An: Eating is for tools. I don't eat. I only write. Bahahahaha. Who am I kidding? I never stop eating. Nomnomnom. Tomatoes and oreos are my favorites.

Dear Diary,
I'm aware my writing is horrible, I'm at an odd angle. Why? I have a dog laying on my arm. Not just any dog. It's a Padfoot. (Also known as Sirius Black)Yes. He's sleeping on me. I don't know when he came an joined me. It had to have been after I fell asleep. Because I don't remember him laying next to me at all. Thank goodness he didn't crawl under the blankets. (I've never been able to wear clothes to sleep since I was bitten. It doesn't feel right.) He looked so beaten. I felt so bad when I saw him last night.
He came in, and I just about broke him with a hug. I think one of his ribs was broken. Anyways. I used healing magic as best I could on him, and I helped him use his sheets for bandages (We'd be killed if we went to the hospital wing. Even I knew that. Slughorn's been a right piece of work since Sirius salted his crystallized pineapple. And running into him would be a disaster.) Then I wrote to you and went to sleep. I woke up at daybreak, as always, and there he is, in dog form, sleeping against me. (I had my arms around him and my face buried against his neck. I just about screamed when I figured out who it was, and how close we were. even if he is a dog, he still probably didn't appreciate me cuddling him.) James can't lay still when he sleeps, and peter takes up the entire bed, so it made sense he'd sleep beside me. I hardly move, and I'm tiny. I want to wake him up. I'm hungry, and I want to put on pants. But he's so adorable. Oops. I got ink on his fur.. Eh.. II wont mention that.
Today I'll tell Sirius how much I like the shack, and now neat it'll be to sneak out there once in a while to hang out. It'll be like our Marauder clubhouse. We'll get never-stale cakes, and butter-beers. And when I need a break from Peter's snoring I could even sleep there. There was a bed. Maybe Sirius would stay with me. We could hold each other and listen to the rain like I'm pretending we're doing now. (It's raining rather hard here. I think it's pretty, and it sounds great against the window.) Maybe it would be our place. James is always busy with quiddich, and Peter busy watching James to come to the shack with me during moons. Its always just me and Sirius there. We could make it our alternate home. I think I'd like that.
I think the sleeping dog is waking. I'll write again soon. Maybe today.
Love Remus.
