More Squidly Musings

The usual disclaimers apply. J.K. Rowling created the Harry Potter universe and everything you recognise is hers. Except the perversions, of course. Those you can blame me for.

**********
Another excerpt from the diaries of a most extraordinary squid.

It has been my experience that sensual behaviour seems to run in families. Take the Weasley family, for example. I have.

Well, most of them, anyway.

Molly (she wasn't a Weasley then, of course) was the first of them to join me. She was doing some extra-curricular studies in Care Of Magical Creatures and decided to use me as her Special Subject. She certainly learned a lot about caring for my species. Much of it she was not able to put in her report, naturally, but the knowledge was there.

It was she who introduced me to Arthur Weasley. He was less enthusiastic than she, for his preoccupation with Muggles was apparent even then. However, our shared encounters would seem to have forged a bond between Arthur and Molly that nothing has yet managed to destroy.

Bill Weasley. A willing student, he learned all I could teach him and (I understand) lost no time in sharing that skill with others among the student body or at least the more attractive members of it. His hair is something I will never forget. The colour of new-minted copper, it was not coarse and wiry as many red-heads tend to be. Instead it was fine and silky-soft. I suggested that he grow it long - the sensual experience of running my tentacles through it was exquisite! Hopefully, he never will cut that glorious mane.

Charlie Weasley was as bluff and hearty as his brother was hedonistic. While water-based creatures are not his first love, sadly, he didn't scorn my embrace.

Percy Weasley. Of all the Weasley brothers, he was the most inventive. He arrived at the school already well-versed in the arts of interspecies lovemaking. He first visited me in my lake about a month into his first year here. Yes, an early starter, and a rapacious one, too. At least once a week he would find a way to join me, to our mutual pleasure. His outward manner was that of a prude. No-one, looking at his open, honest, slightly dull face and seeing his meticulous detail to schoolwork, would suspect him of being an ardent lover of anything that would move under it's own steam or could be conveniently pushed!

Then he became a prefect. Alas, that such an honour should curtain all our fun times, for he decided that our love was not appropriate for one so highly placed. Instead, he sought out another human prefect, a girl his own age from Ravenclaw house. He began to live as though he actually were that joyless, dried-up before his time prude that he had simulated for so long. I miss Percy, far more than many of my other lovers, simply because he cut all contact with me. Our relationship was not allowed to die a natural death.

Twins Fred and George were, quite simply, fun to be around. I suspect that when (or if) they marry, it will be either to another pair of twins or to ladies who are good friends and good sports, for I cannot imagine that one would go where the other could not follow. In my mind they will always be linked.

Ron reminds me much of a young Bill - but for one character flaw. He is not given over to the sensual life, it seems. Not one of my blandishments seems to have caught his attention. Even when I tried to fondle his legs while he was sitting on the side of the lake he thought I was after food and tossed a slice of toast to me! I guess his friendship with Harry Potter (who I must say seems much less interested in sex than his parents were at the same age) must be taking all his time and emotions.

Ginny Weasley was a pure delight. Almost as inventive as Percy, even more athletic than Charlie, she joined me with great enthusiasm. She was introduced to my circle of Friends by Michael Corner, a well-endowed Ravenclaw with an unfortunate tendency to sulk when things don't go his own way.

The dear Weasley clan. A much larger brood than many Wizarding families seem to manage, fortunately for me. I hear the next generation of them is coming along nicely - I will be glad to meet the first of them in about 8 years time.

A/N Again, thank you to all those slightly twisted people who seem to be enjoying the story as much as I am.

'Flu, this chapter was already almost completed when I saw your request for another Squirmy Diary entry. I guess Great Minds Think Alike - or is it that Fools Seldom Differ .
