex, now.\' Harry begged.

Alex pulled harry\'s leg up and positioned his member at his entrance. He setled to a stop to allow Harry time to adjust. And soon after when he started to feel Harry push up, he began to move slowly.

With slow strocks in and out Alex brought Harry to the edge. But still going slowly kept him there.

\'I love... ahh... you Harry.\' he moaned.

\'Faster.\' Harry gasped.

Increasing thier pace Harry and Alex came together as one. Alex pulled out slowly and lie down beside him on the couch carfully. Carfully he shifted them so Harry lay half ontop of him.

\'I love you Harry I really do.\' he said softly and storked his sweat soaked hair.

\'I know, and I love you too.\' came the quiet reply and they both fell asleep.
