Remus moved from the room, overcome with tears. Not watching where he was going, he ran straight into Snape.
\"AWWWWWWW do you have need of a nursemaid to clean your undies?\"Snape asked in false concern, before laughing at the other wizards pain.
Remus stormed past him and hurried outside.Once outside, he broke into a run. Running blind, he soon found himself beside the lake. Sitting by the water, he remembered it as his favorite place to sit by when he was sad.
He remembered all of the horrible loses in his life. James,Lily,Scy and everyone else that ever becomes dear to him. Everyone he had really allowed close to him died. He felt truly cursed.
Remus was unaware of the person standing behind him.
\"Hello Lupin\"A voice said.
\"What do you want?\"Remus asked, facing the person. It was Professor Dumbledor.
\"Whats wrong?\"Albus said sitting next to Remus .
The younger wizard sighed, before admitting to the headmaster in a defeated voice.\"Snape killed my girlfriend\"
\"I\'m so sorry,but there is something else wrong\"Albus said, pointing at the full moon. Remus stared, at a loss for words.He wasnt changing into a werewolf.
\"Could it be because Snape used the killing curse on me while I was transforming?\" Remus asked, confused.
\"Possibly,\" Dumbledore said softly. \"Or perhaps,\" he added, It was your friends selflessness in stepping into the curse to save you that saved you. Either way, it is truly a special gift you have recieved.\" He smiled, and patted Lupin\'s shoulder.
\"Well I\'ll leave you to think now\"Albus said before leaving.
\"Thanks\"Remus called after his mentor, watching him leave.\\line\\line Remus was still sitting by the lake when he heard someone call his name.
\"Remus\" a familiar voice called out.
\"What is it?\"Remus said turning. Just as he feared Snape was standing right behind him pointing his wand at him.\"Oh, Merlin\'s balls! Aren\'t you tired of this crap yet? Just leave me alone!\" he yelled.
\"What are you going to do if I don\'t Bitch?\"Snape said.
\"Why you little peckered idiot!.\"Remus swore, standing up.
Snape believed that Lupin couldn\'t swim. When he was younger, he had fallen inhe fell into the lake, and nearly drowned. Stupidly, he doubted that Remus had ever learned. Feeling superior in the knowledge, Snape pushed Remus into the water.
Remus imagined that Snape still thought he couldn\'t swim. In truth, after that incident in his fifth yr, he took the swimming lessons from James. He had never told anyone and quite frankly, he had never planned to.When Snape pushed him into the water Remus pretended to drown while he really swam down deep into the dark water. When he was far enough down where Severus couldn\'t see, he swam swiftly to the other side of the lake, never stopping to bother with a breath. There was enough air in his lungs to reach the other side safely.
