Seduce My Father - Complete

Note: Short little chapter, but answers some questions I got about whether or not Adrien's feelings for Luna will last when he doesn't age. More coming as well. XD

"So, Adrien, I was a bit of a bet then, wasn't I?" Severus asked with a raised brow.

The younger Snape shrugged. "Eh... I suppose so? Just a little bit?"

Severus shook his head, but smiled in spite of himself. "Well, you best be glad you have a certain knack for being persuasive, otherwise I'd hex the living hell out of you."

"Oh fuck off. Go on you two. I'll cover for Hermione. I need to go find Luna anyway." Adrien said. Not waiting for a reply, he turned in the other direction and headed back toward Ravenclaw.

"I can't believe he did it." Hermione smiled, staring after Adrien.

"Yes, well... Neither can I. I honestly didn't expect Minerva to yield so easily, but he made some very valid points." Severus mused before moving along to his private rooms. Hermione stood still, not sure what to do.

Severus stopped and turned back to her, cocking a brow. "Are you coming?"

Without another word she followed him inside.

Meanwhile, Luna was giving Adrien the low down on current events.

"Ron." Luna was saying.

"What about Ron?" Adrien asked, confused.

"He knows."

"How?!"

"I'm not sure, but I heard him talking to Harry about it. Harry has asked him not to tell anyone, but I don't really trust in Ron's word. I mean... He's been known to fly off the handle when he gets angry at Harry, so... I don't know." Luna trailed off with worry in her eyes.

Adrien dropped his hands in his lap. "Fuck... Here I was after a splendid performance in Dumbledore's office, and now another god damned obstacle."

"What are you going to do about it, Adrien?"

"Well, for now... I suppose I'll have to trust in his word, and if things start getting out of hand, then it will have to be rectified. I don't fully trust Ron either, but... He is Hermione's friend, and hopefully he will respect that. Not to mention, he's got a girlfriend. That sod gave up his chance with Hermione, so hopefully that's cause enough for him to keep his gob shut. Does anyone else know?"

Luna shook her head. "Not that I know of. But how did things go with Professor McGonagall?"

"Oh you should have been there. I fucking schooled her. If I was a muggle, I might consider being a lawyer." Adrien laughed.

"You're so brilliant, love. How are you so persuasive anyway?" Luna asked.

"I'm not really sure... Part of it, definitely is being part of my father, but I reckon it's also owed to being part Seraphim."

"Adrien... Can I ask you a question?"

"You want to know if I'll still love you when you're old and grey and I'm still young-looking and sexy?" Adrien winked.

Luna giggled. "Well, yes actually..."

Adrien got to his knees in front of Luna as she remained seated on his four-post bed, and grasped her pale hands in his; his dark eyes locked with her bright ones.

"Luna... I knew this question would arise as soon as you found out what I am, and I can understand your concern, but... I want you to know that there is no other woman for me. No other. Yes, I have been a bit of a slut in my day, but I will never stray from the way I truly feel for you. Whether you are old and grey or not. My body will not age, but my mind will, and I hope that brings you some sort of comfort when it comes to us 'growing old' together. I promise you, I will love you, just as intensely then as I do now." Adrien finished sweetly, placing a kiss on her hands.

Luna's eyes were brimming with tears, and she let them close as Adrien reached up and gently brushed them away.

"Don't cry, love. You have my word. I will love you forever, unless you tell me you don't want me to."

"That will never happen." Luna laughed in spite of her tears.

Adrien smiled. "Okay then. You have plenty of years of fruitful youth left, and honestly... I don't believe that you will be any less beautiful then, than you are now."

"At the same time that you are so crass and insensitive, you are the most amazing, heart-felt person, Adrien. I love you so much." Luna smiled wrapping her arms around his shoulders, barely having to lean over, on account of Adrien being so tall.

Adrien moved his arms around Luna's tiny waist and held her tightly, nuzzling his face into her mane of wild blonde hair. "I love you too, don't you ever forget it."
